      • 住宅金融政策의 改善方案에 관한 硏究

        The rapid expansion of population, migration from provincies to cities, pervading nuclear family etc, poses various urban problems. The problems consist of traffic congestion, environmental pollutions, social welfare, and housing deficiencies etc. Particulary, housing shortages for the low income brackets, from the viewpoint off welfare promotion in Korea, is considered to be imperative. The housing problems include land development, construction, taxation, and financing. This paper, however takes exclusively the issues of housing finance. Housing finance failitates transactions among the residencial supply and demand. The paper sutudies the purpoese and features of housing finance, investigating the performances of the two financial institutions, the National Housing Fund and the Korea Housing Bank. This study also attempts to probe into the current housing finance system and to derive solution for the problems. The research reveals the inability to raise fund for loan, difficulties in timing to match the demand and supply of housing fund, lack of tax reduction, and red tapes for housing loan on the part of the management of the Korea Housing Bank. In the public sector, the National Housing Fund faces problems such as the decline of savings for housing purchases, sales dependence of the national housing bond on business cycle, pittance of deposit reserve, insufficient support for the low income bracket, lack of loan for the rental housing . In order to cope with the current situation of the housing finance in the private sector, measures such as expansion off fiscal investment, the supply of long term housing fund, tax reduction for the residential savings are proposed. In the public sector, policies such as savings for housing purchases, assurnce for the establishment of the National Housing Fund, promotion of deposit reserves for housing, and enhancement of financial suport for the low income bracket are required for immediate implementation.

        Almost all the government of cities perform a myrial of function. They protect life and property, maintain order, move traffic, supply water, dispose of waste, educate children,enforce building and housing codes, guard pubic health, operate recreational and cultural facilities, and regulate a broad spectrum of activities. In case of America, The Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations (ACIR) developed a broader set or assignment standards. Along with economies of scale, it listed the minimization of spillover costs or benefits, public accountability, opportunity for citizen participation, and balancing of needs and resources. Recognizing that governmental activities do not fit neatly into the two categories of local and areawide, the commission ranked 15 urban fuction on a scale from most local to least local, based on the criteria it had formulated. Rank order of urban functions from most local to least local is Fire protection, Public education, Refuse collection and disposal, Libraries, Police, Health,Urban renewal, Housing, Parks and recreation, Public' welfar, Hospital and medical care facilities, Transportation, Planning, Water supply and sewage disposal, Air pollution control. The urban functions of our country are regulated by the urban related laws and regulations. The urban functions include general admindstrative function, industry and economical function, social and welfare function, evironmental function, and urban management function. Most of our cities have many urban and social problems. This paper examines micro-stratagies dealing with nine major problems : they are housing , transportation, land use, environmental protection, parks and recreational facilities, waste collection and disposal, walfare facilities for old age and orphan child, social pathology, problem of human consciousness.

      • 비선형 시스템에 강인한 퍼지-PID 조합 제어기 설계에 관한 연구

        몬 논문에서는 통합형 퍼지-PID 제어기를 이요하여 비선형 시스템에 강한 제어기를 설계한다. 선형시스템에는 간단하고, 싸고, 좋은 성능 때문에 PID 제어기를 많이 사용한다. PID 제어기의 계수는 Ziegler-Nichols의 이론으로 결정하고, 비선형 요소의 제어를 위한 퍼지 제어기는 9게의 규칙만을 사용하였다. 이런 방법으로, 비선형 시스템에 대하여 보다 강인한 퍼지-PID 조합 제어기를 설계하여, 시뮬레이션 한 결과, 단순 PID 제어기보다 비선형 시스템에 대한 제어 성능이 좋음을 알 수 있었다.

        Recently the development of motor speed control systems with both good dynamic performance and simple implementation has been required. The vector control scheme considering flux harmonics for the permanent-magnet Induction Motor having low inertia, low weight, and high efficiency is proposed. To reduce the torque harmonics, current harmonics is employed. The vector control strategy is verified through digital simulation. In this paper, we analyst Induction Motor using Vector control method and the simulation is velocity control of Induction Motor using PI Controller.

        Perforated reinforced concrete beams for the passage of service ducts and piping can be minimized the story height and saved considerable materials and construction costs. With the lass section in beam, the reduction of reinforced concrete beam strengh and rigidity must be considered. Until now, shear test effects on reinforced concrete beams with web opening are more common than flexural test effects. Therefore, this laboratory programme was carried out on the perforated reinforced concrete beam subjected to pure bending under central loading. Tests were conducted on 9 beams to investigate deformation, cracking and strengh capacity of the perforated reinforced concrete beam and test resets were tabulated and analyzed comparing with those of solid beam.

      • 운동 강도의 차이가 흰쥐의 혈액 성분과 적혈구의 형태에 미치는 영향

        This study was to investigate the effects on hematological indices and heinz body formation in various intensity, Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the control group, the low-intensity exercise group, nigh-intensity exercise group (n=7 in each group). Animals of the low-intensity exercise groups were put on exercise 30 min per 1 day, 5 days per week for 6-weeks. Animals of the high-intensity exercise groups were put on exercise 120 min per 1 day, 5 days per week for 6-weeks. Red blood cell count (RBC), hemoglobin (Hgb), hematocrit (Hct), mean ceil volume (MCV), mean hemoglobin corpuscular (MCH), mean hemoglobin corpuscular concentration (MCHC) were analyzed in automated hematology analyzer (ABX Hematology MICROS 60) from 10㎕ of whole blood. Erythrocyte morphology were evaluated in super vital (Brilliant cresyl blue stain) stained blood films. In the present results, Hg, MCHC in the high-intensity exercise group was significantly decreased compared with the different exercise intensity and the control group. MCV in the high-intensity exercise group was significantly increased compared with the different exercise intensity end the control group. Heinz body formation in the high-intensity exercise group was significantly increased compared with the different exercise intensity and the control group. In the present study, it can be suggested that intensity of exercise can influence hematological variables and heinz body formation. These findings suggest that high intensity exercise induces oxidative damage to erythrocyte.

      • 전치 유도각의 인위적 증가에 의한 저작근과 하악 운동 양상의 변화에 대한 연구

        This study' was performed to measure the changes of the mandibular movement and the masticatory muscular activities anterior temporal and masseter muscle of both side - reflected by intentional increase of anterior guidance angle. For this study, 5 volunteers (3 males and 2 females with average age of 24.0) were selected. Each volunteer had Angle's classification I and did not have any missing tooth except third molar and any extensive restorations. Metallic guide plate was made at volunteer's working model fabricated by improved dental stone and cemented to the palatal surface of maxillary central incisor using resin cement(Panavia 21�) and then adjusted not to give any occlusal interferences at intercuspal position. The activity of masticatory muscles and the changes of mandibular movement were recorded by EMG and Sirognathograph in Biopak analysing system(Bioresearch Inc., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA). Measurement was done at before experiment, irnmediatley after placement, 1 week after placement, immediately after removal, and 1 week after removal. The results were as follows: 1. Moderate phonetic disturbance and mild headache were occured to 3 volunteers for 2 days after setting and l volunteer had positive reaction to percussion and slight midline diastema. But all of these clinical signs were diappeared 1 week after removal and the other volunteer did not have any special clinical sign. 2. In the EMG of the mandibular rest position, the mean value of anterior tempotal muscle was increased immediately after placement(p<0.01) and then decreased 1 week after placement(p<0.05) and increased 1 week after removal(p<0.05) but not recovered as before experiment. The mean value of masseter muscle was decreased during the experiment period: 3. In the EMG during mandibular protrusive movement, all muscular activity was decreased during the experiment period. Reduced activity was not recovered I week after? removal(p<0.05). 4. During the habitual opening, anteroposterior movement of mandible was decreased immediately after place ment(p<0.05) and then increased 1 week after placement but not statistically significant(p>0.1). Vertical movement was not shown significant difference during the experiment period(p>0.1). Lateral movement was decreased immediately after placement(p<:0.05) and then increased 1 week after placement but not recovered as before experiment. The opening and closing velocity of mandible was shown minor changes but not statistically significant. 5. During the habitual opening, anteroposterior movement of mandible was decreased 1 week after placement(p<0.(6) and then increased immediately after removal and recovered 1 week after removal as before experiment. Vertical movement was not shown significant changes. Lateral displacement of mandible was increased continuously and recovered 1 week after removal. Opening velocity was temporarily increased immediately after removal but recovered and closing velocity was not shown significant changes. 6. During the right side chewing, anteroposterior movement of mandible was increased immediately after removal but recovered and vertical movement was not shown statistically significant results. Lateral displacement and velocity o mandible were not shown significant results. 7. During the left side chewing, the changes of mandibular movement pattern were not shown statistically significant results.

        PECVD법으로 증착된 전자소자용 thiophene 박막의 전기화학적 신뢰성에 관한 연구

        The corrosion failure of electronic devices has been a major reliability concern lately. This failure is an ongoing concern because of miniaturization of integrated circuits(IC) and the increased use of polymers in electronic packaging. In this paper plasma-polymerized thiophene films were considered as a possible candidate for an interlayer dielectric for multilever metallization of ultra large scale integrated (ULSI) semiconductor devices. The protective ability of above films as a function RF power in an 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution was examined by electrochemical methods and contact angle measurement. The protective efficiency of the film increased with increasing RF power, which induced the higher degree of cross-linking and hydrophobicity of the films.

        The technique for the synthesis of the dual-input describing function(DIDF) is introduced here and the construction of a non-linear electronic compensator(N-L-E-C) based on this technique is proposed. The above non-linear network is used to compensate linear and non-linear systems for instability,speed of response, limit cycle and the static accuracy.

      • 불감영역을 갖는 고차시스템에 대한 퍼지 PIDA 제어기

        It is very difficult to design PID controller in order to control the third order of plant because the order of plant is larger than its zeros be obtained from that controller. In a case of some plants including a unknown deadzone, the output of controller can't affect them exactly. Thus it also makes the steady-state error occur and the response characteristic become for the worse. To solve this problem, this paper propose fuzzy PIDA Controller. Fuzzy PIDA controller is proposed to control the third order of plant including a unknown deadzone. The structure of controller is reconstructed with fuzzy compensator on the conventional PIDA controller
