프린터의 성능을 결정짓는 요소는 인쇄속도, 해상도, 인쇄균일도, 소음수준 등이다. 인쇄의 질은 줄간격 및 도트(dot) 크기의 균일도에 의해 주로 결정된다. 레이저 프린터에서 불균일한 줄간격 및 도트크기는 주로 롤러나 현상기의 부하변동으로 인한 감광드럼(Organic Photo Conductive드럼:이하 OPC 드럼)의 진동이나 LSU(laser Scanning Unit)의 진동으로 인한 지터에 기인한다. LSU의 진동으로 인한 지터는 인쇄물에서 수 백 μm 간격의 밴드형태로 나타나며, 다면경 모터(polygon motor), 케이스, 반사경의 진동에 기인한다. 이 논문에서는 개발단계의 소형 레이저 프린터의 화질개선을 위해 지터의 원인을 추정해서 이를 개선하기 위한 방법을 기술하였다. The performance of printer can be determined by the printing speed noise level, printing quality which includes the resolution, regularity of 1πinted matter and etc. Among them, printing quality mostly depends on the irregularity of the line spacing and dot size. The irregular line spacing and dot size in laser beam printer are mainly from the jitter which comes from the vibration of Organic Photo Conductive(OPC) drum and the Laser Scanning Unit(LSU). Jitter due to the vibration of LSU appears as high-frequency component which occurs 100-300 μm interval in printed matter and the causes of it can be estimated as the vibration of polygon motor, cast reflecting mirror and etc. In this paper, vibration characteristics of the LSU under development are investigated and the strategy for improvement of the dynamic characteristics is established and its validity is demonstrated.
근골격계 질환 유해요인 저감을 위한 금속 제품 제조업체의 설비개선 방안 연구

The goal of this study is to propose the effective method of investigating the injurious factors and making improvement plans that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders at metal product companies and the same business field with similar working conditions and process. A questionnaire were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers` musculoskeletal disorders, and an ergonomic assessment method such as RULA, OWAS were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace and working posture. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. It can be concluded that the method and process described in this paper could be helpful for diagnosing the musculoskeletal disorders and making improvement plans to the metal product companies and the same business field with similar working conditions and process.

Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. It can be concluded that the method and process described in this paper could be helpful for diagnosing the musculoskeletal disorders and making improvement plans to the diesel engine fuel injection system manufacturing company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process.

가토 정맥에서 CT 조영제의 혈관외유출 예방을 위한 EDA 시스템의 실험적 연구

CT 검사에서 조영제 혈관외유출을 예방하기 위해 EDA 시스템을 개발하여 가토를 대상으로 실험적으로 혈관외유출의 검출 효율을 평가하였다. 7마리의 가토 IV 정맥 부위에 EDA 시스템의 스트레인게이지를 부착하여 조영제를 주입하면서 혈관외유출 검출 효율을 평가하였다. 조영제의 혈관외유출은 7건으로 혈관외유출 용량 $14{\sim}23ml$ (평균 18.86 ml), 혈관외유출 발생시간 평균 11.29초, 평균압력 109.71 psi, EDA 시스템에서 스트레인게이지의 분해능 평균 512.18, 진양성 7건, 진음성 19건, 위양성 2건이었고, 민감도 100%, 특이도 90%로 나타났다. 개발된 EDA 시스템을 가토에 실험적으로 적용하여 소량의 혈관외유출 조영제를 검출하는 효율이 있어 혈관외유출을 예방하는 효과가 있다. To assess the ability of an extravasation defection accessory (EDA) to detect the clinically important extravascular Injection of iodinated contrast material that was delivered with an automated mechanical power injector. The purpose of this study was to assess the ability of this device during clinically important episodes of extravasation. The EDA system was composed of a strain gage, an amplifier and a computer-based system. In the rabbit experimental cases, there were seven true-positive cases (range of the extravasation volumes: $14{\sim}23 ml$). The algorithm results showed seven true-positive cases (range of the extravasation volumes: $7{\sim}16ml$), nineteen true-negative cases, two false-positive cases and no false-negative cases. The EDA system had a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 90% for the detection of clinically important extravasation. The EDA system had good sensitivity for the detection of clinically important extravasation and the EDA system has the clinical potential for the early detection of extravasation of the contrast medium that is administered with power injectors.
1000cc 경차의 운전좌석에 대한 체압분포의 분석 및 평가

The design of frontal driver seat cushion in 1000cc minicar is very important in economy sides and maintenance costs. The best design of driver seat cushion can prevent backache and work-related musculoskeletal disorder (WMSDs). Therefore, this paper proposes the analytical and systematical method to evaluate pressure distribution of frontal driver seat cushion in 1000cc minicar. In this paper, TACTILUS Mat-Type was used to measure the pressure distribution of frontal driver seat cushion and based on 9 healthy persons and 2 minicars. In the result of this paper, the pressure distribution of the back of seat between minicar A and minicar B was proved not suitable driver seat cushion through statistical testing. Finally, this paper will ergonomically provide decisive information for back design of the frontal driver seat cushion in 1000cc minicar.
1600cc 승용차에서 남성의 운전좌석에 대한 체압분포의 평가에 관한 연구

The appropriate design of frontal driver seat cushion by the distribution of the contact pressure evenly and reduction of the peak pressure and the high contact pressure area is very important in order to prevent accident and backache. Therefore, this paper proposes the systematic method by the analysis of variable (ANOVA) and statistical testing to evaluate pressure distribution of frontal driver seat cushion on 1600cc automobiles. In this paper, TACTILUS Mat-Type was used to measure the pressure distribution of frontal driver seat cushion and selected 10 healthy persons and 3 types of 1600cc automobiles. In the result of this paper, pressure distribution of backrests was proved significant (α=0.05). Finally, C type backrest was proved the most comfortable and safety seat cushion chair through analysis of variable.
