This paper proposes a model to detect a duplication of audio data to address the problem of copyright infringement using smart contract based on IPFS and Ethereum blockchain. The proposed model is tested with calculating its transaction fee and response time. The results show that the most expensive fee is when deploying the smart contract to the network and the total response time is only about 2 seconds.
A Robust MP3 Compression-Resistant Audio Watermarking Algorithm Based on DWT-SMM
Muhammad Rasyid Redha Ansori,Simeon Okechukwu Ajakwe,Jae Min Lee,Dong-Seong Kim 한국통신학회 2021 한국통신학회 학술대회논문집 Vol.2021 No.11
Watermarking is one solution to the problem of digital piracy. This paper proposed an audio watermarking approach using Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) and Statistical Mean Manipulation (SMM). The proposed method is tested using three different audio hosts and attacked with MP3 compression with 32Kbps bit rate. The results show that watermark can retain against MP3 compression with 0 BER and the proposed system produces a good quality watermarked audio with best SNR 29.8088 dB.

Electricity is vital for numerous aspects of human existence, including the operation of electronic devices and the maintenance of vital infrastructure. Even minor electronic devices and essential infrastructures cease functioning without electricity. The industrial and manufacturing sectors depend on a consistent and reliable energy supply because any mismatch between supply and demand can result in significant financial losses. Therefore, a solution is required to address the imbalance between energy supply and demand, particularly in the industrial sector. This study proposes a blockchain-based smart contract for energy auctions that will provide a safe and secure auction system with transparent and low maintenance costs referred to as gas costs, to enable industries to efficiently acquire energy from an energy supplier. The proposed smart contract is secure, effective, and user-friendly.
