STARLIKENESS OF MULTIVALENT MEROMORPHIC HARMONIC FUNCTIONS

We give sufficient coefficient conditions for starlikeness of a class of complex-valued multivalent meromorphic harmonic and orientation preserving functions in outside of the unit disc. These coefficient conditions are also shown to be necessary if the coefficients of the analytic part of the harmonic functions are positive and the coefficients of the co-analytic part of the harmonic functions are negative. We then determine the extreme points, distortion bounds, convolution and convex combination conditions for these functions.

The purpose of the present paper is to introduce and investigate two new subclasses of bi-univalent functions of complex order defined in the open unit disk, which are associated with Hurwitz-Lerch zeta function and satisfying subordinate conditions. Furthermore, we find estimates on the Taylor-Maclaurin coefficients ${\mid}a_2{\mid}$ and ${\mid}a_3{\mid}$ for functions in the new subclasses. Several (known or new) consequences of the results are also pointed out.

A subclass of harmonic functions associated with wright hypergeometric functions

We introduce a new class of complex valued harmonic functions associated with Wright hypergeometric function which are orientation preserving and univalent in the open unit disc . We investigate the coefficient bounds, distortion inequalities and extreme points for this generalized class of functions.

In this paper, we familiarize and explore a new subclass of bi-prestarlike functions defined in the open unit disk, related with Gegenbauer polynomials. Furthermore, we find estimates of first two coeffcients of functions in these classes, making use of the Gegenbauer polynomials. Also, we obtain the Fekete-Szego inequalities for function in these classes. Several consequences of the results are also pointed out as corollaries.

Making use of the generalized hypergeometric functions, we introduce some generalized class of k−uniformly convex and starlike functions and for this class, we obtain several interesting subordination results. In particular, we obtain subordination results for various classes of uniformly convex and starlike functions. Our result includes as special cases.
