NOTE ON SOME CHARACTER FORMULAS
( Mahendra Pal Chaudhary ),( Sangeeta Chaudhary ),( Junesang Choi ) 호남수학회 2016 호남수학학술지 Vol.38 No.4
Chaudhary and Choi [7] presented 14 identities which reveal certain interesting interrelations among character formulas, combinatorial partition identities and continued partition identities. In this sequel, we aim to give slightly modified versions for 8 iden- tities which are chosen among the above-mentioned 14 formulas.

Arbitrary Prescribed Wideband Flat Group Delay Circuits Using Coupled Lines
Chaudhary, Girdhari,Jeong, Yongchae Professional Technical Group on Microwace Theory a 2018 IEEE transactions on microwave theory and techniqu Vol.66 No.4
<P>This paper presents the analytical design of transmission-type arbitrary prescribed wideband flat group delay (GD) circuits (type-I and type-II) using <TEX>$\lambda $</TEX>/4 coupled lines. The GD circuit type-I consists of two sections of coupled lines, whereas the GD circuit type-II consists of <TEX>$\lambda $</TEX>/4 transmission lines (TLs) at input and output, in addition to coupled lines. The additional <TEX>$\lambda $</TEX>/4 TLs at input–output ports in GD circuit type-II provide more freedom to obtain larger GD, as compared to type-I, without fabrication difficulties. The analytical analysis shows that the wideband flat GD response can be obtained by selecting the appropriate even- and odd-mode impedances of coupled lines and the characteristic impedance of TLs. To obtain the arbitrary prescribed wideband flat GD response, the closed-form analytical design equations are provided. For experimental validation of the proposed structures, prototypes of GD circuits (type-I and type-II) are designed and fabricated at the center frequency of 2 GHz. The measurement results agree well with the simulation and theoretical predicted results.</P>
A Design of Reconfigurable Negative Group Delay Circuit Without External Resonators
Chaudhary, Girdhari,Yongchae Jeong,Jaejoong Im IEEE 2015 IEEE antennas and wireless propagation letters Vol.14 No.-
<P>In this letter, we present the novel design and implementation of a microstirp line reconfigurable negative group delay circuit (NGDC) using a branch-line. Theoretical analysis shows that reconfigurable characteristics in the proposed circuit can be obtained by properly choosing the characteristic impedances of the branch-line and tuning only the termination resistance. Therefore, the proposed reconfigurable NGDC does not require any extra resonators. For experimental validation, the proposed circuit was designed and fabricated for a wideband code division multiple access downlink frequency operating at a center frequency ( f0) of 2.14 GHz. Measurement results show the group delays variation of -2 ns to -10 ns with signal attenuation variation of -25 dB to -36.6 dB at f0. For enhancement of the negative group delay bandwidth, two NGDCs operating at slightly different center frequencies are cascaded and measured.</P>
Dyella agri sp. nov., isolated from reclaimed grassland soil
Chaudhary, Dhiraj Kumar,Kim, Jaisoo Microbiology Society 2017 International journal of systematic and evolutiona Vol.67 No.10
<P>A novel strain, DKC-1(T), was isolated from reclaimed grassland soil and was characterized taxonomically by a polyphasic approach. Strain DKC-1(T) was a Gram-staining-negative, light-yellow-coloured and rod shaped bacterium, motile with polar flagellum. It was able to grow at 20-37 degrees C, at pH 4.5-9.0 and with 0-3 % (w/v) NaCl concentration. Based on the 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, strain DKC-1T formed a Glade within the members of the genus Dyella and showed highest sequence similarities to Dyella japonica XD53(T) (98.36 %), Rhodanobacter aciditrophus sjH1(T) (97.92 %), Rhodanobacter koreensis THG-DD7(T) (97.74 %), Dyella kyungheensis THG-B117(T) (97.65 %) and Rhodanobacter terrae GP18-1(T) (97.40 %). The only respiratory quinone was ubiquinone-8. The major polar lipids were phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, diphosphatidylglycerol and phosphatidyl-N-methylethanolamine. The predominant fatty acids of strain DKC-1(T) were iso-C-16:0, iso-C-15:0, summed feature 9 (iso-C-17:1 omega 9c and/or C-16:0 10-methyl), iso-C-17:0, iso-C-11:0 3-OH and iso-C-11:0. The genomic DNA G+C content of this novel strain was 63.1 mol%. The DNA DNA relatedness between strain DKC-1(T) and its reference strains (a japonica XD53(T), R. aciditrophus sjH1(T), R. koreensis THG-DD7(T), a kyungheensis THG-B117(T) and R. terrae GP18-1(T)) was 52.3, 44.7, 38.7, 49.0 and 32.7 %, respectively, which falls below the threshold value of 70 % for the strain to be considered as novel. The morphological, physiological, chemotaxonomic and phylogenetic analyses clearly distinguished this strain from its closest phylogenetic neighbours. Thus, strain DKC-1(T) represents a novel species of the genus Dyella, for which the name Dyella agri sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is DKC-1(T) (=KEMB 9005-57(T)=KACC 191 76(T)=JCM 31925(T)).</P>
Effect of Replacing Grain with Deoiled Rice Bran and Molasses from the Diet of Lactating Cows
Chaudhary, L.C.,Sahoo, A.,Agarwal, Neeta,Kamra, D.N.,Pathak, N.N. Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2001 Animal Bioscience Vol.14 No.5
The effect of feeding concentrate mixture devoid of grain on the performance of crossbred dairy cows was studied. Twelve crossbred cows of first/second lactation were randomly distributed into two equal groups. The animals of group 1 were fed on a concentrate mixture containing 30% maize grain whereas, the cows of group 2 were offered a concentrate mixture where grain was completely replaced with deoiled rice bran (DORB) and molasses. Wheat straw was given ad libitum to the cows of both the groups. The feeding was continued for 112 days. The intake of dry matter, CP and TDN were similar in both the groups. Digestibility of DM, OM, EE, NDF and ADF were also comparable between the groups. The average daily fat corrected milk (FCM) yield was 7.70 kg and 7.43 kg in group 1 and 2, respectively. The chemical composition of milk (protein, fat and total solids) also remained unaffected. The animals of both the groups gained 9-10 kg body weight which indicates that both the diets were nutritionally adequate and grain can be successfully replaced with DORB and molasses from the diet to sustain about 6-7 kg FCM production.
