In this paper. We tried signal analysis and noise cancelling from signal that involved random noise. Also, make a program that can be not only signal analysis for the involved noise signal but also noise cancelling . The result shows a noise cancelling ability of 23.14(dB)(LPF), 23.23(dB)(BPF) from noisy signal. Numerical simulations were carried out by a PC(Pentium-Ⅱ, 400MHz, RAM 32Mbyte) and double precision in numerical calculation.

A numerical simulation is carried out on the optimal directivity synthesis considerated frequency character by point source array. Optimal algorithm DFP(Davidon Fletcher Powell) method is practiced by means of an iterative scheme. Desired directivity set for a beam width 21 degree and side lobe level-30dB. For the desired directivity, the directivity of the point source array considerating frequency approaches to iteration advances and the reasonable agreement is achived. Numerical simulations are carried out by using personal computer(CPU:80486DX2, RAM 16MByte).

A numerical simulation is carried out on the adaptive directivity synthesis using ultrasonic transducers by point source array. Optimal algorithm BFGS method is practiced by means of an iterative method to realized the desired directivity. Quasi-ideal beam with a beam width and a direction arbitrarily specified were chosen as desired directivity. The result obtained by numerical calculation of BFGS method shows a high calculating speed, adaptivity, and stability. Numerical simulations were carried out by a PC(Pentium 75MHz, RAM 40Mbyte).

In the paper, the worst-case sensitivities of the proposed SC ladders are compared with those of the typical SC ladders. In this way, it has been proved that the proposed SC ladders have superior low-sensitivity properties over the basebands. The amplitude response analysis and the worst-case sensitivity analysis for the design examples have confirmed the theoretical predictions.

The high-efficiency class E tuned power amplifier with shunt capacitor consists of a load network and a single transistor as a switch at the carrier frequency of the output signal. It offers a dc-to-RF power conversion efficiency approaching 100 percent. This paper shows the fundamental differences between the use of a current source to drive a load network and the use of a switch to drive a differently designed load network, and provides analysis and experiment results. The measurement collector efficiency is 90 percent with 0.9 W output at 1 MHz Experimental results shows excellent agreement with theory.

Changes of Vital Signs, Expired Volume and Maximal Pressure by Mode of Ventilation during a Nuss Operation in Patients with Pectus Excavatum Soo Dal Kwak, M.D., Nam Soon Baek, M.D., Su Hyun Cho, M.D. Ki Ryang Ahn, M.D., Sun Hak Lee, M.D., Chun Suk Kim, M.D. Wook Park, M.D., and Hyung Joo Park, M.D. Departments of Anesthesiology, ??Chest Surgery, College of Medicine, Soonchunhyang University, Cheonan, Korea Background: This study was undertaken in order to investigate any cardiopulmonary changes caused by the surgical procedure during a Nuss operation in patients with pectus excavatum. Methods: Thirty patients undergoing the Nuss operation were divided into two groups. The patients were randomly assigned to either Group-V (n = 15) which volume controlled ventilation was applied, or to Group-p (n = 15) where pressure controlled ventilation was applied. Mechanical ventilation provided a tidal volume to be set at approximately 10 ml/kg and a frequency set to keep ETCO_2 in range, between 32 mmHg and 38 mmHg. During the surgical procedure, we recorded expired volume (V_E) and inspired maximal pressure (Pmax) changes according to the ventilator mode, and then also recorded changes in vital signs. Results: Heart rate and blood pressure had no significant changes in either groups. In Group-V, during rotation of the metal bar, there was a significant decrease in expired volume (P < 0.001), changes of inspired maximal pressure gradually increased with the operation (P < 0.001). In Group-P, rotation of the metal bar caused a significant decrease in expired volume (P < 0.001). Conclusions: During the Nuss operation, there should be careful observation of changes in the vital signs, expired volume and maximal pressure during insertion and rotation of the metal bar.
