      • 참깨의 栽이 收量構成要素, 脂肪酸組成 및 잎마름病 發生에 미치는 影響

        This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of planting time on growth character, yield components, fatty acid composition and leaf blight caused by Corynespora cassiicola in sesame. Dry weight of plant was the highest in sowing on April 25 and it was reduced with delaying sowing dates. Growth stage which increased dry weight of plant most rapidly was maturation period and capsule weight was drastically increased on 60 to 70 days after sowing. Corynespora leaf blight was severe with delaying the sowing date. Ansan variety had the highest occurrence rate of Corynespora leaf blight in sowing on June 25, 70 days after sowing and Danbaek variety in sowing on June 10, 80 days after sowing. Period when showed rapid increase of Corynespora leaf blight was from August 10 to August 20. Yield components were decreased with delaying the sowing date and capsule number per plant was most severely decreased with planting after June 10. Weight of 1,000 grains was decreased to 0.4-0.5g in sowing on June 25 compared to 2.8g of 1,000 grain weight in sowing on April 25. Maturation rate was also reduced from 87 to 97% in sowing on April 25 to 29-32% in sowing on June 25. Yield with sowing on April 25 was 81 and 89kg/10a with Ansan and Danbaek varieties, respectively, while it was decreased to 36 and 37kg/10a with sowing on June 25. Concentration of linoleic acid was high in sowing on June 25, while concentration of oleic acid was high in sowing on both May 10 and May 25.

      • Candida albicans菌의 生育을 抑制하는 韓藥材 探索에 關한 硏究

        Thirty-six medicinal herbs and 14 prescribed herb medicines which have usually been used for treatment of reducing fever, purging intense heat, and detoxication were screened for antifungal activity against Candida albicans which causing Leukorrhea. Minimal inhibitory concentrations of water- and ethanol-soluble extracts of Hwangbaek (Phellodendron amurense) and Hwangkeum (Scutellaria baicalensis) were determined. The water-soluble extracts of Hwangyon (Coptis japonica), Hwangbaek (P. amurense), and Hwangkeum (S. baicalensis) showed antifungal activities against C. albicans. The water- and ethanol-soluble extracts of Hwangbaek (P. amurense) and Hwangkeum (S. baicalensis) showed antifungal activities. With the water-soluble extract of Hwangbaek (P. amurense) and Hwangkeum (S. baicalensis), minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) against C. albicans were 10 and 20㎎/ml, respectively. With the ethanol-soluble ones of Hwangbaek (P. amurense) and Hwangkeum (S. baicalensis), MICs were 5 ㎎/ml and 10 ㎎/ml, respectively. The prescribed herb medicines, sambohwan, showed antifungal activity against C. albicans.

      • 대장균에서 재조합 Rat Guanine deaminase 유전자의 발현, 정제 및 분석

        Guanine deaminase(EC, 3.5.4.3, ;Guanine aminohydrolase, GAH, GDA) catalyzes the deamination reaction of guanine to xanthine irreversibly. The cDNA encoding rat guanine deaminase had been isolated from a λZAPII rat brain expression library using antibody generated against purified rat guanine deaminase. Toe obtain recombinant GDA and analyze the property of catalytically conserved retion, here we expressed the recombinant GDA in E.coli and showed the retention of its catalytic activity similar to native rat GDA. To make the construct carrying coding region to GDA in pGEX4T prokaryotic expression vector, the region encompassing open reading frame of pBlue-GDA was PCR amplified and subcloned into pGEX4T prokaryotic expression vector with correct reading frame of fusion carrier glutathione S-transferase. After transformation to E.coli DH5a. The bacteria carrying pGEX-GDA was grwon in the condition of IPTG induction. The fusion protein GST-GDA was purified with GSH-sepharose affinity chromatography. The purified GST-GDA was subsequently digested with biotin-conjugated thrombin, and thrombin was removed by streptavidin agarose. Then sample were treated with GSH-sepharose affinity chromatography to remove the contaminant GST and GST-GDA. The purified recombinant GDA showed 70% of specific activity relative to that of purified rat GDA. The recombinant GDA showed identical molecular weight with rat GDA in SDS-PAGE.

        This paper describes the procedures and results of field surveys on the use of temporary pipe supports as a preliminary research on the estimation of structural performance of the supports. Question surveys and measuring surveys for the supports were performed in 25 construction fields. From the field survey results, the problems and improvement methods in the use of the supports were presented, and the experiment data for the estimation of structural performance of the supports were accumulated.

        Many school age children spend time in self-care arrangements while their parents are away from home. In this study, 133 latchkey children, their parents, and 16 teachers completed the questionnaire assessing their knowledge and perception of self-care skills. Data suggest that most children are poorly prepared to remain home alone. The methods of self-care preparation for latchkey children were discussed.

        정신장애인의 직업적응훈련성취수준이 직업유지기간에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 서비스 유형의 조절효과

        본 연구의 목적은 정신장애인에게 실시되고 있는 직업적응훈련서비스와 서비스 유형이 직업유지기간에 미치는 영향을 파악하여, 이용자의 주도성이 강조되는 새로운 서비스패러다임에서 우리나라 지역정신보건서비스가 지향해야 할 기준과 효과적인 직업재활서비스 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 조사대상은 만 20세 이상 60세 미만의 성인 정신장애인 142명으로, 사회복귀시설에서 훈련을 받은 후, 최근 2년 간 취업경험이 있거나, 현재 취업하고 있는 정신장애인이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인훈련성취도가 직업유지기간에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석으로 검증한 결과, 개인훈련성취도의 하위차원 중 사회기술과 협동심의 영역이 직업유지기간에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스 유형이 직업유지기간에 영향을 미치는가를 분석한 결과, 비클럽하우스모델보다 클럽하우스모델이 직업유지기간에 더 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 개인훈련성취도의 직업유지기간에 미치는 영향에 대한 서비스 유형의 조절효과를 다중회귀분석으로 검증한 결과, 개인훈련성취도의 하위차원 중 작업습관 영역에서 조절효과가 나타났다. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of the work adjustment training and the type of service for job retention among people with mental illness, and to suggest effective and customer-driven service model for job maintenance. The sample size was 142 people with mental illness who had employment experience for the last 2 years or are working presently after completion of the vocational training from the community mental rehabilitation centers. The data was collected by self-administered survey method from 21st Nov, 2005 to 10th Dec, 2005. The major findings from moderated multiple regressions are as follows: First, the levels of personal presentation and cooperativeness subscale in the accomplishment level have positive effects on duration of job retention. It means that cultivating better social skills is much more important than individual's ability for the people with mental illness to retain the job. Second, the clubhouse model has more positive effects than non-clubhouse model on the duration of job maintenance when comparing the type of service. Lastly, the clubhouse model has a moderating effect on the duration of job retention in the relationship with the level of work habits subscale in the accomplishment level. This suggest that customer driven and voluntary based vocational services are more effective for the people with mental illness.

      • 大田 3大 河川의 自然河岸과 人工河岸의 植物相과 植物群落의 比較

        The phytosociological investigation was carried out at natural and artificial streamsides over 3 main streams located in Taejeon, by Braun- Blanquet's method for the comparative study of the flora and vegetation from May to October, 1998. On the natural streamside, total number of vascular plant species were 142 species and hydrophyte of them was 27 species, while on the artificial streamside the former species number was 138 species and hydrophyte was 21 ones. The plant communities in the natural streamside were classified into 17 groups, such as Zizania latifolia community, Typha orientalis community, Phragmites communis community, Phragmites japonica community, Miscanthus sacehariflorus-Hemarthria sibirica community, Leersia japonica community, Trapa japonica-Trapa pseudo-incisa community, Marsilea quadrifolia community, Hydrilla verticillata-Myriophyllum verticillatum community, Vallisneria asiatica-Potamogeton malaianus var. latifolius community, Myriophyllum verticillatum community, Spirodela polyrhiza- Lemna paucicostata community, Salix glandulosa-Salix koreensis community, Salix gracilistyla community, Salix koreensis community, Phalaris arundinacea community, Persicaria hydropiper community. On the other hand, the plant community in the artificial streamside was classified into 14 communities, such as Zizania latifolia community, Typha orientalis community, Miscanthus sacchariflorus - Hemarthria sibirica community, Phragmites japonica community, Leersia japonica community, Hydrilla verticillata-Myriophyllum verticillatum community, Vallisneria asiatica- Potamogeton malaianus community, Paspalum distichum community, Phalaris arundinacea community, Persicaria hydropiper community, Zoysia japonica-Digitaria sanguinalis community, Panicum dichotomiflorum-Persicaia lapathifolia community, Echinochloa crusgalli- Setaria viridis community, Artemisia princeps community, Rumex crispus- Rorippa islandica community, Portulaca oleracea community, Potentilla paradoxa community, Panicum dichtomiflorum community. Number of species and plant communities were variously distributed over the various sites in the natural streamside, it is more than in the artificial streamside was distributed. These results mean that the distribution of plant community and number of species in the wild plant were more closely to be related to the human impacts or one's disturbance.

      • 강관지주의 구조성능 평가에 관한 실험적 연구

        This paper describes the test procedures and results on the estimation of structural performance of temporary pipe supports being used in most construction fields. In order to propose the limit eccentricity of pipe supports for structural safety, 46 specimens were tested with the parameters of support lengths, eccentricities, and support end conditions. From the test results, it is found that the limit eccentricity of the supports is 1.0D, where D is outer diameter of the supports.

      • 참깨의 栽培環境이 收量構成要素, 脂肪酸組成 및 잎마름病 發生에 미치는 影響

        This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of environments on yield components, fatty acid composition and leaf blight caused by Corynespora cassicola in sesame. Comparing yield components with different experimental locations, weight of 1,000 grains and maturation rate of grains were lower in Boeun area than that in other areas and there were no significantly different among soil textures. The repeated cultivation of sesame, 2-6 years, increased the occurrence rate of Corynespora leaf blight and fungi density of soil more than that with cultivation of first year and crop rotation. Yield and yield components were also decreased more with the repeated cultivation than that with first year cultivation. In fatty acids of sesame seeds, concentration of oleic acid was slightly high with sesame seeds harvested in Jungweon and Boeun areas, while linoleic acid was slightly high in Jecheon area located on the northern part of Chungbuk province. Concentration of palmitic and stearic acids which are saturated fatty acids were high in loam soil, while linoleic acid which is unsaturated fatty acids was no different among soil texture. Concentration of oleic acid was decreased more in the repeated cultivation of first year cultivation. Oil content was high in Jungweon area and with loam soil, and it was decreased through the repeated cultivation of sesame.

      • 경주 남리사지에 사용된 석재의 암석학적 특성과 원산지 해석

        이 연구는 경주 남리사지에 이용된 석재를 대상으로 암석의 성인적 분류, 광물 및 지구화학적 특성을 검토하여 석재의 기원지 추정과 고고지질학적 의미를 해석한 것이다. 남리사지에서 출토된 암석은 5종의 화강암질암 (알카리 화강암, 흑운모 화강암, 미문상 화강암, 등립질 화강암, 홍장석 화강암), 세립질 퇴적암 (셰일, 미사암), 호온펠스, 옹회암질암, 염기성 맥암 등이 있다. 이 중에서 서탑에 이용된 암석은 유백색의 중립질 알카리 화강암과 담홍색의 흑운모 화강암이 주류를 이룬다. 각 석재들의 대자율 값은 흑운모 화강암이 4.94~7.59 (평균 6.47)로서 제일 높았으며 미문상 화강암이 0.86~1.54 (평균 1.13)로 제일 낮았다. 알카리 화강암은 3.51, 홍장석 화강암이 5.88, 등립질 화강암이 4.89로서 분화경로와 산출상태에 따라 조금씩 다른 값을 보였다. 이 화강암류는 화학조성으로 볼 때, 거의 동일한 마그마 기원의 칼크-알카리 계열 화강암 영역에 해당된다. 이 석재의 화학적 풍화지수와 풍화 잠재지수는 각각 49.87~61.64와 4.12~8.46 범위로서, 현재 암석이 화학적 풍화작용이 왕성하게 발생하는 정도는 아니나 풍화잠재력은 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 화강암질암의 암석학적 및 지구화학적 특징으로 볼 때, 이들의 성인적 유형은 남산 일대에 분포하는 화강암과 동일하다. 따라서 남리사지의 석조문화재 건축에 사용된 석재는 현지에서 재료를 구하고 현장에서 제작한 자급자족형 석재와 수계의 상류지역에서 도입된 외래형 석재가 공준하고 있는 것으로 해석된다. 자급형 석재가 현지의 원료를 이용한 것은 확실하나 어느 지역에서 채석하여 어디서 가공을 하였는지는 불분명하다. Rock properties around the Namri temple site was studied source area and archaeogeological interpretations based on petrology, mineralogy and geochemistry. Excavated rocks from the area composed of granitic rocks (alkali granite, biotite granite, micrographic granite, eqigranular granite, pink feldspar granite), fine grained sedimentary rocks (shale and siltstone), hornfels, tuffaceous and basic dyke rocks. Almost rock materials of the west pagoda made of white medium grained alkali granite and biotite granite. As the magnetic susceptibility (MS), biotite granite ranges from 4.94 to 7.59 (mean 6.47), and micrographic granite is lowest value of 0.86 to 1.54 (mean 1.13). The mean MS values revealed that alkali granite = 3.51, pink feldspar granite = 5.88, eqigranular granite = 4.89, which are little variatins because of differentiation process and field occurrences. In the geochemical data, the granitic rocks represent a comagmatic calc-alkali series granite. The values of WPI and CIA for rock properties from the Namri temple site range from 49.87 to 61.64 and 4.12 to 8.46, respectively, which values don't going active weathering right now, but weathering potential represents very high. On the basis of petrology and geochemistry of the rock properties from the Namri temple site, the genetic types are the similar as those of the Namsan granite. Therefore, the using rocks of the Namri temple site suggested that domestic type rock properties getting material in the actual place and making in situ, and foreign type rock properties getting from the upstream area are coexisted. Domestic types are sure of making the actual place material, but unclear where is a quarry and working.
