This study aimed to analyze the insulation performance and the efficiency of facility system efficiency of office buildings with building energy efficiency rating 1++ grade or higher, which is a standard of zero energy building certification. For the analysis, 90 low-energy office buildings were selected as the target buildings and ECO2 program data was used. As a result of analysis, increasing the insulation performance in the office buildings is considered to have little influence on the improvement of the grade of building energy efficiency rating. And it is found that the high efficiency of the facility system is advantageous for obtaining the high grade of building energy efficiency rating. This indicates that building energy needs a comprehensive analysis. Although one element is poorly performing, the high performance of other elements indicates that overall energy use can be reduced. As a result of this study, it is expected that office buildings will be used as basic data of energy saving design elements satisfying building energy efficiency rating 1++ grade with the aim of obtaining zero energy building certification.

한국형발사체 추진기관 개발을 위한 연소기 연소시험설비, 터보펌프 실매질 시험설비, 엔진 지상 및 고공모사 연소시험설비, 추진기관시스템 시험설비 구축 계획에 대해 간략히 기술하였다. 연소기, 터보펌프, 엔진 시험설비에서는 75톤급 액체로켓엔진의 부품 및 엔진시스템의 개발 및 인증시험을 수행할 예정이고, 추진기관시스템시험설비에서는 한국형발사체 1/2/3단용 추진기관시스템의 개발 시험을 수행할 예정이다. 추진기관 시험설비는 나로우주센터에 건설될 예정이며 구축 일정, 예산, 안전거리, 효율성 등을 고려하여 구축하고자 한다. The construction plan of a combustion chamber test facility(CTF), a turbopump real propellant test facility(TPTF), a rocket engine ground/high altitude test facility(ReTF, HAReTF) and a propulsion system test complex(PSTC) for KSLV-II is briefly described. The development/qualification tests of 75ton-class liquid rocket engine system and engine component will be performed in CTF, TPTF, ReTF and HAReTF and the development test of 1<SUP>st</SUP>/2<SUP>nd</SUP>/3<SUP>rd</SUP> propulsion systems for KSLV-II will be performed in PSTC. These propulsion test facilities will be built in NARO space center considering construction schedule, cost, safety distance and utility factor of propulsion test facilities.
Anticoagulation and Anticancer Constituents from Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb

From the EtOAc fraction of Eugenia caryophyllata, four compounds were isolated through activity-guided silica gel column chromatography, From the result of spectroscopic data including NMR, MS and IR, the chemical structures of the compounds were determined as 1-allyl-4-hydroxy-3-methoxybezene acetate (eugenol acetate, 1), 1-allyl-4-hydroxy-3-methoxybezene (eugenol, 2), $3{\beta}-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic$ acid (oleanolic acid, 3) and $2{\alpha}$, $3{\beta}-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic$ acid (maslinic acid, 4). Compounds 3 and 4 were isolated for the first time from this plant. Also, compounds 1, 2 and 3 exhibited relatively high platelet aggregation inhibitory activity with the $IC_{50}$ values of 0.24, 0.09 and 0.07 mM, respectively. Compound 2 significantly prolonged activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) with the value of $124{\pm}11.2$ seconds as compared to the control with the value of $37.5{\pm}2.2$ seconds at the concentration of 50 ${\mu}g/ml$. Compounds 1 and 3 revealed inhibitory activity on farnesyl protein transferase (FPTase) with the $IC_{50}$ values of 0.49 and 0.24 mM and compounds 1 and 2 highly inhibited the growth of rat-H-ras cells with the $Gl_{50}$ values of 6.63 and 5.70 ${\mu}M$, respectively.
