Expeditious settlement of disputes is pre-requisite of free economy, especially in the commercial matters. But pendency and backlog of cases in Indian judiciary has ransacked the working and functioning of nation as a whole. The underprivileged and poor people are the worst victim of this issue. Courtroom Litigation is a lengthy and expensive affair. And the pendency prolongs the cases for years depriving Justice to the needy as well as paralysing the economic activity of the nation. If this issue is not addressed in the near future, it has potential to crash the Indian judicial system under the weight of arrears. The idea of this paper is not to dwell upon the problem. It aims to explore the solutions and optimum methods needed for a reformative measure. Access of justice is a basic human right guaranteed by the common law. The Indian legal system is under constant pressure and questions have been raised as how do they plan to continue the justice delivery system. Thus, there is a need to prioritise the issue of pendency and access to justice to all. Since, a major dependency now lies upon the online and digital mode, the productivity during pandemic and even for future, can be enhanced through improved infrastructure of the online mode of alternative dispute settlement. The pandemic has reshaped how pending cases and future cases will be adjudicated. In light of this, the paper aims to divert the attention towards Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) and specifically Online modes of Dispute resolution and evaluate the efficacy of Online Dispute Resolution (“ODR”) mechanisms.

Since Internet has been started with the connection to US Internet and NSFNET, Korea R&D newworks such as KREON et, HANA, KREN have been suffered in security breaches by dimestic hackers. They intrude another Internet hosts using "telnet", TCP/IP terminal access protocol. So in this paper, the method to protect their unauthorized acess is introduced and implemented in gateway system between public Internet and a certain Internet domain. Through this paper, designed "AacServ" system provides : -User Authentication : Check accessed user is vaild or not -Access Control : Check user'd source host & destination host id. is the pre-registered one or not -Functions for Manager : Resistration, edition, view, deletion of User MIB, logging AacServ activities, report of AacServ event... This system can be easily be installed at any site of Internet because its configuration is very simple, and the test result was successful. To expand this system's functions, it will be studied how to apply security services into another TCP/IP applications, like SMTP electronic mail, FTP, and etc.
VHDL 지원환경에서 상위수준합성을 위한 CDFG생성 시스템의 설계 및 구현

This paper is on VHDL(Very high speed integrated circuit Hardware Description Language) Support Environment. Focuses on this study are to design and implement the CDFG(Control and Data Flow Graph) generating system for High Level Synthesis. VHDL, was accepted as Standard Hardware Descrip-tion Language system for High Level Synthesis. VHDL, was accepted as Standard Hardware Descrip-tion Language by IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) is used as input language the CDFG generating system. CDFG, generated by this system, is used as an input to High Level Synthesi-zer. Since VHDL syntax is too massive, it can not allow all kinds of syntax, the effort was made to deal with the behaviral description syntax. So far, I am trying to allow the VHDL fullset and extend the system continuously. To implementation, C language is used on UNLX System.

This study is designed to help the companies in the golf industry establish effective marketing strategies and improve their images by investigating the consuming patterns of consumers for golf products and analyzing their buying patterns by means of behavioral study on the image of golf business. For this purpose, questionnaires were distributed through e-mail or banner advertisements to the internet users who, in their 20s or older, have experienced buying golf-related goods, using golf training courses or playing golf in the filed, Out of 1,000 respondents, 940 were adopted randomly as samples, with the incomplete or missing data excluded, SPSS/WIN 10.0 program was used for frequency and factor analysis of the collected data, For further details, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The conclusions from the findings of this study are as follows: First, in terms of socio-demographic character of golf industry business image factors divided by reliability image, sympathetic image, social image, there was a statistically significant difference in gender, age, education, income, exercise time, exercise career. second, in terms of socio-demographic character of sports consumption behavioral factors, there was a statistically significant difference in gender, age, income, but no statistically significant difference was found in education, exercise time, exercise career. third, the golf industry business image factors appeared to account for generally the behavior of golf-related consumption by 2.2% of the whole variants of consumption behavior, It was further revealed that the reliability image factor(β= ,254) and sympathetic image factor(β = ,398) exercised a positive influence upon the consumers' behavior while the social image factor(β= -.143) affected the consumers' behavior negatively.

The study examined the frequency use of media to search fashion information by the group majoring clothing and textle and the group net majoring among female-undergraduates. Anova,t-test, crosstabs were used to analyze the data. The finding of this study were as follows: 1) The group majoring clothing and textile used media more frequently than the group not majoring all of ordinary times and buying times. 2) Two groups did not differ in their Parent' income. 3) The comparison suggests that manufacturer and retailer can use different souroes of fashion prsmation depending on their targeted population.
