2017년 3월 30일 제정된 독일의 공정임금법은 여성과 남성의 임금격차해소와 동일 또는 동일가치노동 동일임금의 원칙을 실현하기 위해 그 동안 사회적으로 금기시 해왔던 임금에 대한 정보를 공개함으로써 사용자로 하여금 투명하고 공정한 임금정책을 실행하도록 요구하는 것이 그 목적이다. 공정임금법의 주요 내용은 노동자들이 사용자로부터 임금에 관한 정보청구권을 확보하는데 있다. 특히 임금과 임금체계에 관한 개별적인 정보청구권의 도입으로 200인 이상 사업장의 사용자는 노동자가 요구할 경우 임금과 임금체계에 관한 구체적인 정보 및 기준을 서면으로 설명해야 하는 의무를 진다. 또한 성별임금격차해소와 동일 또는 동일가치노동동일임금원칙의 현실화를 위해 500인 이상 사업장의 사용자는 정기적으로 사업장 내 임금 및 임금체계를 점검해야 하며 정기적으로 이를 위한 경영보고서를 제출·공개해야 한다.

The fish fauna and the dynamics of fish community were investigated in the Daechong reservoir from May to October 1996. The collected fishes were classified into forty species of eight families. Of the them, dominant species was Lepomis macrochirus(relative abundance: 27.48%) and subdominant species was Carassius auratus (16.63%). Also, Zacco platypus (10.03%), Carassius cuvieri (6.27%) and Hemibarbus labeo (4.47%) were numerous. Korean endemic species were thirteen species (32.5%). The biomass of fishes were L. macrochirus (10.4 kg), C. auratus (10.3 kg) and C. cuvieri (4.1 kg). Dominant index, diversity index and evenness index were calculated 0.127, 1.126 and 0.703, respectively. Composition of age in superior species was stabled by the total length frequency distribution. In this study, the exotic fish was collected Cyprinus carpio nudus, C. cuvieri, L. macrochirus and Micropterus salmoides, and these relative abundance was 33.95%. In the view point of species composition, the fishes of still water has been increased and species diversity has been decreased after dam construction.
보성강 (寶城江) 및 이사천 (伊沙川) 수계의 (水系) 수서곤충 (水棲昆蟲) 군집에 (群集) 관한 연구

The aquatic insect fauna and their community structure in the Poso^˘ ng River System and Isa stream in Chonnam, Korea was studied from August 1987 to April 1988. The total number of taxa was 99 species, 54 genera, 22 families in 8 orders in the Poso^˘ ong River System and 62 species, 39 genera, 21 families in 8 orders in the Isa stream. The major groups were Ephemeroptera and Trichoptera in two catchment. The fauna was dominated numerically by Ephemeroptera (47%) in the Posoo^˘ ng River System and by Trichoptera (61%) in the Isa stream. Ephemeroptera, Trichoptera and Diptera were relatively more abundent during the spring season. Mostly Dominant species belonged to Ephemeroptera and Trichoptera in the Posoo^˘ ng River System and in the Isa stream was Hydropsyche orientalis. Dominant indices ranged from 0.19 to 0.95 in the surveyed stream. Species diversity indices showed 1.97-3.45 in studied stream.
부영양 신갈지에서 천연물질 혼합제(PMC)의 수질개선능: 현장수온의 영향

We examined the effect of different field temperatures on water quality improvement (WQI) of natural domestic plant-mineral composites (PMCs). This method was previously used by Kim et al. (2011), to monitor the restoration of water quality of a eutrophic lake, Lake Shingal (Korea). Results indicate that PMCs on phytoplankton, BOD and phosphorus showed more than 70% WQI below 20°C, and less than 40% WQI over 25°C, respectively. The WQIs of PMCs on blue-green algae were gradually decreased with the increase of temperature, whilst diatoms exhibited more than 90% higher WQIs, regardless of water temperature. Additionally, the WQIs on bacterial biomass and total nitrogen were low at all temperatures. These results collectively indicate that water quality improvement activity of plant-mineral composites was dependent on the water temperature, and that the field application of above chemical during temperatures over 25°C, would be less effective in treating a cyanobacteria bloom dominated by Microcystis aeruginosa, than by diatoms.
북한강 수계 조류대발생 원인종 남조 Anabaena의 분자계통학적 검토

Between May and August 2012, a massive cyanobacterial bloom with Anabaena has been occurred throughout the North Han River. Sampling was conducted at one station on each lake, L. Uham, L. Cheongpyung, and L. Paldang, where occurred a dense bloom, in 13 July. According to the microscopic examination, the blooms was dominated by one specific filamentous cyanobacterium Anabaena and other phytoplankton. Morphologically, previous literature proven that this Anabaena species is A. crassa (Lemmermann) Komark.-Legn. & Cronberg. However, identification of species in a mixed population is complicated due to limited morphological differences. Therefore, with live sample including trichome, akinete and heterocyst, the sequences of 16S rRNA gene of Anabaena isolates were cloned and analyzed, and three 16S rRNA gene sequences of 1188~1520 bp in length were obtained. It was shown from the homologous analysis results that the obtained 16S rRNA sequences were highly homologous to the relevant sequences of A. crassa in GenBank. The 16S rRNA sequences of 63 species were retrieved from GenBank, and the phylogenetic tree was constructed by using these sequences.
