온라인 피싱과 같은 경제적 목적의 정보 수집 행위들이 급격히 증가하고 있는 가운데, 위험 사이트정보를 관리하는 블랙리스트 기반의 대응과 신뢰할 수 있는 사이트를 기반으로 하는 화이트 리스트 접근 방법이 활용되고 있다. 그러나 블랙리스트 기반 방법은 피싱 사이트의 유효시간을 볼 때 비현실적이며, 화이트 리스트 접근 방법은 인증된 사이트 내에 존재하는 악성 웹 페이지나 악성 사이트로 유도되는 피싱 메일에는 대응하기 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 화이트 리스트 접근 방법을 보완하기 위해 사용자 웹 페이지의 위험도를 정량화 할 수 있는 웹 페이지 위험도 산정 기법을 제안한다.

국내ㆍ외 IT 제품은 그 제품이 가지고 있는 안전성 및 신뢰성에 대한 검증을 통해 국가 및 공공기관에 제품 공급 및 이용 촉진을 도모하고 있다. 또한 각 국가마다 보안제품 특징과 성격에 맞는 평가와 인증을 수행하기 위한 보안성 평가서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 시스템 평가 기준과 방법론이 개발 및 운영되고 이에 따라 캐나다에서는 정보기술보안 제품의 안전성을 사전에 검증하기 위한 제도를 시행하고 있다. 본 고에서는 캐나다의 정보기술보안 제품 사전 검증 제도에 대한 분석을 통해 국내 적용가능성에 대하여 분석한다.

<P>NF-E2 related factor 2 (Nrf2) is a transcription factor that plays a key role(s) in cellular defence against oxidative stress. In this study, we showed that the expression of Nrf2 was upregulated in primary human foreskin fibroblasts (HFFs), following human cytomegalovirus (HCMV/HHV-5) infection. The expression of haem oxygenase-1, a downstream target of Nrf2, was also increased by HCMV infection, and this induction was suppressed in HFFs expressing a small hairpin RNA (shRNA) against Nrf2. The HCMV-mediated increase in Nrf2 expression was abolished when UV-irradiated virus was used or when the activity of casein kinase 2 was inhibited. Host cells infected by HCMV had higher survival rates following oxidative stress induced by buthionine sulfoximine compared with uninfected control cells, but this cell-protective effect was abolished by the use of Nrf2 shRNA. Our results suggest that HCMV-mediated activation of Nrf2 might be beneficial to the virus by increasing the host cell’s ability to cope with oxidative stress resulting from viral infection and/or inflammation.</P>

Abstract Conventional steering systems have physical mechanical connections. Unfortunately, these s)'stems in automotive are not only inefficient systems against engine horsepower but hazard sources fur driver on the front-end collision. To resolve these problems, this paper presents Steer-by-Wire (SBW) system which is controlled by only electronic signals without mechanical connections. Mechanical operations of the current hydraulics power steering are replaced to actuate two motors in this SBW system. Therefore, vacuum booster, fluid and hoses are eliminated.<br/> SBW systems bring hope in creating steering systems for most vehicles, which will still be equipped with power steering. In this SBW system, PMSM as a Rack Motor and DC motor as a reaction motor are controlled by ECU with information from all sensors.<br/> This paper presents ECU which has DSP TMS320LF2406APZ, two kinds of motor drives and sensor interfaces, besides their functions were verified through HILS and real vehicle experiment.<br/>

<P>Heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) has been suggested to be a key neuroprotective enzyme because of its widespread distribution in the brain as well as its strong antioxidative effects. HX106N, a water-soluble botanical formulation, has previously been demonstrated to prevent amyloid β-induced memory impairment and oxidative stress in mice by upregulating HO-1 levels. In this study, the underlying molecular mechanisms of HX106N-induced HO-1 expression were investigated using BV-2 cells, a murine microglial cell line, and primary microglia. Treatment with HX106N induced the expression of HO-1 at the transcriptional level through the stress-responsive element-containing enhancer present in the ho-1 promoter. Nuclear factor E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) was activated in cells treated with HX106N. The results from knockdown assay showed that small interfering RNA of Nrf2 attenuated HX106N-mediated HO-1 expression. Pharmacological inhibitors of p38 and JNK mitogen-activated protein kinases suppressed the HX106N-mediated induction of HO-1. The NF-κB signaling pathway was activated by HX106N and played a role in HX106N-induced HO-1 expression. Furthermore, HO-1 and one of its by-products during the enzymatic degradation of heme, CO, were found to be involved in HX106N-mediated suppression of NO production. Taken together, these data indicate that HX106N exerts potent antioxidative effects by increasing the expression of HO-1 through multiple signaling pathways, leading to the suppression of NO production.</P>

<P>Notch has a broad range of regulatory functions in many developmental processes, including hematopoiesis, neurogenesis, and angiogenesis. Notch has several key functional regions such as the RBP-Jκ/CBF1 association module (RAM) domain, nuclear localization signals (NLS), and ankyrin (ANK) repeats. However, previous reports assessing the level of importance of these domains in the Notch signaling pathway are controversial. In this study, we have assessed the level of contribution of each Notch domain to the regulation of mammalian neural stem cells in vivo as well as in vitro. Reporter assays and real-time polymerase chain reactions show that the ANK repeats and RAM domain are indispensable to the transactivation of Notch target genes, whereas a nuclear export signal (NES)-fused Notch intracellular domain (NICD) mutant defective in nuclear localization exerts a level of activity comparable to unmodified NICD. Transactivational ability appears to be tightly coupled to Notch functions during brain development. Unlike ANK repeats and RAM domain deletion mutants, NES-NICD recapitulates NICD features such as promotion of astrogenesis at the expense of neurogenesis in vitro and enhancement of neural stem cell character in vivo. Our data support the previous observation that intranuclear localization is not essential to the oncogenesis of Notch1 in certain types of cells and imply the importance of the noncanonical Notch signaling pathway in the regulation of mammalian neural stem cells.</P>

Alveolar synechia or syngnathia is a rare anomaly showing soft tissue or bony adhesions between the alveolar ridges of maxilla and mandible. In our review of the world literature, we have identified 68 reports of alvelolar synechia. Most cases describe cleft palate and the term cleft palate and congenital alveolar synechia syndrome was coined by Verdi and 0'neal(1983). Additional anomalies such as cleft lip, micrognathia, microglossia, lower lip pits, ankyloblepharon, and limb anomalies are associated. Related syndromes may include popliteal pterygium syndrome, van der Woude syndrome, and orofaciodigital syndrome. We present a child with congenital alveolar synechia and left unilateral complete cleft lip and palate. The child had difficulty in mouth opening with a maximal anterior jaw opening of 4 mm. The fibrous synechia was resected at the age of 4 months. On dividing the fibrous band, the jaws were distracted to an opening of only 7 mm using finger dilatation. However, the maximal anterior jaw opening by passive dilatation had increased to 19.0 mm after 2 months and up to 23.1 mm after 6 months by stretching exercise of the mandible, so the child could open his mouth successfully.
노즐 목 외부형 핀틀추력기의 추력특성에 대한 수치해석 연구

외부형 핀틀추력기의 핀틀 행정거리, 고도, 보어유무가 핀틀추력기 성능에 미치는 영향에 대해서 전산수치해석을 수행하였다. 유동은 핀틀 행정거리에 관계없이 항상 과소팽창하는 결과를 보였다. 핀틀추력기의 주요 성능 지표 중 추력조절측면에서는 우수한 성능을 보였지만, 핀틀 지지대 윗면에서 발생한 충격파로 인해 공력하중이 증가하였다. 지상에서 고도 20 km로 상승하면 노즐 출구 속도, 마하수, 추력 등이 증가하였으며, 공력하중 또한 증가하였다. 보어의 존재는 공력하중을 5.9% 증가시켜 핀틀의 구동력을 위해서는 보어가 없는 형상이 유리하다고 판단된다. Numerical computations were performed to investigate the effects of pintle stroke, altitude, and bore on the performance of an external pintle thruster. Results show that under-expansion flow occurs always, independent of pintle stroke. An external pintle thruster shows good performance in that it is capable of good amount of thrust control, while aerodynamic loads are increased due to shock waves on the pintle support. When altitude is increased to 20 km, the nozzle exit velocity, Mach number, thrust as well as aerodynamic loads are increased. Bore increases aerodynamic load 5.9%, and therefore pintle shape without bore is preferred for lower aerodynamic load of a pintle in order to actuate the pintle.
