      • Meta-Analysis of Chinese Coal Miners’ Mental Illness under SCL Index System

        Objective: Under SCL index system, through the comparative study, this paper investigates whether there are significant differences in mental illness tendency between Chinese coal mine workers underground and on the ground. Methods: This paper uses computer to retrieve in Medline, Sciencedirect, Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, Springerlink, CNKI, Wanfang and Weipu database. The retrieval time is from the very beginning of building database to the March of 2015. After the extraction of available data, Stata 10.1 analysis software was applied to heterogeneity test on the research. Then the paper uses the random effects model to calculate and combine odds ratio as well as 95% confidence interval. Results: 15 articles were finally included by using Meta analysis. Collating data of the experimental group and control group, this paper carries on forest figure mapping, publication bias test, sensitivity analysis and cumulative Meta analysis, and one study result is found to have great deviation impact on the overall conclusion. Eliminating the above research result, the results are greatly improved. Conclusion: Through the result of the Meta analysis, this paper concludes that there are significant differences in mental illness tendency between Chinese coal mine workers underground and on the ground.

      • The Model of the Exploratory Factor Analysis about Residents’ will of Rural Land Transfer

        In order to improve the living conditions of the residents and improve the satisfaction of rural land transfer, by constructing the structural equation model of government policies, re-employment and residents’ will of rural land transfer, this paper analyzes the promoting effect of the government policies and re-employment work. The results show: There is a significant correlation among residents’ will of rural land transfer, government policies and re-employment work. The government should improve management institution of rural land transfer to supervise each link of the rural land transfer, especially for the signing and implementation of the contract. To deal with the conflict appeared in the rural land transfer; the grass-roots government should set reasonable management systems and refine the implementation of these systems. Grass-roots government takes systematically training of cadres in rotation to improve the management capacity of grass-roots cadres.

        Experimental and Mechanism Investigation on Boiling Heat Transfer Characteristics of Alumina/Water Nanofluid on a Cylindrical Tube

        Nucleate pool boiling heat transfer experiments have been conducted to nanofluids on a horizontal cylinder tube under atmospheric pressure. The nanofluids are prepared by dispersing Al2O3 nanoparticles into distilled water at concentrations of 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1 and 2 wt.% with or without sodium, 4-dodecylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS). The experimental results showed that: nanofluids at lower concentrations (0.001 wt.% to 1 wt.%) can obviously enhance the pool boiling heat transfer performance, but signs of deterioration can be observed at higher concentration (2 wt.%). The presence of SDBS can obviously enhance the pool boiling heat transfer performance, and with the presence of SDBS, a maximum enhancement ratio of BHTC of 69.88%, and a maximum decrease ratio of super heat of 41.12% can be found in Group NS5 and NS4, respectively. The tube diameter and wall thickness of heating surface are the influential factors for boiling heat transfer coefficient. Besides, we find that Rohsenow formula failed to predict the characteristics of nanofluids. The mechanism study shows that: the decrease of surface tension, which leads to the decrease of bubble departure diameter, and the presence of agglomerates in nanofluids are the reasons for the enhanced pool boiling heat transfer performance. At higher concentration, particle deposition will lead to the decrease of distribution density of the vaporization core, and as a result of that, the boiling heat transfer performance will deteriorate.
