Distributed learning in a multi-agent potential game

In a non-cooperative dynamic game, each player participating in a changing environment aims to optimize its actions selfishly. In this paper, we focus our analysis on a class of games, namely dynamic potential game in multiagent systems. The problems of the game with constraints and without constraints are both considered; in both cases, we propose algorithms to learn the Nash equilibrium (NE) in a distributed fashion. The idea of NE learning is relied on two-time-scale dynamics and convex optimization. A numerical example is presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
Violence and Poor Working Conditions Faced by Entertainment Workers in Cambodia

Cambodia has developed booming textile, garment, tourism, and entertainment service industries since the mid-1990s. The 2007 global financial crisis pushed many garment workers, who lost their jobs, into the entertainment sector. Entertainment workers are typically engaged informally by their employers and are subjected to long working hours, violence, and sexual harassment. Many who sell beverages are forced into excessive alcohol consumption as part of their work. Many are also expected by their employers and clients to provide sexual services. To address unsafe and unhealthy working conditions for these workers, an innovative occupational safety and health regulations were adopted in 2014. This first-of-its-kind occupational safety and health regulation was developed jointly by the Cambodian Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training and employers and workers’ organizations in the entertainment sector. The implementation of this regulation can be a viable contribution to occupational safety and health to HIV interventions for these workers.

남부지방에서 황금의 맥후작 직파재배시 적정시비량, 파종기, 재식밀도를 구명하여 재배기술을 개선, 보완하고 수량을 증대시켜 안정생산에 기여하고자 여천 재래종을 공시하여 실시한 시험결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1.무비구(N-p,0,-K,0=0-0-0kg/kg10a)의 개화기 7월 20일에 비하여 모든 시비구가 7월 21일~23일로 1 ~2일 늦게 개화하였다. 2. 생육형질인 경장, 경태, 분지수, 주근장, 주근경 생경엽중, 건경업중은 무비 구에 비하여 모든 시비구가 양호하였으나 중비구(N-p,0,-K,0=9-13.5-9kg/10a)에서 더욱 양호하였다. 3. 수량형질인 건근중은 무비구보다 모든 시비구가 양호하였으나 그 중에서 중비구(N-p,0,-K,0=9-13.5-9kg/10a)에서 103당 건근중이 178kg으로 무비구의 126kg에 비하여 41%가 증수되었고 표준시비구(N-p,0,-K,0=6-9-6kg/10a)의 167kg에 비해서는 7%가 증수되었다. 4.출아 소요기간에 있어서 6월 1일 파종은 6월 12일로 11일이 소요되었고 6월 10일 파종은 6월 16일로서 6일이 소요되었으며 6월 20일 파종은 6월 23일로서 3일이 소요되었다 5.개화 소요기간에 있어서 6월 1일 파종은 54일이 경과되어 7월 24일에 개화되었고 6월 10일 파종은 45일이 경과되어 7월 25일에 개화되었으며 6월 20일 파종은 37일이 경과되어 7월 27일에 개화되었다. 6.지상부의 생산물인 주경장, 주경경, 주경절수,분지수 및 건경엽중 모두 6월 1일 파종에서 가장 양호하였다. 7 지하부의 생산물인 주근장, 주근경, 주당상근수 및 건근중 모두 6월 1일 파종에서 가장 양호하였다. 8. 경장은 20<TEX>$\times$</TEX>10cm의 밀식 일수록 크고, 30<TEX>$\times$</TEX>10cm, 40<TEX>$\times$</TEX>10cm의 소식일수록 짧아서 재식주수와 경장은 정의상관이 인정되었다. 9 경직경은 30<TEX>$\times$</TEX>10cm, 40<TEX>$\times$</TEX>10cm의 소식일수록 크고 20<TEX>$\times$</TEX>10cm의 밀식일수록 작았다 10. 수량구성요소인 주근장과 수량인 건근중은 30<TEX>$\times$</TEX>10cm, 40<TEX>$\times$</TEX>10cm의 재식주수가 적을수록 높아서 재식주수와는 부의 상관이 인정되었다. 11 이상과 같은 결과로 보아 경직경이 크고 주근장이 길어서 10a당 건근중이 많은 30<TEX>$\times$</TEX>10cm(33주/<TEX>$m^2$</TEX>)가 알맞은 재식거리였다. This study was carried out to determine the effect of various fertilizer levels, sowing time and planting density on the growth and yield of Scuteliaria baicalensis GEORGE cultivated after the barley in the southern coastal areas of Korea under the non- mulching condition by direct sowing culture. The flowering date of medium dressing plot(N : P<TEX>$_2$</TEX>O<TEX>$\sub$</TEX>5/ : K<TEX>$_2$</TEX>O=9 : 13.5 : 9kg/10a) and heavy dression plot(N : P<TEX>$_2$</TEX>O<TEX>$\sub$</TEX>5/, : K<TEX>$_2$</TEX>O=12 :18 : 12kg/10a) were July 23. The flowering date of the medium and the heavy dressing plot was delayed by 3days compared with that of non-fertilizing plot. The growth characteristics such as stem length, diameter of main stem, number of branch per plant, main root length, main root length, main root thickness and dry weight of stem leaves were more increased at medium dressing plot than that of other fertilizer levels, The root dry weight of in Scutellaria baicalensis GEORGE cultivated after barley was hlghest at the fertilizing plot of N : P<TEX>$_2$</TEX>O<TEX>$\sub$</TEX>5/ : K<TEX>$_2$</TEX>O=9 : 13.5 : 9kg/10a. The dried-root yield was 178kg in medium dressing plot, 167kg in standard dressing pot, and 126kg in non-dressing plot, The dried-root yield of medium dressing plot was 7% and 41 cie higher than that of standard dressing pot and non-dressing control plot, respectively. Emergence and flowering dates in the sowing time of June 1 were earlier than those of the other sowing times. In the sowing time of June 1, length and diameter of main stem, number of node per main stem, number of branch per plant and dry weight of stem leaves were greater than those of sowing times of June 10 and June 20. Yield components such as main stem length and diameter, main stem numbers, branches per plant, dry weight of stem leaves, main root length and thickness, number of large root and fine root per plant, and dry weight of root were the highest at the sewing time of June 1

<P>In this study, a facile approach has been successfully applied to synthesize a hierarchical three-dimensional architecture of ultrasmall hematite nanoparticles homogeneously encapsulated in MoS<SUB>2</SUB>/nitrogen-doped graphene nanosheets, as a novel non-Pt cathodic catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction in fuel cell applications. The intrinsic topological characteristics along with unique physicochemical properties allowed this catalyst to facilitate oxygen adsorption and sped up the reduction kinetics through fast heterogeneous decomposition of oxygen to final products. As a result, the catalyst exhibited outstanding catalytic performance with a high electron-transfer number of 3.91-3.96, which was comparable to that of the Pt/C product. Furthermore, its working stability with a retention of 96.1% after 30 000 s and excellent alcohol tolerance were found to be significantly better than those for the Pt/C product. This hybrid can be considered as a highly potential non-Pt catalyst for practical oxygen reduction reaction application in requirement of low cost, facile production, high catalytic behavior, and excellent stability.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

We tried to introduce two forsythia genes related in lignan biosynthesis, dirigent protein and pinoresinol/lariciresinol (Ph) reductase, into potatoes for accumulation of lignans in transgenic potatoes. We made binary vectors overexpressing dirigent protein gene and P/L reductase gene driven by a CaMV35S promoter and transformed into potatoes via Agrobacterium mediated transformation. And in order to control the metabolic flux of lignan biosynthesis pathway, we tried to inhibit chalcone synthase genes of potatoes by antisense inhibition technique also. We tried to use PCR screening method for selection of transgenic plants of different vectors. We tried to determine and compare lignan contents from different transgenic potato lines.
