This study aims at finding out the importance of class assignment in personnel administration, looking into the relations betweens class assignment and morale of teacher, and between class assignment and class administration, Searching for the more desirable class assignment realized in the future through the discovery of problems in the present class assignment. To sum up the results of investigation in this study : Firstly, teachers showed the high degree of satisfaction with their own teaching profession. Secondly, as regards class assignment the request sheets for class were received from each school, but the rate of reflection are low. The class assignment was conducted by primary school principal. Thirdly, the classes for which teachers had a preference were the first seconded grade, and the classes for which had a disliking were the fifth-sixth grade class. The reason that teacher had a perference for such grades is a few hours of teaching burden. Toward teaching profession becomes higher, the system which degrades the morale of teachers due to unfair class assignment should be corrected. Secondly, the reason for the classes that teachers have a preference for is a few hours of teachings. Class burden(hours of teaching) becomes the big reason for the degraded morale of teachers. Thirdly, class assignment exercises an influence upon all the aspects of school management. Unreasonabled class assignment is enabled to degrade the educational quality of primary school ultimately. Accordingly, a right class assignment system should be executed. Fourthly, the request sheets of primary school teachers for class assignment, in the existing class assignment system, should primarily be taken into consideration, and the amount of their task should be alleviated after highter-graded class is assigned to teachers. Fifthly, the class assignment that should be carried out in the future should introduce the legal institualization. And it is required that the meeting on school affairs should become a deliberative organ, and as regards the hours of teaching the overtime allowance should be pay though the set-up of the legal hours of teaching. It is most desirable that the ideal class assignment should be conducted through the organization of the personnel committe by class-to-class. The school hours(hous of teaching) that teachers desire in a week is twenty four-five-hours. Fourthly, class assignment exert great influence upon the morale of teachers. Unfair class assignment exercises an influence upon the relationship between themselves and their superior fellow teachers. Fifthly, the degradation of the morale of teachers after class assignment exercises an effect on all aspects of class administration. Sixthly, the reason for unreasonable class assignment is no legal criterion and the matter on primary school principal administration of teachers gifts. The request sheet for class should primarily be taken into account in the present class assignment system, and the task burden of primary school children should be alleviated at time of high-graded class assignment. The legal hour system should be established in relation to class burden(hour system of teaching) and an overtime allowance system be introduced. It is required that the meeting on school affairs should become a deliberative organ, and it is desirable that class should be assigned to teachers through the organization of class-to-class personnel committee. To come to a conclusion based on the above result of study : Firstly, class assignment exercises a significant influence upon morale of teachers. At this time when the degree of satisfaction.
CV 黑鉛鑄鐵의 組織 및 性質에 미치는 Cu添加의 影響

Mg-REM系 合金을 CV 黑鉛化劑로 添加한 CV 黑鉛鑄鐵의 組織과 그 性質에 미치는 合金元素로서의 Cu添加影響을 調査하였다. Cu의 添加量이 2.0%까지 增加함에 따라 다음과 같은 結果를 얻엇다 : 첫째, Cu添加臺이 增加할수록 熔湯中의 5含量이 減少하였으며 殘留 Mg의 回收率은 增加 하였고, 黑鉛組織은 CV 黑鉛狀에서 球狀黑鉛狀으로 천이하는 傾向을 나타내었다. 둘째, Cu添加量이 1.2% 以上되면 基地組織은 완전히 pearlite化하며, 多量의 free carbide가 析出함을 알 수 있었다. 세째, Cu添加量이 增加함에 따라 常溫 및 高溫引張性質은 向上되었다. The effects of copper. as an alloying element on the structure and properties of Compacted- Vermicular graphite cast iron which was treated with Mg-REM spheroidizer have been studied. With the increase of copper content up to 2.0 wt.%, the following results were obtained: First, the ratio of residual magnesium content in the as-cast iron has been found to be increased, possibly due to the decrease of sulfur content in the melt. Thus, the morphology of graphite in the as-cast iron has been foun4 to be more nodular type. Second, the proportion of pearlite in the matrix has been found to be increased, however the matrix being pearlite with free carbide precipitates in the copper range of 1.2wt.% to 2.0wt.%.. Third, the tensile strength of the as-cast iron in the temperature up to 400℃ was increased.
