Branch rivers of Han-river contribute significantly to the pollution and eutrophication that have caused drastic changes to the ecosystem of Han-river. In Tanchun, two sewage treatment plants have been operated and their drain water have significantly affected Tanchun water quality. Here we investigate on the pollution change of Tanchun that has affected Han-river. The results were as follows : 1. Attribution to elevate water pollution concentrations of Han-river by Tanchun were T-P, BOD, T-N, COD in orders. 2. The highest loading pollutant in Han-river by Tanchun rated about 2 times by T-P. 3. In the downstream of Tanchun was low self-purification than upstream. 4. The most affected Tanchun water quality was Tanchun treatment plant in the downstream of Tanchun.

This study was conducted to evaluate the variation characteristics of influent and effluent quality from sewage treatment facilities using activated sludge processes and to assess the impact caused by discharge of treated sewage on the receiving water. Monthly data of five water quality items (BOD, COD, SS, T-N, T-P) were used to understand the water quality at three sewage treatment plants in Seoul for five years from 1999 to 2003.<br/> Concentration differences of water quality parameters were observed between upstream and downstream site at the sewage treatment plant outfall to investigate the impact of discharge in Tan stream and Han river basin.<br/> 1. Due to the effect of continuous improvement in sewer system, the concentrations of influent went on increasing generally.<br/> 2. Effluent concentrations of BOD, COD and SS showed the trend of a little decreasing, but the trend of increasing in T-N and T-P.<br/> 3. In Tan stream basin, the impact of sewage treatment plant discharge was not observed directly, because concentration of discharge was lower than stream water's. But discharges from sewage treatment plants affected water quality at downstream site in Han river, concentration of T-P especially.

본 연구의 목적은 석면 비산방지제의 성능을 평가하는 장치기술을 개발하여 현행 공정시험방법을 효율적으로 개선하고자 하였다. KS의 석면 비산방지제 시험방법(KS M 2757:2014)중 섬유비산 시험방법의 공기분사방식과 공기분사구의 압력조절방식을 개선하여 시험의 정확성을 증대시켰다. 공기분사방식을 1-way에서 2-way로 적용한 결과, 측정된 석면 평균농도는 0.051 f-PCM/㏄로서 기존의 1-way방식(0.012 f-PCM/㏄)보다 약 4배 높아 석면 검출능력이 향상되었다. 또한 공기분사구 압력조절방식 개선을 위해 표면압력측정부를 적용한 결과, 시험체 표면에 항상 일정한 풍속 약 10 ㎧를 유지하였다. 그러나 표면압력측정부가 없는 경우에는 구동모터의 이격거리 변화 때문에 풍속이 변화하여 각각 6.6, 4.8, 3.7 ㎧로 일정하지 못하였다. 그러므로 2-way공기분사방식을 통해 시험체에 충분한 유량을 사각지대 없이 공급하여 석면 검출능력을 높이고, 표면압력 측정기능을 통해 시험체에 일정한 풍속을 유지시킴으로써 시험방법의 정확성과 효율성을 개선하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop a device to evaluate the performance of asbestos stabilizers and improve the accuracy of the process test method. We increased the accuracy of the test method by applying the air injection method and pressure control method of the nozzle in the testing methods for performance evaluation of encapsulants in asbestos-containing building materials (KS M 2757:2014). As a result of applying the air injection method, the average concentration of asbestos obtained using the 2-way method was 0.051 f-PCM/㏄, which is approximately four times higher than that obtained using the 1-way method (0.012 f-PCM/㏄). In addition, as a result of applying the pressure control method, a constant air velocity of approximately 10 ㎧ was maintained at the air injection port to the specimen by using the surface pressure sensor. In the absence of the surface pressure measuring part, the air velocity was changed to 6.6, 4.8, and 3.7 ㎧ respectively, owing to the change of the travel distance of the turning motor. Therefore, the accuracy and efficiency of the test method were improved by supplying 2-way air injection to the specimen without blind spots and maintaining a constant air through the surface pressure sensing function.
