The present paper investigates the frequencies based on the radial vibrations of a non-homogeneous elastic cylinder using different boundary conditions (BCs) under the rotating, non-homogeneity, and magnetic field effects. Three different BCs, the free, mixed, and fixed, are implemented. The solution is related to using the eigenvalues based on the radial vibrations frequencies for different boundary conditions in harmonic vibrations. The numeric outcomes are demonstrated graphically for each case-the comparison of the results in the nonappearance and variation of the non-homogeneity, rotating effects, and magnetic field. The obtained outcomes specify the rotating, non-homogeneity, and magnetic field effects.

The most frequent type of primary liver cancer is hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), accounting for approximately 90% of primary liver cancers and a third leading cause of cancer deaths. In the current study, the synthesized compound 3 was re-formulated using tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) with weight ratio (1:1) via sol-gel technique. The prepared material has been examined using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), energy dispersive X-ray elemental analysis (EDX), and scanning and transmission electron microscopes (SEM and TEM). Herein, we investigate the mode of action of 3 as potent anti-liver cancer in vivo as normal and nano-forms. Rats were given a single dosage of 50 mg/kg b.wt. of HCC through an intraperitoneal injection (ip). A single dosage of CCl4 (2 ml/kg IP) was also given to rats 2 weeks later. Several liver, tumor and oxidative stress biomarkers were detected including liver enzymes; alanine and aspartate aminotransferases (ALT and AST), alkaline phosphatse (ALP), gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT), glutathione (GSH), lipid peroxide (MDA), catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), total antioxidant capacity (TAC), α-fetoprotein and α-L-Fucosidase. Hepatic pathological pictures were also performed for the documentation of the presence of HCC and supported the biochemical results. Moreover, the DNA damage in liver tissues of male rats using comet assay was studied. The results showed that the HePG2 (− ve) group of rats exhibited a significant reduction (P < 0.05) in DNA damage values (9.30 ± 0.89) relative to other treatment groups. Nevertheless, the DNA damage values in the HePG2 (+ ve) and 5-flurouracil groups were significantly higher (P < 0.01) compared to the HePG2 (− ve) group. Additionally, HePG2 (coated 3) and HePG2 (3) groups exhibited significant decrease in the DNA damage compared to those in HePG2 (+ ve) group.

Reaction of c-chloro-9-benzyl-8-(methylthio)purine 3 with primary amines afforoded, the comesponding 6-(substitutedamino)purines 4a-g. The latter products when methylated with methyl iodide yielded smoothly $N^3$-methyl purinium iodide salts 5a-f rather than the probable $N^1\;and\;N^7$-derivatives. 9-Benzyl-3-methyl-6-(methylmino)-8-(methylthio)purine 8 was obtained upon treating the purinium iodide 5a with alkali. Most of the synthesized compounds were screened for their antitumor activity.

The problem is formulated by applying the Kirchhoff's conception for shell theory. The longitudinal modal displacement functions are assessed by characteristic beam ones meet clamped-clamped end conditions applied at the shell edges. The fundamental natural frequency of rotating functionally graded cylindrical shells of different parameter versus ratios of length-to-diameter and height-to-diameter for a wide range has been reported and investigated through the study with fractions laws. The frequency first increases and gain maximum value with the increase of circumferential wave mode. By increasing different value of height-to-radius ratio, the resulting backward and forward frequencies increase and frequencies decrease on increasing height-to-radius ratio. Moreover, on increasing the rotating speed, the backward frequencies increases and forward frequencies decreases. The trigonometric frequencies are lower than that of exponential and polynomial frequencies. Stability of a cylindrical shell depends highly on these aspects of material. More the shell material sustains a load due to physical situations, the more the shell is stable. Any predicted fatigue due to burden of vibrations is evaded by estimating their dynamical aspects.
Synthesis and Structure of Purine Derivatives as Antitumor Effects
Moharram, H.H.,El-Bayouki, Khairy A.M.,Haggag, B.,Basyouni, W.M.,Osman, A.M. The Pharmaceutical Society of Korea 1989 Archives of Pharmacal Research Vol.12 No.2
The nucleophilic substitution reaction of 6-chloro purines (I) with malononitrile and ethyl cyanoacetate is carried out in DMSO and in the presence of an alkali. The possible tautomeric-ylidene form for the products is considered and discussed in view of IR, UV, NMR and mass spectral determinations. The derivatives were tested for their antitumor activities.

Sharif, Humaira,Khadimallah, Mohamed A.,Naeem, Muhammad Nawaz,Hussain, Muzamal,Mahmoud, S.R.,Al-Basyouni, K.S.,Tounsi, Abdelouahed Techno-Press 2021 Advances in nano research Vol.10 No.5
In this article, an analytically and numerically 3D nanoliquid flow by a porous rotatable disk is presented in the presence of gyrotactic microorganisms. The mathematical model in the form of partial differential system is transmuted into dimensionless form by utilizing the appropriate transformation. The homotopy analysis approach is applied to attain the analytic solution of the problem. The effect of promising parameters on velocity distribution, temperature profile, nanoparticles volume fraction and motile microorganism distribution field are evaluated through graphs and in tabular form. The existence of Brownian motion and thermophoresis impacts are more proficient for heat transfer enhancement. Further the unique features like heat absorption/generation and energy activation are also examined for the present flow problem. The obtained results are compared with the earliear investigation to check the accuracy of present model.
