<P>Pigs have been one of the most important sources of meat for humans, and their productivity has been substantially improved by recent strong selection. Here, we present whole-genome resequencing analyses of 55 pigs of five breeds representing Korean native pigs, wild boar and three European origin breeds. 1,673.1 Gb of sequence reads were mapped to the Swine reference assembly, covering ∼99.2% of the reference genome, at an average of ∼11.7-fold coverage. We detected 20,123,573 single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), of which 25.5% were novel. We extracted 35,458 of non-synonymous SNPs in 9,904 genes, which may contribute to traits of interest. The whole SNP sets were further used to access the population structures of the breeds, using multiple methodologies, including phylogenetic, similarity matrix, and population structure analysis. They showed clear population clusters with respect to each breed. Furthermore, we scanned the whole genomes to identify signatures of selection throughout the genome. The result revealed several promising loci that might underlie economically important traits in pigs, such as the <I>CLDN1</I> and <I>TWIST1</I> genes. These discoveries provide useful genomic information for further study of the discrete genetic mechanisms associated with economically important traits in pigs.</P>

This study is intended to calculate the actual recycling ratio of construction waste generated on site of the final disposal company. It is also analyzed the construction waste of the final disposal company, as well as aiming to ultimately analyze the actual disposal state of Korea's construction waste. According to on-site research on the middle disposal company, the average recycling ratio, reclamation, and incineration of brought in waste were 95.6%, 4.2%, and 0.01%. As the result of on-site research on the middle disposal company, disposing ratio of construction waste was shown at 4.2% lower in recycling percentage when compared to statistic data of Ministry of Environment, Republic of Korea(year 2005, in metropolitan area) and 4.0% and 0.01% higher in reclamation and incineration compared to the data. These differences seem to be because export data of waste in simple construction fields were only applied in the process of the current statistic data calculation. Actual results of construction waste's final disposal company was not reflected. Therefore, in order to improve efficiency of the government's construction waste-related policy, it is judged there needs to be improvements in current disposal methods.

In this research, the wall construction method influences the partially exposed situation in the one sided corridor type that is a form of the representing tenement house within the nation. A computer simulation was performed, with the purpose to analyse, suggest problems and development plans of safety in cases of fire. As a result of the analysis, all analyzing cases which the fire scenarios were applied in the middle and end complexes, showed that minimum evacuation time were within 195 seconds and 348 seconds, and if a part of the on sided corridor was opened with fire the safety of the residents were improved and the residential environment too were suggested possible for development.
공동주택 단지 투입자재 분석을 통한 환경영향평가 방안에 관한 연구

This study has analyzed the LCA of apartment complex to quantitatively evaluate the environmental impact of materials used for material production stage in the entire cycle. This study has also presented methods to simplify environmental impact evaluation on apartment complex by selecting major materials. The research findings on the environmental impact of 27 units of apartment complex are as follows. Sales facilities of per unit area (/㎡), which constitutes the complex had the biggest impact of 5.41E-02pe·yr, followed by other facilities (5.07E-02pe·yr), welfare facilities (3.51E-02pe·yr), underground parking lot (3.37E-02pe·yr), apartment buildings (3.11E-02pe·yr), and common areas (6.05E-03pe·yr). Meanwhile, major materials were selected as follows: 15 types of apartment buildings; 5 types of underground parking lots, welfare facilities, and sales facilities; 5 types of other facilities; 26 types of common areas.
차열도료 적용을 통한 국내 건축물의 에너지 성능 변화에 관한 연구

In this study it is quantitatively analyzed for thermal Characteristics of isolation-heat paint which has been supplied to a domestic market through experiments and simulations. In the case of experiment using the container box it shows 8% decrease on cooling energy consumption in a summer season but shows increase on heating energy consumption. As a result the analysis has found increase of energy consumption. As a result of holding simulations with meteorological data of domestic major cities it shows an increase of energy consumption in domestic condition and it is hard to expect an energy saving from the isolation-heat paint unless greater air-conditioning load.
일조와 조망, 자연환기성능을 고려한 공동주택 배치계획에 관한 연구

The study has conducted a research on the main shape of domestic multi-family residential buildings. The four arrangements were selected after the research and each of them was analyzed for daylight, view and natural ventilation according to the different pitch of buildings. Based on the results from the analysis, the optimum pitch of buildings for each of the arrangements are as follows. With looking at the outcomes from the analysis on changes in residential environment by the pitch of building buildings in the four arrangements, it was figured out that it would be the best if the distance is more than 1.0H for Case_1. For Case_2, it should be more than 0.9H and for Case_3, it has to be 1.0H or more. Last but not least, it seems to be superb if the distance is more than 0.9H for Case_4.
전과정평가(LCA)를 이용한 국내 건설산업에서의 환경영향평가에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to perform a quantitative analysis on the energy consumption of domestic construction industry and the generation amount of environmental loads by items through an industry-connected analysis by comparing and analyzing the environmental effect of each effect category by years with a view to quantitatively assess the environmental performance of domestic construction industry. As a result of the analysis, the environmental effect of CO in the entire environmental effect was computed to be 90%(6.49E+06 PEㆍyr) or more in average, and the environmental effect of SOx, NOx, NH₃, CO was computed to be 4.08E+05 PEㆍyr, 2.76E+05 PEㆍyr, 8.59E+03 PEㆍyr, 3.05+03 PEㆍyr, 2.42E+03 PEㆍyr respectively in the order of energy sources. In terms of effect categories, the effect of global warming on the global environment was analyzed as 89%, the highest, and in terms of individual industries, the architectural industry part in domestic construction industry was assessed as 3.91E+06 PEㆍyr on average.
공동주택 평면유형조합에 따른 시공단계 CO₂ 배출원단위 특징 분석

This research quantified (/m²) the supplied materials at the construction stage of apartments, the main architecture form domestically, and presented the average CO₂ emission by analyzing 50 apartment complexes. The results are as follows. CO₂ emission of each type of constructions by supplied materials is architecture (78.8%), machine (8.8%), electricity (5.3%), civil engineering (3.4%), landscaping (3.4%), and communication (1.0%). The building construction charged about 79%. Average CO₂ emission of total 50 apartment complexes according to supplied material expense appeared to be 950 kg-CO₂/m², and when core-type pillar was included CO₂ emission largely increased.
