본 논문의 목적은 광선반을 사무소건물에 효율적으로 적용할 수 있는 기준자료를 제시하는 것이다. 광선반의 채광성능 시뮬레이션을 위해 3Ds Studio Max 프로그램이 사용되었으며, 광선반의 폭, 표면반사율, 설치각도와 같은 주요 변수의 최적값을 도출하였다. 다음으로 이러한 최적값을 이용하여 광선반의 채광성능을 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 사무소건물에서 광선반을 설치함으로써 주광성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to present the design guideline for an effective application of light shelf in office building. For this, the computer simulation using Daylighting System of 3Ds Studio Max was performed, and the optimal values related to design factors such as a depth, a surface reflectance and a installation angle of light shelf were obtained. Then daylighting performance of light shelf using the optimal values was analyzed, and the simulation results show that the installation of the optimal light shelf can improve a indoor lighting environment in office building.

This study was to analyze sport activity involvement effects of the online game flow and addiction according to the e-sports type and provide an overview of the solution that the e-sport`s problems related to join in the Korean Amateur Athletic Association, and negative point of view about violence and addiction at the online e-sports game. The subject of this study were 599 middle school students, high school students and undergraduates in Seoul, Gyeonggi area. The sample divided into sport type e-sports and non-sport type e-sports groups and compared to online game flow, online game addiction and sport activity involvement. To analyze materials reliability and correlation analysis, EFA, CFA and SEM were used as statistic analysis techniques. Results of this study were as following. First, online game flow of the whole sample has positive influence on sport activity involvement and online game addiction however, online game addiction has negative influence on sport activity involvement. Second, online game flow of the sport type e-sports group has positive influence on sport activity involvement, but online game addiction has negative influence on sport activity involvement. the online game flow has not influence on addiction. Third, online game flow of the non-sport type e-sports group has positive influence on sport activity involvement and online game addiction. The online game addiction has not influence on sport activity involvement. The results show that participants in the sport type e-sports more related to sport activity involvement than non-sport type. Accordingly, e-sports organization have to invigorate sport type e-sports.
한국에서의 자회사 기술습득 결정인자: 유럽계 다국적기업의 관점에서

유럽연합과 한국은 예를 들어, 기업 간 비즈니스 협력 및 최근 비준한 자유무역협정을 통해 상호 보다 밀접한 관계를 맺어가고 있으며, 이로 인해 앞으로 유럽연합으로부터 유입되는 직접투자가 대폭 증가할 것으로 예견되고 있다. 특히 해외시장에서 자회사의 성공을 견인하는 환경에는 다양한 요인들이 존재하겠으나, 그중에서도 자회사의 학습이 성과를 결정하는 주요한 역할을 수행한다는 점에서, 본 연구는 한국에 설립된 자회사가 유럽계 다국적기업으로부터 지식습득을 촉진하는 주요 인자가 무엇인지 알아보고자 한다(참고로, 본 연구에서는 기술이 지식의 대용변수로 사용되었다). 실증분석을 통해 본 연구는, 자회사의 지식습득을 정확하고 올바르게 이해하기 위해서는 학습의 세 가지 범주 즉, 자회사의 흡수능력, 관계자본 및 지식이전 기업의 이전능력 등을 모두 종합적으로 고려해야 한다는 점을 발견하였다. 본 연구의 실증결과는 한국에 투자하고자 하는 유럽계 다국적기업에게 유용한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Both the EU and South Korea (hereafter, Korea) are coming into a close relationship, for example through growing business collaboration among firms and the recent agreement on mutual free trade, which may promote an increase in direct investments from the EU. In the light of this, this study attempts to identify key factors affecting knowledge acquisition from European multinational enterprises (MNEs) by subsidiaries established in Korea (For reference, technology is used as a proxy for knowledge in this paper). This empirical examination is undertaken with the idea that acquisition of foreign knowledge from parent firms is one of the crucial prerequisites determining successful operations of subsidiaries in foreign markets. The findings reveal that most of the potential factors included in our model significantly influence subsidiary learning and we need to consider simultaneously all three fundamental groups (absorptive capacity, relational capital and knowledge transfer capacity) to better understand the overall picture of knowledge acquisition. The findings suggest some useful implications for practising managers in European MNEs which intend to enter the Korean market.
