      • Research on Cost Allocation Model of Telecom Infrastructure Co-construction Based on Value Shapley Algorithm

        Under the circumstance that China Tower unified construction of 4G telecommunications infrastructure, how do the three operators fairly and reasonably share the telecommunications infrastructure cost is the key problem of Chinese telecom industry at present, and also is a hot issue for scholars. To alleviate this problem, after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of current methods of cost allocation, this paper try to introduce risk correction factor into Shapley Value algorithm, and propose a cost allocation model of telecom infrastructure co-construction based on the fixed Shapley Value algorithm. The validity and practicability of the method have been proved by the test of the actual calculation. With the help of this model, it is able to provide a more effective strategy for the cost allocation problem in the construction of China's telecom infrastructure.

      • Research on Mobile Internet User Behavior Preference Based on Support Vector Machine

        With the rapid development of the mobile Internet, mobile Internet users grow rapidly and the preference is more diverse, and the user's behavior is also showing a new feature. In this study, we use qualitative research and quantitative research, combined with empirical data and simulation analysis and the combination of traditional statistical analysis and modern data mining methods, to study the behavior preference of mobile Internet. Besides, we use the discrete choice model to build the binaryLogit model using SAS tools, and analyze the selected variables through data processing. Based on the significant influence factors, the behavior preference of mobile Internet users is classified by using support vector machine. The C-SVM binary classification machine is used as kernel function, and the parameters of the model and kernel function are optimized by cross validation. In this research, we introduce the support vector machine theory into the research field of the mobile Internet user behavior effectively, solve the problem of small and medium-sized samples effectively, and provide new ideas and methods for the research of mobile Internet user behavior.

      • Research on Evaluation System of Internet Venture Capital Project based on Matter - Element Method

        Drawing on experience of evaluation procedures on decision-making in the field of venture capital project, this paper establishes an evaluation procedures of telecommunications business innovation hatching project, combined with matter-element extension and other related theories. Firstly, by reviewing the evaluation index system related to innovation project and venture capital institutions, we construct the evaluation index system of Internet venture investment projects from four aspects, which are entrepreneurial team, technical/product, market and finance. Then, combining the characteristics of Internet business venture investment projects, with the project's classical field, segment field and matter element we establish the matter-element extension model of Internet venture investment project. An example is given to verify its feasibility and reasonability and the results provide a new way to assess the Internet venture capital project.
