        중학생들의 인터넷 중독 위험수준에 따른 신체활동량과 비만도의 관련성

        The purpose of this study was to examine the association perceived physical activity pattern and body mass index according to habitual internet usage among middle school student. Data were analyzed for 969 students who responded to self-reported base cross-sectional survey relating to socio-demographic variables, internet usage status, and a short version of the international physical activity questionnaire. Prevalence rate of physical activity status showed that 53.5% at 150 min/week under, 46.5% at 150min/week over. Prevalence rate of internet usage showed that 95.6% at normal group, 2.6% at potential group, 1,9% at addiction group. Prevalence rate of body mass index status of over weight according to internet usage status shoed that 83.1% at normal, 5.1% at potential, 11.9% at addiction. Prevalence rate of physical activity levels of 150 min/week under according to internet usage status showed that 93.8% at normal, 3.5% at potential, 2.7% at addiction. In comparison with the physical activity levels was significantly more likely potential internet usage (OR, 2.62; 95% confidence interval [95%CI], 1.09-6.47; p〈.05) and addiction usage (OR, 3.82; 95% confidence interval [95%CI], 1.24-11.75; p〈.05). The results revealed that physical activity levels and body mass index correlates of internet usage status. This finding suggest the necessity of developing specific strategies for physical activity intervention by internet addiction among middle school students.

        장기간 복합운동이 내장지방형 중년남성의 체력 및 중심동요에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 32-week combined exercise on physical fitness and center of pressure in middle-age men with visceral obesity. We recruited 24 middle-aged men (age range, 40 - 50 years) with visceral obesity: a combined group (n=12) and control group (n=12). Visceral fat was defined as an abdominal visceral-to-subcutaneous fat. The frequency of exercise for the combined (i.e., yoga, resistance, aerobic, and balance exercises) group was 3 times per week (i.e., Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) for 32 weeks. Each 60-minute exercise programme included 10minutes of warm-up activities and 10 minutes of cool-down activities. The results of this study showed that combined exercise improves body composition, subcutaneous fat and visceral fat after 32 weeks. Physical fitness was significantly increase than baseline values in the combined group. Anteroposterior range of center of pressure and mediolateral range of center of pressure were significantly decrease than baseline values in combined group after 32 weeks. Our findings demonstrate that a 32-week combined exercise programme such as yoga, resistance, aerobic, and balance may be an effective intervention strategy for improving abdominal fat, physical fitness and center of pressure leading to improved quality of life in middle-aged men with visceral obesity.

        대학생들의 주별 신체활동량에 따른 건강관련 체력 및 우울 수준의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the association perceived health-related physical fitness and depressive levels according to weekly physical activity pattern among university students. Data were analyzed for 132 students who responded to self-reported base cross-sectional survey relating to socio-demographic variables, depressive assessment, short version of the IPAQ and a health-related physical fitness test. Prevalence rate of CES-D score of 21 more than according to weekly physical activity status showed that 73.9% at IAG, 26.1% at SAG. Prevalence rate of 20m shuttle run of average or over according to weekly physical activity status showed that 41.6% at IAG, 58.4% at SAG. In comparison with the cardiorespiratory endurance was significantly less likely SAG (multi-adjust model: OR, 0.22; 95% confidence interval [95% CI], 0.90-0.53; p<.05). In comparison with the depressive levels was significantly more likely SAG (multi-adjust model: OR, 3.68; 95% confidence interval [95% CI], 1.10-12.26; p<.05). The results revealed that health-related physical fitness and depressive levels correlates of weekly physical activity pattern. This finding suggest the necessity of developing specific strategies for physical activity intervention by health-related physical fitness and depressive among university students.

        청소년의 인터넷 및 스마트폰의 복합 중독 위험과 건강 체력의 관련성

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between Internet and smartphone complex addiction risk and health fitness in adolescents. Data were analyzed for 1481 adolescents who responded to cross-sectional survey relating to baseline characteristics, internet and smartphone complex addiction risk, and a health fitness. The results of this research were as follows. In comparison with the aerobic capacity was significantly more likely internet addiction high risk group multi adjusted model (OR, 2.156; 95% confidence interval [95%CI], 1.515-3.068; p=.00) and internet and smartphone addiction high risk group multi adjusted model (OR, 1.467; 95% confidence interval [95%CI], 1.095-1.966; p=.01) and smartphone addiction high risk group multi adjusted model (OR, 1.419; 95% confidence interval [95%CI], 0.983-2.047; p=.06). In conclusion, the findings in this research confirm that a significant relationship was found between internet and smartphone addiction and aerobic capacity among adolescents.

        장기간의 태권체조와 세라밴드 운동이 비만고령여성의 자립생활체력 및 hs-CRP 농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 24-week Takwondo aerobic and Thera-band on self-reliance physical fitness and hs-CRP concentration in obese elderly women. We recruited 20 elderly women with obese : a exercise group (n=10) and control group(n =10). The frequency of exercise for the group was 3 times per week (i.e., Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) for 24 weeks. Each 60-minute exercise programme included 10 minutes of warm-up activities and 5 minutes of cool-down activities. The results of this study showed that combined exercise improves body composition after 24 weeks. Self-reliance physical fitness was significantly increase than baseline values in the combined exercise group. The risk factor of Cardiovascular disease were significantly increase than baseline values in the combined exercise group. Our findings demonstration that a 24-week combined exercise programme may be an effective intervention strategy for improving body composition, self-reliance and risk factor of cardiovascular disease in obese elderly women.

        걷기교실 참여가 과체중 여아의 신체활동량과 신체기능 및 보행기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of walking calss participation on physical activity and physical function and gait function in overweight girl. Sixteen overweight girl were assigned in walking calss group(n=8), and control group(n=8). The exercise program consisted of walking class program 60min/session, 3 days each week for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follow: In body composition, weight(p<.01), body mass index(p<.01), percent fat(p<.01), and lean body mass(p<.05) had a statistically significant differences between the two groups. In daily physical activity and physical function and gait function, step count(p<.01), MVPA(p<.01), lower limb muscle strength(p<.05), maximal gait speed(p<.05), stance phase duration(p<.05), and Swing phase duration(p<.05) had a statistically significant differences between the two groups. These findings suggest that walking class program may represent an effective intervention strategy for body composition and daily physical activity and physical function and gait function. Finally, the effect of longer-term modifications of walking exercise program on regular physical activity.

        TPA 기법을 이용한 건물 내 설비 동하중 산정

        The facility equipments generate dynamic force on building floor and the force can be measured with force transducer. However, this method depends on the measuring capacity or range of sensor, or mounts installation condition of equipments. Because of this restricting condition on force measuring system, this paper suggests a indirect method, the TPA(transfer path analysis) method, that produces a closely approximate dynamic force of equipments. This method calculates the dynamic force by using transfer response function. Firstly, the calculated dynamic force of impact load and continuous load was respectively compared with the sensor-measured value to examine the accuracy of TPA method. After that, the dynamic force and response induced by large facility equipments - a cooling tower, AHU and a large ventilator - were calculated by TPA method and the validity of these value were examined.

        장기간의 태권체조와 복합운동이 폐경기 비만 여성의 건강관련체력과 신체활동량 및 우울에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Taekwondo aerobic and combined exercise program on health-related physical fitness and physical activity and depression scale in menopausal obesity women. Seventeen menopausal obesity women were assigned in exercise group (n=8), and control group (n=9). The exercise program consisted of Taekwondo aerobic and combined exercise program 90min/session, 3 days each week for 24 weeks. The results of this study were as follow: In body composition and blood pressure, Weight(p<.01), Body mass index(p<.01), Percent body fat(p<.01), Waist circumference(p<.001), Hip circumference(p<.001) had a statistically significant. In health related physical fitness and daily physical activity and depression scale, Grip strength(p<.05), Cross-sit-up(p<.01), 20m shuttle run(p<.01), Step count(p<.05), MVPA(p<.01), CES-D(p<.001) had a statistically significant. These findings suggest that Taekwondo aerobic and combined exercise program may represent an effective intervention strategy for health-related physical fitness and daily physical activity and depression.

        태권도와 세라밴드 운동이 근육감소증 고령 여성의 근육량과 자립생활체력 및 마이오카인에 미치는 영향

        The present study is aimed at investigating the effects of Taekwondo and thera-band exercise on muscle mass and self-reliance physical fitness and myokines in sarcopenia elderly women. The Taekwondo and lower limb muscle strength exercise consisted of program 60min/session, 3 days each per week for 12 weeks. The results were as follows. First, in body composition and blood pressure, body weight(p=.015), percent body fat((p=.002), systolic blood pressure(p=.047), diastolic blood pressure (p=.002) had a statistically significant. Second, in self-reliance physical fitness and sarcopenia factor, repeated chair stand(p=.023), open-eyes one-legged standing(p=.006), sit and reach(p=.001), gait speed (p=.000), ASMI(p=.001) had a statistically significant. Third, blood variables and myokines, glucose (p=.000), triglyceride-glucose index(p=.003), IL-6(p=.001), IL-8(p=.000), IL-15(p=.001) had a statistically significant. In conclusion, these findings suggest that Taekwondo and thera-band exercise may represent an effective intervention strategy for body composition and self-reliance physical fitness and myokines in sarcopenia elderly women.
