Transfer Learning Models for Enhanced Prediction of Cracked Tires
Candra Zonyfar,이택,이정빈,김정동 아이씨티플랫폼학회 2023 JOURNAL OF PLATFORM TECHNOLOGY Vol.11 No.6
Regularly inspecting vehicle tires' condition is imperative for driving safety and comfort. Poorly maintained tires can pose fatal risks, leading to accidents. Unfortunately, manual tire visual inspections are often considered no less laborious than employing an automatic tire inspection system. Nevertheless, an automated tire inspection method can significantly enhance driver compliance and awareness, encouraging routine checks. Therefore, there is an urgency for automated tire inspection solutions. Here, we focus on developing a deep learning (DL) model to predict cracked tires. The main idea of this study is to demonstrate the comparative analysis of DenseNet121, VGG-19 and EfficientNet Convolution Neural Network-based (CNN) Transfer Learning (TL) and suggest which model is more recommended for cracked tire classification tasks. To measure the model's effectiveness, we experimented using a publicly accessible dataset of 1028 images categorized into two classes. Our experimental results obtain good performance in terms of accuracy, with 0.9515. This shows that the model is reliable even though it works on a dataset of tire images which are characterized by homogeneous color intensity.

Public service is a basic need that should be fulfilled by the government, particularly in legal services. The purpose of this research is to analyze the service strategy management information system at the State Attorney of ABC, also to give suggestion for system improvement, in order to achieve a good service quality. The method used in this research is the Enterprise Architecture framework, which is by analyzed current system design, and then being compared to the problems that have become obstacles in organizational process, and finally suggestion made to improve the service quality. The conclusions are current system at the State Attorney of ABC is not yet integrated, nor it has any control over the duration of each case processing, so it still common cause the delays and lack of service quality to the community are not uncommon. The result of this research is the proposed service strategy and process which is indicates that by using the integrated management information systems, the service at State Attorney of ABC would be better, so as to improve the quality of services that provided.
RICE DRIER INSTRUMENT FOR DIABETICS

Number of diabetics in the world is ever increasing. According to data of WHO, it is estimated there are 366,210,100 people suffering from diabetes. Whereas in Indonesia, diabetics will reach 171,230,000 in 2030. In addition, Indonesia ranks fourth highest number of diabetics in the world after China, India, and the United States. Diabetics are advised to consume foods in low carbohydrates and high fiber. In Indonesia, rice is taken as staple food for the people, though, the rice has content of high carbohydrate and low fiber. On the other hand, a study of resistant starch (RS) turns out good effect for digestive health so it is beneficial for diabetics. Cooking of parched rice or processed rice undertaken at twice is a form of resistant starch. Cooking at twice means the cooked rice has been drained out and cooked again. Unfortunately the drying process takes long time, inefficient, and even unhygienic. Authors took the initiative to create an instrument that helps to dry faster and more rice. This instrument takes 45 minutes enough to dry it out. Its work principle is the rice placed in a rotary tube while heating it with the results of evenly dried out. As a result the rice can be taken as diet for diabetics. People can still eat rice with the same amount but with lower glycemic index.

We report our micromagnetic simulations based on Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert (LLG) equation for CoFeB nanowire which was exposed by sub-nanosecond magnetic pulse with varied pulse width between 100 and 1000 ps. It is found that the Walker Breakdown field (HWB) shifted as the field pulse duration decreased and reached at the highest value in case of 100 ps pulse width, then decreased steeply with respect to the pulse width up to 400 ps. HWB values are not significantly dependent for pulses longer than 500 ps. It is observed that, below the HWB, the exchange energy is larger than the demagnetization energy in the wider nanowire. By energy density analysis, it is understood that the increase of HWB values in the cases of narrower pulse width was to compensate the energy needed to move the DW.

The complete understanding of domain wall (DW) dynamics is important in the design of future spintronic devices. The characteristics of faster time-scale and lower current amplitude to move DW along nanowire are crucial in fabrication upgrade. In this study, we have investigated depinning behavior of magnetic domain wall triggered by nanosecond current pulse in notched Permalloy nanowires by means of micromagnetic simulation. We introduced double-triangular notch as the constrictions in the nanowire. The non-adiabaticity of the spin-transfer-torque is considered in simulation by varying the non-adiabatic constant (β) value. We observed that the depinning current density (Jd) was not significantly affected by β for notch size (s) < 50 nm. Interestingly, we found that the depinning time (td) for β ≥ 0.04 was slightly constant for all the cases with s > 70 nm, where the DW structure was kept to be a transverse structure during the depinning process. The broadly applicable depinning behavior is considered to contribute to the development of high-speed memory storage devices based on magnetic domain wall.
Effects of Leadership and Psychological Climate on Organizational Commitment in the Digitization Era

The improvement of the performance of savings and loan cooperatives in Indonesia is a challenge in the digital era. The purpose of this research is to find how big the role of psychological climate is in mediating the relationship between leadership and organizational commitment. This study hopes to confirm the influence of leadership and psychological climate on organizational commitment and examines the psychological climate intervention (mediation) on the relationship between leadership and organizational commitment of the cooperatives. The population of this research is all members of the cooperative in Bali. This study uses a saturated sampling method to determine the sample. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and data analysis using PLS. The results showed that in the digital era, leadership has a positive effect on organizational commitment, psychological climate, and in the end, will provide positive organizational commitment. Psychological Climate mediation answers the question that the impact of leadership and commitment will continue to exist and perform in an era of disruption. Culture is important in an organization; some areas such as Bali have a thick local culture. Perhaps future research should be improved on local culture and leadership transformation

A series of bio-silica incorporated barium-ferrite-composites with the composition of (x)Bio-SiO2:(80-x)γ-Fe2O3: (20)BaO, where x = 0, 1, 2, and 3 wt% were prepared using the modified solid-state reaction method. The influence of different bio-silica (extricated from sintered rice husk) contents on the surface morphologies, structures, and magnetic characteristics of these composites were assessed. The relative complex permittivity and permeability were resolved using the Nicholson-Ross-Weir strategy in the frequency range of 8–13 GHz. Meanwhile, the reflection loss was estimated through the transmission/reflection line theory to assess the MW absorption properties of the composites. Incorporation of the bio-silica in the barium ferrite composites generated a new hexagonal phase (Ba3Fe32O51) and a tetragonal phase (BaFeSi4O10) which led to a decrease in the saturation magnetization and significant shift in the MW frequency absorption peak positions.

We have investigated the correlation between structural and magnetic properties of M-type BaFe12O19 thin films (∼1.4 μm) with Co-Ti (magnetic/non-magnetic) and Co-Ni(magnetic/magnetic) substitution, as BaFe12- 2xCoxTixO19 and BaFe12-2xCoxNixO19 (0≤x≤1). With structural properties sensitively related to the magnetic properties, where ferro-ferri phase transition is involved, it has been found that magnetic properties can be substantially controlled by substitution concentration.
