In recent years, distributed computing technology has been one of the cutting edge technologies for its low power and cost, which makes numerous IT organizations extend their hands in order to improve their financial ability. Because of these new features, grid computing, the original task scheduling mechanism, can’t work effectively in distributed computing environments, hence, we need a new task scheduling method to solve the problems. With considering the complex characters of the task in different distributed computing applications, firstly, we construct a more comprehensive task scheduling model, which has three sub objective functions. Secondly, we present an improved genetic algorithm to solve the multi- objective NP-hard problem. Finally, we implement some simulation experiments, and the evaluation results show us that the proposed model and improved GA are efficient and effective. The first part is the research status and related problems. The second part is the establishment of system architecture and task scheduling model. The last part is the experimental analysis and conclusion.
Distributed Control for Signed Networks of Nonlinear Agents
Mingjun Du,Baoli Ma,Deyuan Meng 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2020 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.18 No.2
This paper copes with distributed control problems for signed networks that consist of a group of nonlinear agents. A distributed control algorithm is designed by using the nearest neighbor rule. For Lipschitz-type nonlinear dynamics, this algorithm guarantees structurally balanced signed networks to achieve bipartite consensus and structurally unbalanced signed networks to reach state stability, respectively. When bounded nonlinear dynamics are considered, all agents exponentially converge to a definite bound within a finite time, regardless of whether the signed networks are structurally balanced or structurally unbalanced. A Lyapunov approach is simultaneously exploited to carry out the dynamic behaviors analysis of signed networks. Four examples are provided to demonstrate the validity of the developed theoretical results.
Research on Marketing Strategy of Social Network Media Based on Big Data Analysis
Hongmei Sun,Baoli Yuan 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Database Theory and Appli Vol.9 No.10
In the rapid development of big data, the platform-based trend of Micro-blog, Wechat, Fetion, Wing talk and other social media is obvious. The instant interaction between client and website is realized; the social attributes are becoming more and more stable; the commercialization attributes as a marketing platform and the social attributes as the media are also significantly enhanced. The influence of the whole field of media marketing and even the whole information industry is growing gradually. In the marketing process of social media, whether when it comes to the marketing with event or the marketing with content, a wave of using the large data is prominent. In the big trend of rapid development of big data marketing and social media marketing, the marketing concept, marketing methods and evaluation of the results of enterprises begin to change. Social media marketing based on big data has subverted the traditional way of transmission for Internet advertising and it has become the new trend of enterprise marketing.

Due to the high toxicity for brain and the nervous system of humans and other living organisms, the design and fabrication of a robust and sensitive method for the detection of Pb2+ in the aqueous solution has attracted the increasing attention among scientists. Herein, a colorimetric and fluorometric sensor for the detection of Pb2+ in the aqueous solution by incorporating a new phenylboronic acid functionalized polydiacetylene liposome was designed. The molar ratio of 4:1 between the monomers, 10,12-pentacosadiynoic acid (PCDA) and phenylboronic acid functionalized PCDA (PCDA-pBA) not only offered sufficient binding sites for Pb2+, but also interrupted the efficient π-conjugation backbone of polydiacetylene (PDA) chains associated with the color and fluorescence changes. Compared with other metal ions, only Pb2+ could cause the color change and the fluorescence enhancement. Moreover, the hybrid PDA liposomes exhibited high sensitivity, fast response time (10 s), and a reasonable detection limit for Pb2+ (0.1 μM). This work not only provides a versatile methodology for the fabrication of sensors for Pb2+ detection, but also is of great fundamental value for a deeper understanding of the complexion-induced color changes based on polydiacetylene materials, and may pave the way for fabrication a new method for recognizing other metal ions.
Global Path Following Control for the Planar Vertical Takeoff and Landing Aircraft
Jie Wang,Baoli Ma 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2021 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.19 No.12
This paper presents a closed-form solution for the global path following control of the planar vertical takeoff and landing (PVTOL) aircraft. The proposed control scheme consists of two steps. In the first step, a reference model is well constructed to generate a reference trajectory and a reference velocity satisfying some necessary constraints. In the second step, the backstepping control technique is utilized to develop a tracking controller that enables the aircraft to track the generated reference commands. Consequently, the obtained controller allows the aircraft to converge to the desired path at the desired speed under arbitrary initial conditions. The desired path can be a general geometric curve, and the desired speed can be time-varying. The main novelty of the proposed control architecture lies in the design of the reference model, which serves as a command filter and resolves the conflict between the global convergence to the desired path and the velocity assignment. The numerical simulation results verify the effectiveness of the control scheme.

In order to increase the spacing between clay layers and study the effects of processing on the morphology and properties of PI/organoclay composites, polyimide (PI) composites containing multi-step procedure-modified sericite mica were prepared via in situ polymerization and solution intercalation. The structure-property relationships of the composites were studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results of XRD patterns revealed d002-spacing of clay was expanded from 0.99 to 2.77 nm. TEM photographs indicated majority of the organoclay exhibited an exfoliated morphology in composites prepared by in situ polymerization. TGA summarized the composites prepared by solution intercalation and in situ polymerization had a 9 and 29 oC increment in T5 compared with pristine PI respectively. XPS indicated the interaction of organoclay and polymer matrix in composites prepared by in situ polymerization was stronger than other types of composites. The glass transition temperature (Tg) and storage modulus of the composites prepared via in situ polymerization was much higher. Especially the Tg of this composites revealed a 33 oC increase compared with pure PI.

Outbreaks of pseudorabies (PR) have occurred in southern China since late 2011, resulting in significant economic impacts on the swine industry. To identify the cause of PR outbreaks, especially among vaccinated pigs, 11 pseudorabies virus (PRV) field strains were isolated from Guangdong province during 2013–2014. Their major viral genes (gE, TK, gI, PK, gD, 11K, and 28K) were analyzed in this study. Insertions or deletions were observed in gD, gE, gI and PK genes compared with other PRV isolates from all over the world. Furthermore, sequence alignment showed that insertions in gD and gE were unique molecular characteristics of the new prevalent PRV strains in China. Phylogenetic analysis showed that our isolates were clustered in an independent branch together with other strains isolated from China in recent years, and that they showed a closer genetic relationship with earlier isolates from Asia. Our results suggest that these isolates are novel PRV variants with unique molecular signatures.

The spike gene of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) was sequenced from 55 South China field strains isolated from pigs with symptoms of diarrhea. The sequences were compared within the set of field strains as well as with reference strains available in GenBank. Within the 55 South China PEDV field strains, the deduced amino acid sequence identities ranged from 93.8% to 99.9 % and ranged from 90.7% to 99.5% when compared with the foreign reference strains in GenBank. Our phylogenetic analysis showed that 10 of the 55 South China PEDV strains belonged to G1b and 45 belonged to G2b.
