        법랑라세포종의 면역조직화학적 및 전자현미경적 연구

        Clinicopathologic analysis of ameloblastoma in 24 cases and their ultrastructural and immunohistochemical studies, especially to cytokeratin expressions according to morphologic classification were performed to clarify the tumor cell differentiation and origin. Reaction with broad spectrum and high molecular weight cytokeratin were generally positive in the stellate cell of the follicular and acanthomatous ameloblastoma, suggesting more squamous differentiation than peripheral basal cell type. Although ultrastructually common origin from oral epithelium was evidenced by presence of tonofilaments and desmosome, variations were prominent among the different histopathologic types of tumor. In granular cell ameloblastoma there were pleomorphic osmiophilic lysosome-like granules.

      • LIN 통신을 이용한 자동차 공조기용 댐퍼제어시스템 설계

        In this study, timing model, analysis of LIN protocol and design of the damper control system for vehicle's climate system using LIN, it is inevitable to study the timing behavior of the networked control system for vehicle, because the LIN communication protocol influences the control network system in vehicles. Therefore, the performance of a distributed control climate system in vehicle using LIN protocol can be improved as long as the timing behavior of the protocol is creditable. Through the design of the damper control system for vehicle's climate system and the timing analysis of the transmitting LIN message, all relevant timing parameters that affect the message transmission time are defined. As a result of the analysis, a timing equation of the transmitting message and control vehicle's damper control climate system are composed of these timing parameters and transmit signal. Using this result, the transmission of LIN message in vehicle's network system can be predicted. Furthermore the LIN application software that has been already used in LIN applications can be verified by the damper control system for vehicle's climate system using LIN.

      • 마이크로프로세서를 利用한 디지탈필터의 特性 改善

        This paper introduces a technique for implementing a second order recursive digital filter. The realization is based on the residue number system and sequentially multiplexing two look-up tables which are used for the operations of addition and multiplication. The data rate of the filter implemented with microprocessor is improved under some assumption.

        유치 치근단 염증에 의한 계승치 맹출장애의 일예

        This is a case report of difficult eruption of succeeding permanent tooth by periapical inflammation of primary tooth. 12-year-8-month-old girl who had been treated by pulpotomy of lower right second primary molar about 4 years ago was recalled for prolonged retention of it. Radiographs showed periapical inflammation of lower right second primary molar and horizontal buccal impaction of succeeding permanent tooth. Right second premolar seemed impossible to erupt so surgical extraction of it was done with removal of lower right second primary molar and resin space maintainer was manipulated for prevention of space closure and elongation of opposing tooth.

        State variable technique was introduced to realize active filters which have arbitrarily and independently assigned poles and zeros in the s-plane with the exception of poles at the origin. The networks designed by the state variable technique have a great deal of advantages but ideal active elements have been used for the design. This is not practical. In this paper, a method of design of active filters by state variable technique is introduced by using practical active elements. The active filters owing to this method have been proved experimentally to have a little more stable characteristics on high quality factor.

      • Walsh-Fourier변환을 사용한 PWM인버어터의 새로운 고조파 제거방법에 관한 연구

        The thesis presents the problem of new harmonic elimination method of P\V\i inverter f d induction motor system using walsh series. In other words, this thesis presented technique of the selective harmonics elimination (SHE) by W-FT series in three phase PWM inverter output waveform. A microprocessor(8086 CPC)-controlled three phase induction motor system in order to verify this algorithm is presented. It is designed for a three output voltage in the 1∼60Hz inverter with the 5th and 7th harmonics, 5th, 7th, 11th, and 13th harmonics eliminated, and with the fundamental wave amplitude proportional to the output frequency. As the results, the performance of the proposed method could eliminate the harmonics and reduce computation time which determines switching pattern. In inverters, dead time circuits are inserted in the switching signals to prevent the dc link shortage. This causes the "dead-time effect", the fundamental voltage drop and the generation of low order harmonics, this thesis is deals with quantative prediction of dead-time effect and its compensation in PWM inverters. The performance of the compensation circuits is conformed through the sir,.-elation and the experiment. In the future, the proposed PWM pattern by W-FT series, is effective not only to the induction but also to the other electromagnetic machine such as volta e regulator, UPS.

      • 용접강구조 부재의 한냉특성에 따른 파괴거동해석

        In this paper, low temperature fracture behavior of base metal, HAZ and weldment has been investigated. The effect of residual stress in weld joints on the fracture has been studied. As a result, Charpy impact value was found to decrease with decreasing temperature. Annealed HAZ and weldment have the highest and lowest impact values at 22℃ and -70℃, respectively. The weld joints have larger fracture toughness values than base metal, due to compressive residual stress.

        간세포 배양기술을 이용한 생인공간 개발 현황

        우리 인체의 장기 중 간(liver)은 생존에 그 어느 장기보다도 중요한 역할을 담당하는 장기로서 여러 가지 원인으로 인하여 갑자기 간의 기능이 상실된 환자에게는 간이식만이 유일한 대안이다. 간세포를 이용한 체외 순환형 간 보조 장치(생인공간, bioartificial liver)는 최근 유일하게 전격성 간부적 환자의 생존을 중대 효과가 검증되었고 간이식이나 환자 자신의 간 재생으로의 생명 연장 교량 역할을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 생인공간의 개념과 임상시험 중인 대표적인 생인공간 시스템 현황에 대해서 공학적 관점 위주로 소개하고 향후 이 분야에 대한 연구전망에 대하여 서술하였다. The liver is mutifunctional vital organ for healthy survival and orthotopic liver transplantation is the only definitive therapy for patients with acute or fulminant hepatic failure(FHF) so far. Bioartificial liver, a hepatocyte-based extracorporeal liver support system, enhanced the survival rates of patients with FHF and expected to act as a bridge to provide the extension of survival time until a donor organ becomes available for transplantation or their own liver can be regenerated. In this paper, we introduce concepts of bioartificial liver and review representative bioartifical liver systems in clinical trials with engineering issue. Finally we describe future perspectives of bioartificial liver.

        詩人 盧天命의 自己認識과 創造過程

        Through the anaiysis of Noh chun Myung's first collective poems ‘San Ho Rim’with her life history, the authors wish to observe her selfawareness and poetic creativ process by psychoanalytic approaches. Noh's incomplete selfimage resulted from childhood narcissistic injuries. These injuries were due to her birth destined to feminity, protracted measles at the age of 6, and loss of father at the age of 9, resulted in feminine inferiority, bisexual elements, and incomplete body-image. She made every effort to recover infantile omnipotence and completeness by poetic products as ‘Self-Portrait’,‘Deer’, and ‘Ass’etc. These efforts were associated with her endless loneliness. Another creative process was restoration of the lost objects, which expressed to unavoidable nostalgia, mourning process to parent loss, and eventually fantasy of utopia using revival of scenery of birth place. In addition, restoration fantasy of the lost object was mainly father's fantasy. These poetic efforts overflowed from initial poem ‘Self-Portrait’of ‘San Ho Rim’to last poem ‘Birth Place’, which combined with perfection of poetic form and justice. Therefore she reached intrapsychic completeness and aesthetic pleasure.

        四肢의 Scar Revision에 있어 Modified Millard's Trick의 利用

        No matter how various methods may be tried, for scar repair of extremities, the results were not so acceptable unfortunately. Of these procedures, Millard's trick (The Double-Breasted Vest Principle) is the one of most popular methods and which has been loved by many surgeons, esp, plastic surgeons, up to date. However, even this method couldn't satisfied us, because of undesirable disadvantages, and our new repair method, entitle "Modified Millard's Trick Method" was designed with supplement of disadvantages of Millard's Tric in mind and has been used in attempt to prevent recurrence of the usual spread. This approach is advocated for scars in area where stretch-ing is usual or where a careful regular repair has failed to prevent it. If there is any depression associated with the scar, this is corrected simultaneously by advancing both skin flaps in opposite direction. We have tired this new method for 1- cases of patients, esp. for relatively wide linear scar (over 5cm) on extremities.
