Many ascomycetes were collected at Mt. Minjuji, Mt. Manduck, Mt. Odae, Mt. Yonsuk and Mt. Sunun from August 1999 to September 2000. They were identified. According to the reusulting, Helvella villosa (Hedw.: O. Kuntze) Dissing and Nannfedt, Dasychyphus corticalis (Pers.:Fr.) Mass., Lachnellula fuscosanguinea(Rhem) Dennis, Lachnellula subtilissima (Cke.) Dennis and Scutellina erinaceus (Schw.) Kunrze are newly to Korea. They were designed Korean common names by authors.
Diversity and Geographic Distribution of Anti-cancer Higher Fungi in Korea

Many higher fungi were collected at Korea from 1976 to 1998. They were identified and surveyed on resources with many reference books. According to the results, fungal fungi were 40 families, 90 general and 215 species. Among them , anti-cancer resources used in Korea were Ganoderma lucidum, Phellinus linteus, Agaricus brazei and Cordyceps militaris. Three species exception Agaricus brazei were distributed in Korea. All these are cultivated in Korea.

Many higher fungi were collected at Mt.Sunun, Mt.Kangchon and Mt.Moak from June, 1991 to April, 2003. They were identified and surveyed with references. According to the result, Cordyceps clavata, C. cocciniocapite, C. ryougamimontanna, C. tuberculate J. moelleri and C. yakushimensis are unrecorded species to Korea. They were designed Korean common names by authors. Common names: Cordyceps clavata, C. cocciniocapite, C. ryougamimontanna, C. tuberculate f moelleri, C. yakushimensis, unrecorded species, common names.

Many higher fungi were collected at Mt.Jiri, Mt.Pukhan, Mt.Moak from June 2002 to October 2002.They were identified. According to the result Clitocybe phyllophila, Omphalina wyniae, Mycena diosma, Cortinarius haasii and Cortinarius allutus were newly to Korea. They were designed Korean common names by author.

As the result, Marasmius buxi, M. epiphylloides, M. hudsoni, Mycena erubescens, Agaricus bisporus var. bisporus, Panellus ringens, Lactarius aquiflus, Leccinum quericinum were newly discovered in Korea. 2000년 5월 중순부터 10월까지 채집하였다. 이 중 2속 4종을 확인하였고 6균주를 분리하여 모두를 자실체 유도실험에 이용하였다. 그 결과 동충하초 [Corcyceps miliraris(CHO-7410)] 1균주, 눈꽃동충하초[isaria japoica (CHO-6713, CHO-7413)] 2균주를 상업적이나 의약품개발에 있어서의 시료등 각 산업에있어서 전반적으로 이용가치가 충분히 있다고 사료되어 우량균주로 선발하였다. Many Cordyceps spp. were collected for excellent strains selection at near Wanju-kun from May to October, 2000. They were identified. As the resulting, They were 2 genera and 4 species. 6 strains were got through 4 species culture. 6 strains are Cordyceps militaris f. albino, C, gracilaides, C. militaris and Isaria japoica. Among them, 4 species used for induction of artifitial fruiting body. 3 strains of them were selected for excellent strains. excellent strains are Cordyceps militaris and Isaria japoica.

In order to make hygienic fishery ice, sea and city water were pretreated by physical method such as ultrafitration, ultraviolet sterilizer and heating. Among of the three treatments, U,V-light is the best method for application in ice-making enterprise practically. The fishery ice containing 3% salt decreased the contamination of microoganism and improved the ability of low temperature preservation. Key words: hygienic fishery ice, physical and chemical method.
Schizophyllum commune의 ribosomal RNA의 生合成에 關한 硏究

Biosynthesis and processing of cytoplasmic rRNA precursor during life cycle of Schizophyllum commune Fr. were studied by using ^3H-uridine. 1. Incorporations of ^3H-uridine were high during primordia formation stage in second hyphae and were high during 288 hours cultures inmonohyphae but declined during 240 hours cultures. Incorporations of ^3H-uridine into rRNA were more rapid 2.5-folds at second hyphae than monohyphae. 2. Biosynthesis of RNA were high at primordia formation stage in second hyphae and were high during period cultures from 240 hours to 288 hours at monohyphae. Biosynthesis of RNA were higher 2-folds at second hyphae than monohyphae.

EC enjoys the trade diverting effects through the Common Agricultural Policy to secure and rear its agricultural industry. This Policy seems to give a shrink effect on the primary products of ACP. Moreover both areas are expected to get an initiative in the world agricultural market by the best operation of this Policy. The Common Industrial Policy stimulated especially by the multinational corporations of America has induced the new type of strong monopoly ; the strength of the monopoly by the Cartel and Trust and the strengthened monopolistic state capitalism. Nowadays each member of EC is making government-led efforts for the creation of employment and effective demand in a community level to cope with the world-wide economic depression. In addition, each of them has been concentrating all its efforts on high-tech industry and growing-led industry.
