      • 多色 網點 印刷物의 色測定에서 濃度 測定 方法과 剌戟値 直讀 方法의 比較에 關한 硏究

        多色 結點 印刷物에서 色을 測定하는데는 여러가지 方法이 있는데, 본 論文에서는 濃度 測定法과 剌戟値 直讀的으로, 日本 Ink 化學株式會社에서 나온 SPACE Color New Apex-G Color Chart를 使用하여 두 方法의 測定 結果를 비교, 검토하였다. Process Ink인 Y,M,C, Bl을 10, 20, 30…90, 100%의 結點 面積 比率로 變化시켜 測定한 結果 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. Y Ink는 가장 理想的인 Ink로 575mm 부근의 主波長을 가졌다. 2. M Ink는 다른 成分을 제일 많이 함유하고 있었다. 3. 原色 分解할 때에 Bl 版의 필요성이 확인되었다. 4. 色의 混合 效果는 M+Y의 混合 때 가장 效果가 좋았다.

      • 高分子에 固定된 有機朱錫 觸媒에 의한 EV Copolymer의 合成

        It was intended to review the partial reduction of PVC by this polymer supported organotin catalyst. Thermal stability of EV copolymer obtained by reduction of PVC was also studied by using thermogravimetric analysis. Ethylene unit, polyene sequence of EV copolymer, was increased with the increase in the amount of reduction agent used in the partial reduction reaction, and their molar content reached a maximum of 23.74% in the EV copolymer when 3 mole % DVB crosslinked reduction agent was used. Intrinsic viscosities of partially reduced PVC by ST-DVB copolymer with immobilized tinhydride were not changed significantly with the variation of the amounts of catalysts added for the reduction of PVC. The molecular weight of the copolymer determined by gel permeation chromatography was about 1.41 × 105. The EV copolymer obtained by partial reduction of PVC using the polymer supported organotin catalyst, showed an increasing tendency of syndiotactic structure with the decrease in the amount of ethylene unit in the EV copolymer. Short and long polyene sequence affecting the heat stability were also examined by using 13C-NMR spectroscopy. The long polyene sequence in EV copolymer was found to be the most important factor for the thermal stability.

        This is a experiment on the dot reproduction. We report the results of some measurements on the relationship of tone change with auxiliary exposure and discuss them in this paper. The results are shown in Figure 3, 4 and Table 1. When applying the results of the study to practical problems, It will be obtained satisfactory results.

      • 黃酸에 依한 Oxalic Acid의 熱分解에 關한 硏究

        Calcium Oxalate에서 Oxalic Acid를 製造하는 工程에서 Oxalic Acid가 黃酸에 의하여 分解할 가능성이 있으므로, 本 硏究에서는 Oxalic Acid가 黃酸에 의해 얼마나 分解되는가를, 각종 黃酸濃度 및 溫度의 變化에 따라 Oxalic Acid의 熱分解를 測定하였다. 그 結果 70℃, 1時間의 反應條件에서 黃酸 濃度 93.2%, 85℃, 1 時間의 反應條件에서 89.5%, 95℃, 1時間의 反應條件에서 83.1%에서 Oxalic Acid의 熱分解가 일어났으며, 95℃에서 反應時間을 2時間, 4時間으로 연장하여도 그 이하에서는 Oxalic Acid의 熱分解가 일어나지 않았다. 이것은 Oxalic Acid의 黃酸에 의한 熱分解는 1. 가열온도의 상승에 따라서 Oxalic Acid가 熱分解되는 黃酸의 濃度는 낮고 2. 一定溫度에서 Oxalic Acid를 熱分解시키는 黃酸 濃度에는 限界가 있다는 것을 나타낸다.

      • Hybrid-Ceramic Crown과 금속 도재관의 파절강도 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare the fracture strengths and the fracture patterns of several hybrid-ceramic crowns and metal-ceramic crown. Ten crowns were constructed for each group according to the manufacturer's instruction. Removable template of silicone rubber impression material was used for standardization of each crowns. Each crown was cemented on a metal die with hybrid glass ionomer cement. All crowns cemented were stored in distilled water, 36℃ for 24 hours prior to loading in an universal testing machine. The load was directed at 130 degrees to the long axis of metal die. The fracture strengths were measured and the fracture patterns were observed. The following results were obtained from this study 1. The mean fracture strengths of Artglass??, Sculpture?? and Targis?? were 57.5±9.5Kgf, 62.7±12.2Kgf and 60.2±10.1Kgf respectively. There was no significant difference among each hybrid ceramic crown group. 2. The load required to fracture hybrid-ceramic crowns was significantly smaller than metal-ceramic crowns(131.7±22.0Kgf). 3. In the metal-ceramic crowns, labial porcelain detached partially from porcelain-metal junction of proximal side by load. 4. Hybrid-ceramic crowns showed a simple fracture pattern that fracture line began at the loading area and extended through proximal surface, perpendicular to the margin. The crown was separated into two parts of labial side and lingual side. Above results revealed that three kinds of the hybrid-ceramic crowns used in this study must have careful application in clinical use since the strength of hybrid-ceramic crown was lower(about 1/2) than that of metal-ceramic crown.

      • 高分子에 固定된 有機 朱錫 觸媒의 合成

        In this work, the organotin immobilized metal catalyst which was supported by a polymer, was synthesized by chloromethylation, vinylation, hydrostannylation of polystyrenes. It was intended to examine its characteristics by IR, NMR spectroscopy and other instrumental analysis methods. It was found that the yield of bound polymer was decreased with the increase of divinylbenzene content in the feed. The yield reached about 82-94 percent. FT-IR absorption spectra of chloromethylated ST-DVB copolymer showed the absorption bands at 676, 1266cm??, for v?? and these peak intensities increased with degree of crosslinking upto 3 mole% of DVB content. The yield of the chloromethylated ST-DVB copolymers reached a maximum value of 96% when 3 mole % of DVB was involved in bound polymer. FT-IR absorption spectra of vinylated C-ST-DVB copolymer showed the absorption bands at 908, 988 and 1630cm??, for v??, v???, and C-Cl, respectively. It was found that the contents of vinyl group in bound polymers were in the range of 19.8-40.4% depending on the crosslinking degree. The extent of vinylation reached a maximum when 3 mole % DVB was crosslinked. It was also found that both the content of tinhydride in bound polymer and degree of crosslinking decreased with the increase of DVB monomer in the feed. Swelling ration of the bound polymer showed a maximum value when 3 mole % DVB was crosslinked in bound polymer.

      • 廢Ni觸媒로부터 Nickel yellow의 製造에 관한 硏究

        NiNH₄PO₄was Prepared from waste Ni catalyst used in hydrogenation of oil and fat. NiNH₄PO₄was calcined at different temperature respectly 800, 1000, 1100℃ to prepare Nickel yellow. The results from this experiment are summerized as follows: 1) Nickel yellow formed at 1100℃ was most clearness yellow color from color analyzer data. 2) Nickel yellow was consist of α-Ni₂P₂O??, Ni₃(PO₄)₂from X-ray diffraction analysis. 3) The endothermic pick at 100℃ and exotherwic pick about 1050℃ on calcination of NiNH₄PO₄were checked in DTA (difference thermal analysis data.)
