디아민으로서 p-phenylene diamine, 4,4ʹ-oxydianiline, 1,4-bis(4-aminophenoxy)benzene에 대해 이염기산으로서 terephthalic acid와 2,2ʹ-bibenzoic acid를 혼합 사용하여, 주쇄에 biphenyl-2,2ʹ-diyl 구조를 갖는 copolyterephthalamide를 직접중축합법에 의해 합성하였다. 얻어진 공중합체는 0.46~0.93dL/g의 본성점도를 나타내었으며, 이들 대부분은 N,N-dimethylacetamide와 N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone과 같은 범용 유기용매에 용해하였고, 유리전이온도는 239℃와 326℃ 사이의 값을 나타냈으며, 질소기류하 10% 열분해 온도는 410~485℃였다. Three series of copolyterephthalamides having biphenyl-2,2'-diyl structure in the main chain, were synthesized from p-phenylene-containing diamines such as p-phenylene diamine, 4,4'-oxydianiline or 1,4-bis(4-aminophenoxy)benzene, with mixed diacids of terephthalic acid and 2,2'-bibenzoic acid by the direct polycondensation method. The resulting copolymers had inherent viscosities ranging from 0.46 to 0.93dL/g, and most of them could be readily dissolved in polar aprotic solvents including N,N-dimethyl acetamide and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. These copolymers had glass transition temperatures between 239 and 326℃, and their 10% weight loss temperatures were recorded in the range of 410~485℃ in nitrogen atmosphere.
1,2-Bis(4-trimellitimidophenoxy)benzene으로 부터 유도된 신규 방향족 폴리아미드이미드

A series of noble poly(amide-imide)s and copoly(amide-imide)s bearing 1,2-bis(4-phenoxy)benzene units were synthesized by the direct polycondensation of 1,2-bis(4-trimellitimidophenoxy)benzene[1,2-PTPB] with a combination of commercially available aromatic diamines and diacids such as m-phenylene diamine, p-phenylene diamine(PPD), isophthalic acid and terephthalic acid(TA) in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP) using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as a condensing agent in the presence of dehydrating agent (CaCl2). The resulting polymers had inherent viscosities in the range of 0.37∼0.78 dL/g and most of them were soluble in common organic solvents including NMP, dimethylacetamide, dimethylsulfoxide, dimethylformamide, and m-cresol. Wide-angle X-ray diffractograms revealed that the copoly(amide-imide) derived from PPD with mixed acids of 1,2-BTPB and TA, showed crystalline nature, whereas all of the other polymers were found to be amorphous. The glass transition temperatures of the polymers occurred over the temperature range of 270~323°C in their differential scanning calorimetry curves and their 10% weight loss temperature, determined by thermogravimetric analysis in air and nitrogen atmosphere, were in the range 465~535°C, 500~550°C, respectively, indicating their good thermal stability.

최근 산업의 고도화에 따른 건물의 고층화로 하나 또는 그 이상의 승강기를 보유한 건물들이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 건물에서 화재와 같은 긴급한 재난 발생 시 피난계단을 이용하여 탈출해야 한다는 상식에도 불구하고 본능적으로 승강기를 이용하여 대피하려는 경향이 뚜렷하다. 화재상황에서 승강기 이용 시 독성의 연기 유입으로 피난 활동이 어려우며, 전원 차단으로 정지 시 연기에 질식사할 확률이 급증한다. 따라서 승강기 내부로의 고립이나 승강기를 이용한 피난활동 시 연기로부터 안전한 호흡장치의 개발을 위한 연구를 진행하고자 한다.
친유성 아크릴 수지로 처리된 폴리프로필렌 편직물의 유흡착 성질

Ethyl acrylate(EA) 혹은 lauryl acrylate(LA)와 hydroxy ethyl acrylate(HEA)를 용액중합법에 의해 공중합하여 2종의 친유성 아크릴 전구중합체를 얻은 다음, 여기에 가교제로서 hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)를 첨가 배합하여, 폴리프로필렌 velvet 편직물에 통상의 pad-dry-cure방법으로 수지가공을 실시하여 유흡착재를 제조하였다. 가교 아크릴 수지(EA-HEA-HDI) 의 겔화도는 전체 acrylate에 대한 HEA의 사용량과 가교제인 HDI의 농도가 증가할수록 증가하였다. 얻어진 유흡착재의 수지 부착율에 따른 흡유능과 유보유율은 시험유로서 n-decane, toluene, 대두유, 윤활유, 벙커C유를 사용하여 평가 하였고 대두유 를 제외하고 사용된 모든 오일에 걸쳐 흡유능에 미치는 최적의 부착율은 약 6%로 나타났다. 한편 유보유율은 부착율의 증가 에 따라 증가하였고 더욱이 고비중, 고점도 오일의 경우에서 전반적으로 보다 증가된 값을 나타내었다. 또한 흡유능은 LA-HEA-HDI로 처리된 유흡착재가 EA-HEA-HDI의 그것에 비하여 높았으며, 아크릴 수지의 측쇄 알킬기의 길이가 증가할수 록 보다 높은 흡유능을 나타내었다. Two types of oleophilic acrylic prepolymers were prepared by the solution copolymerization of either ethyl acrylate (EA) or lauryl acrylate (LA) with hydroxy ethyl acrylate (HEA). For the formation of oil-absorbent materials, a mixed solution of the prepolymer and hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) as a cross-linker in toluene was applied to polypropylene knit velvet fabric through the conventional pad-dry-cure procedure. The gel fraction of the crosslinked resin, EA-HEA-HDI, increased with increasing feed ratio of HEA to total acrylate or HDI concentration. The oil absorbancy and retention ratio of the prepared materials were compared according to the add-on ratio of resin to fabric, and were assessed with n-decane, toluene, soybean oil, lubricant and bunker C oil as test oils. The optimal oil absorbancy of the materials were observed at around 6% of the add-on ratio for all these oils except for soybean oil. On the other hand, the oil retention ratio increased as the add-on ratio increased. Futhermore, heavier and more viscous oil generally showed higher oil retention ratios. In addition, the oil absorbancy of the materials treated with LA-HEA-HDI resin was higher than that treated with EA-HEA-HDI resin, which showed that the acrylic resins are more absorptive with increasing length of their side alkyl chain.
스마트 기기를 사용하는 사용자의 자세에 대응하는 조명시스템

Recently, the penetration rate of the smart device has been steadily increased and is getting diversified. People use the smart device a lot of time inside a building like a routine life and are easily influenced by the glare from luminaires. The luminaire can cause glare and eye strain due to the direct light from luminaires and indirect light from indoor surfaces. The purpose of this study is to improve the luminous environment while the user uses the smart devices indoors. Therefore, we propose a lighting system and a control method which response to the posture of the user of the smart device by using the sensor built in the smart device.
