The Plant source materials have been chosen for this study (due to its advantages and reasonable price) to fabricate a bone graft material to support for bone regeneration and a bi-layered membrane to guide bone regeneration. The bone graft material was fabricated in micro-spheres form and carry Calcium Phosphate material to support for bone regeneration. After characterization by SEM, XRD, results showed for the perfect spherical shape and micro-porous structure of product, in-vitro of Pre-osteoblast cells viability and proliferation proved for the highly biocompatible of micro-spheres. The bi-layered membrane was fabricated from highly biocompatible materials which was approved for using in human body. Bi-layered membrane was fabricated with highly porous structure inside carry calcium phosphate materials and outer layer dense to preventing the non-desired tissue migration. The properties and ability of bi-layered membrane were proved through characterization by SEM, TEM, contacting angle, mechanical strength, and biocompatible and biodegradable behavior were investigated by in-vitro and in-vivo studies.
