The dietary effect of water extracts of Liriopis tuber(WELT) in the diabetic SD-rats on the level of blood sugar and serum cholesterol was investigated. The experimental plots divided into normal group(N), diabetic control(DC), 5% WELT-group(WELT-Ⅰ) and 10% WELT-group (WELT-Ⅱ). Each group was fed for 6 weeks, then continuously fed for 1 more week after streptozotocin injection. The loss of the body weight fed for one week after induction of the diabetes was 2.2~6.3% in the WELT-Ⅰ and -Ⅱ groups, but it was 18.6% in the DC-group. There was no significant difference in the feed intakes after diabetes induction between N-group and WELT-group, while it was significantly increased in DC-group. The feed efficiency ratios before diabetes induction were 1.70 in WELT-Ⅰgroup, 1.53~1.59 in the N, DC and WELT-Ⅱ group, while the ratios after diabetes induction were 0.92 in DC-group, 1.51~1.83 in the N, WELT-Ⅰ and -Ⅱ group. While the amounts of water intakes for one week after diabetes induction was 625.4 mL in the DC-group, and it were 364.3~371.1 mL in the WELT-groups showing no significant difference with N-group. The excretion amounts of urine were 431.96 mL in DC-group for one week after diabetes induction, and it was 182~192.84 mL in WELT-groups. The ratios of liver weight against body weight were 2.74% in N-group, 2.93~2.96% in WELT-groups, but it was 4.01% in DC-group. The level of blood glucose in WELT-groups fed for one week after diabetes induction were 136.8~138.6 ㎎/dL showing no significant difference with N-group, but it was 357.8 ㎎/dL in DC-group. The level of serum triacylglycerol and serum total cholesterol were 93.8 and 68.7 ㎎/dL in N-group, 120.1 and 101.6 ㎎/dL in DC-group, 97.4~100.6 and 60.8~67.7 ㎎/dL in WELT-groups, respectively, showing no significant difference between N-group and WELT-groups. HDL-cholesterolltotal cholesterol ratio were 0.63 in N-group, 0.57~0.67 in WELT-groups, which was significantly higher than that of DC-group(p<0.05). Atherogenic index were 0.58 in N-group, 0.49~0.74 in WELT-groups, but it was 1.32 in DC-group. The above results suggest that the WELT diets may have both preventive and curing effects against the diabetes.

The purpose of this studyy was to explore conjugal power structitrein urban spouses in order to suggest basic data of family problemsolution. For this purpose, a questionnaire was constructed and administratedto 635 married women. The conjugal power structure scale used a modified version ofdecision making meaure constructed by Blood and wolfe. The results of tis study are summarized as follows : 1. Urban family types by conjugal power structure were establishedas follows: Autonomic type 49.6% syncratic type 32.4%, wife-domi-nant type 12.8%, husband-dominant type 5.2%. 2. Conjugal power structure represented more explict difference atpsychological variables rather than social, demographic statistic,family environmental variables. 3. Marital satisfaction was highest in syncratic type and wife-do-rninant type was lowest. 4. Wife's power was highest for "food preparation" and "purchaseof family clothes," Husband's power was highest for "purchase andsale of housing" "method of property management." 5. The degree of joint decision making between husband and wifewas highest in deciding problem of children.
무선인터넷 서비스의 CRM 구현을 위한 평가 요소추출에 관한 연구

According to the realization and commercialization of wireless internet, wireless data communication has been recognized as an important client channel and the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) has emerged as the latest issue for the final increase of income by the improvement of customer relationship. Accordingly, this study is to extract the factors of customer satisfaction from the contents properties provided by wireless internet service and investigate how to realize the ultimate CRM and the influences of each property for customer satisfaction by classification of contents quality, information expression, search, sense touch and system quality. As the result of this study, the contents properties provided by the wireless internet service give the influences on customer satisfaction as the influential factors. In conclusion, the data studied in this paper will be used to promote the customer satisfaction of the wireless internet service providers in their product development and enable the statistical application in evaluation of service quality to increase the sales volume and the related income creation as expected.
계층적 특징추출 모델을 적용한 개인인증용 심전도 신호의 신뢰도 판별

본 논문은 심전도 데이터에 대한 다양한 특징추출 방식을 그 속성에 따라 계층적으로 적용하여 생성된 특징값의 사용 적합성을 확인하고자 하였다. 그 결과 최대 99.91%의 인식률을 갖는 특징추출 방식 및 패턴매칭 알고리즘을 확인함으로써 특징값에서 다시 한 번 특징값을 추출하는 본 연구방법론의 효용성을 입증하였다.
회야호 부영양화 평가 및 준설에 의한 수질개선 효과 분석 연구

본 연구는 울산시 상수원인 회야호의 부영양화를 평가하고 WASP7을 이용하여 준설로 인한 호수 내 침전물의 용출 저감에 따른 수질개선 효과를 분석하였다. 회야호의 부영양화 평가는 회야호 2개 지점의 투명도, Chlorophyll-a 및 TP를 이 용하여 Carlson과 Aizaki 등에 의한 영양상태지수(TSI)로 수행하였다. 평가결과, 2지점 모두 부영양 상태의 호소로 나타나 부영양에 대한 대책이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, TN/TP 비에서 볼 때 인이 제한요인으로 작용하는 호소로 나타나 인을 제거하는 수질개선책을 강구해야 할 것으로 판단되었다. 회야호의 수질개선을 위해 퇴적물을 준설할 경우를 가정하여 WASP7 모형을 이용하여 용출저감 10%, 용출저감 40% 및 용출저감 60%의 세 가지 시나리오로 가정하여 시뮬레이션을 수 행하였다. 준설을 통한 용출저감이 10%일 경우, 회야호 1지점에서는 TN이 0.9%, 2지점에서는 0.6% 저감되었으며, TP의 경 우는 1.3%와 0.8%가 저감되는 것으로 예측되었다. 그리고 용출저감 60%를 가정한 시나리오 3의 경우는 TN이 회야호 1지점 에서 6.4%, 회야호 2지점에서는 3.9% 저감되는 것으로 예측되었으며, TP의 경우는 각각 9.3%, 5.6% 저감되는 것으로 예측되 었다. The trophic state assessment of the Hwoiya reservoir was estimated using the Trophic state indices (TSIs) of Carlson and Aizaki using the transparency and concentrations of chlorophyll-a and total phosphorus obtained from two sites of the reservoir. The TSIs assessments showed that eutrophic phenomena occur frequently in the Hwoiya reservoir. In addition, strategies to reduce the phosphorus especially would be prepared because the Hwoiya reservoir exceeded phosphorus-limiting state of 17 < TN/TP (total nitrogen/total phosphorus). Three scenarios for a simulation of the dredging effect of sediments on the water quality using the WASP7 model were made at two sites, which were 10% (scenario 1), 40% (scenario 2) and 60% elution of the pollutants from sediments (scenario 3). In the most elution case (60%), scenario 3, it was considered that 6.4% TN and 9.3% TP at site 1, and 3.9% TN and 5.6% TP at site 2 could be reduced.
