Ⅱ.Nonagression is a best method for the peaceful success, and this time that need as precision withdraw at U.S. Army to Korea Ⅲ.It is prohibition of agression by the military power of non tesference, keeping Korean armistice of internal affairs. Ⅳ.Nonagression is the laueful treaty it is this agreement must keep both country. Ⅴ.It is concluded between many country, but sometimes it is abandon by they, than this agreement must keep as reliance both country. Ⅵ.Nonagression agreement is a factor and reserved notion for the peaceful coordnation of Korea.

The α-γ angular correlations in the ^19F(p, αγ)^16O reaction have been measured using a 500 keV VDG accelerator at E_p=340 keV and a CaF₂ taget prepared by evaporation in vaccum. The measurement of the α-γ angular correlation between the α-rays from the decay of ^20Ne into ^16O and the γ-rays from ^16O has been performed using a Si surface barrier detector and a NaI(TI) detector to determine the spin of the 13.196 MeV level in ^20Ne, and those of the 6.14 MeV and the ground level in ^16O, together with the orbital angular momentum of the emitted α's. The α-γ angular correlations in the ^19F(p, αγ)^16O reaction have been also calculated for the assumed spins of the 13.196 MeV level in ^20Ne, and those of the 6.14 MeV and ground level in ^16O. The spins of the levels under condsideration have been determined by comparison of the calculated values with experimental value. The result makes a good agreement to Arnold's data.

We have synthesized 4-isonitroso-4H-1-benzopyran and 4-amino-2,3-dihydro-4H-1-benzopyran of chromone derivatives by using condensation method. Physico-chemical properties of these compounds were measured and analyzed by UV and HPLC method. The correaltion coefficient of their methanol solutions by UV were 0.9992 and 0.9994, respectively. And oxime compound was resolved within 4 min and had a detection limit of 3ng at S/N=3 by HPLC under the same conditions. Anti-diabetic effect of chromone derivatives were investigated in the streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats. Diabetes was induced in male Sprague-Dawley rats by injections of STZ (45mg/kg, I.v.). The investigation of the hair growth effect of isonitrosobenzopyran and 4-aminobenzopyran on the hair of black mouse (C57BL/6) was also carried out. The administration of their ethanol solution to the black mouse (C57BL/6) through skin them promoted the growth of hair.

<P>Recently, the demand for a remote controllable actuator for a circuit breaker (CB) has increased because of the trend towards the automation and information technology (IT) of the power system. However, the conventional molded case CB (MCCB) - of which demand is high among CBs - is not only manually controlled, but also liable to breakdown and difficult to find broken components because of the use of the mechanical spring type actuator. To address these problems, a novel Lorentz force driving actuator (LA) is proposed in this research. The LA is suitable for both low- and high-power CBs because of its high power density and the unaffectedness of performance by the stroke. The MCCB equipped with the LA is the first remote controllable low-power CB and low in maintenance cost. The correct and rapid analysis and design method using a two-dimensional magneto-static field analysis and a dynamic analysis is proposed for the small size actuator as LA in this research.</P>

The γ-ray pulse height spectra from ^137Cs and ^22Na were measured with a plastic scintillation detector for the unfolding analysis of the γ-ray spectra. The energy deposition spectra were calculated using the Compton deposition cross section. The energy dependent resolution and its corresponding response matrix were determined by comparing the measured γ-ray pulse height spectra with the calculated energy deposition spectra. The energy spectra were obtained by unfolding the measured pulse height spectra with the response matrix.
