        하악골 절제술후 재이식된 돌결자가골 재이식 : 치험 3례

        We described three cases of immediate reimplantation of a frozen-thawed autogenous mandible composed of a mixture of iliac bone, marrow, and particulate hydroxyapatite in tumors of the mandible. Acceptable outcomes were obtained in three patients who underwent immediate autogenous mandibular graft reconstruction. The conditions leading to successful outcome of the procedure are also discussed. Reimplantation of frozen autogenous lesioned mandible was performed in three patients with mandibular tumors. Two reimplanted grafts survived without complications following surgery. One case had postoperative infection that resolved with appropriate antibiotic treatment. There were no recurrences of the primary lesions. Satisfactory facial contour after surgery was achieved. These results are most promising, and we believe that, with further refinement, this technique will offer a new and acceptable modality for facial reconstruction in patients with cancer.

      • 부산지역 환경관련 제조업의 산업연관분석

        The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the industrial importance of the environment industry in Pusan through regional input-output analysis. In the absence of the consensus on the definition and scope of environment industry and related data, this research inevitably focuses on environmental manufacturing industry. There are various techniques in converting the coefficients of a national table to those of a regional table. Among them, it is said that RAS procedure is most widely used method. So that method is adopted also in this research. The regional table can be obtained through 360 iterative adjustments of rows and columns by using GAUSS program. The empirical findings of this research show that among the manufacturing industries in Pusan environmental manufacturing industry has relatively strong backward linkage effect and the weakest forward linkage effect. From the above findings, if the demands for environmental industry in Pusan can be created by government policies, we can infer that the growth of other industries as well as environmental industry can be expected.

      • 雅亭 李德懋의 儒敎的 人性敎育論

        The purpose of this study is to investigate Lee Deuk Moo(李德懋)'s treatise on education of humanity based on his book 《Sasochul(士小節)》, who was a Confucian scholar in Chosun Dynasty. He examined children education of humanity with three different viewpoints, which are treatise on education of humanity in society, treatise on education of humanity at school. The results of this study are as follows. 1.First of all, it was proved that Lee Deuk Moo's viewpoint of humanity was interrelated to Neo-Confucianist's general viewpoint of humanity. According to Neo-Confucianist's, human nature can be divided as nature of 'Ben-Ran(本然之性)' and nature of 'Qi-Zhi()'. While nature of Ben-Ran is people's common element, Qi-Zhi is personal element. In Confucianism, the treatise on education of humanity emphasizes to preserve nature of Ben-Ran, a common personality from the heaven, by regulating each person's desires. 2.He highlighted mother's role in the education of humanity at home According to the him, every mother need to take a prudent attitude from prenatal education. Each mother also should take care of her children everyday life when they are infants. He underlined parent's strict education of children's habit and propriety instead of blind love. 3.He also emphasized educational environment in the education of humanity in society. For example, parents let their children play with a good-natured person to protect their children from undesired educational environment. 4.He stressed relationship between teacher and students for the education of humanity at school. He thought the education of humanity could be done by studying poetry, propriety, and course work. He also emphasized the education of humanity by considering ability, disposition, human developmental characteristics.

        This study is investigated by experimental method and FEM about the effect of notch root radious(ρ) on the fracture of GFRP. The smaller ρshowed the fracture behavior which was mainly caused by the propagation of the stable crack, but the fracture behavior in the larger ρwas mainly caused by the spread of damage. The experimental value of the nominal stress could be estimated by FEM simulation and the load-displacement curve could also be drawn. According to the results simulated damage zone by FEM, as the ρis smaller, the damage begin at low stress.

        우리나라 학교공동체의 역사적 고찰

        This article describes for understanding on the history of Korean school community, which is mainstream of educational reform movement. This article is made up of two parts; The first one is premodern school community and another part is modern school community in Korean society. 1. The specific feature of school community in premodern society is built to train officials, lay more emphasis on humanistic than natural science in curriculum, and based on local solidarity. 2. The specific feature of school community in modern society is adopting national wide educational system, take more democratic idea than confucian idea in educational thought, and give emphasis to natural science in curriculum. 3. The prior condition in successful completion of school community is a spontaneous formation of sub-culture in school, cooperative relationship between school and community, truthful relationship between student and teacher, and put more stress on intrinsic value than extrinsic value in education. 이 논문은 우리나라의 학교공동체의 역사를 개괄적으로 살펴봄으로써 현재 우리나라 교육개혁의 한 흐름을 이루고 있는 학교공동체 운동에 대한 역사적, 문화적 이해를 돕고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 제2장에서는 전통사회의 학교공동체의 역사를 삼국시대, 고려시대, 조선시대의 셋으로 구분하여 고찰하고 공통 특징을 추출하였으며, 제3장에서는 근·현대 사회의 학교공동체의 역사를 개화기 및 일제하와 광복 이후로 구분하여 고찰하고 그 공통 특징을 추출해보았다. 연구의 결과, 이상의 역사적인 고찰을 통하여 얻게 된 성공적인 학교공동체의 조건은 자발적인 학교문화의 형성, 지역사회와의 협력적 관계, 스승과 제자의 신뢰 관계 그리고 수단적 기능보다 본질적 기능의 우선 등을 들 수 있다. 즉 국가나 관이 주도가 되어 학교를 세워 학교를 운영하는 관주도적인 학교보다는 뜻있는 교육자가 주도 되어 자발적으로 세운 학교가 성공적인 공동체가 되었으며, 지역사회와 학교가 밀접한 관계를 유지할 때 성공적인 공동체가 되었다. 또 스승과 제자 사이에 굳은 신뢰 관계가 형성되었을 때 학생과 학생 사이, 학부모와 교사 사이에도 신뢰 관계가 생기면서 고유한 공동체 문화를 형성하게 된다는 것이다. 그리고 지나친 입시나 취업 등 수단적인 기능이 강조될 때보다 위기지학, 인격함양 등 본질적 기능이 강조될 때, 학교는 성공적인 공동체가 되었다는 것이 역사가 말해주는 사실이다

      • 혼합 계면활성제 시스템에서의 온도에 따른 점도 변화 효과

        In general, the viscosity of fluid increases as temperature decreases, and decreases as temperature increases. This phenomenon can be explained by decreasing mobility of molecules as temperature decreases. But, we found the opposite phenomenon that viscosity decreases as temperature decreases in particular mixed surfactant system. To analyze this phenomenon, various experiments have been proceeded such as composition (anionic, nonionic, zwitterionic surfactant), variation of zwitterion surfactants, structure of hydrophobic chains, structure of Hydrotrope, variation of pH. Conclusively, controlling the complex of zwitterion and anionic surfactant, we could control the viscosity of mixed surfactant system on variation of temperature. We analyzed this phenomenon theoretically, and then can complete "The technology of viscosity control by temperatre in micellar phase".

      • 초등 사회과 3학년 지역화 교수·학습자료개발 연구

        The purpose of this study is in developing locally-oriented teaching-learning materials to motivate students to effectively take part in activities using map and in improving the field work of social studies to plan a map learning and to give them the ability of practice. It represents the right order involved in teaching the activities using map after doing preceding learning : classroom, playground, and the environs of the school including to some learning methods such as a puzzle map, a correlative of learning. Field trip study planning and lesson-plan are designed in case of Sewage disposal plant, Duknam filtration plant, Bonchon industrial complex relating to field trip study. There are some effects expected which follow through this study. First, teachers are able to draw learner's interest in finding learning sources directly through the community where they live. Second, learners have active participation in class, motivation, drawing their interests through map learning by doing preceding study of learner-centered. Third, teachers can make use of it as useful tools to get high achievement goal with self-direct learning.
