Objectives : The purpose of the this study is to report the improvement after Chuna manual therapy about patient with essential tremor. Methods : The patient of essential tremor was treated by Myofascial Release Technique(MRT) and Chuna manual therapy with acupuncture, cupping, Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS), herbal medicine therapy. Results : According to evaluation of Handwriting test and VAS, The patient has shown improvement aftert Chuna Manual Therapy. Conclusions : This study suggest that Chuna manual therapy with other treatment would be effective for patient of essential tremor.
스마트폰 사용정도가 수면의 질과 좌식행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the association perceived physical activity pattern and body mass index according to habitual internet usage among middle school student. Data were analyzed for 969 students who responded to self-reported base cross-sectional survey relating to socio-demographic variables, internet usage status, and a short version of the international physical activity questionnaire. Prevalence rate of physical activity status showed that 53.5% at 150 min/week under, 46.5% at 150min/week over. Prevalence rate of internet usage showed that 95.6% at normal group, 2.6% at potential group, 1.9% at addiction group. Prevalence rate of body mass index status of over weight according to internet usage status showed that 83.1% at normal, 5.1% at potential, 11.9% at addiction. Prevalence rate of physical activity levels of 150 min/week under according to internet usage status showed that 93.8% at normal, 3.5% at potential, 2.7% at addiction. In comparison with the physical activity levels was significantly more likely potential internet usage (OR, 2.62; 95% confidence interval [95%CI], 1.09-6.47; p<.05) and addiction usage (OR, 3.82; 95% confidence interval [95%CI], 1.24-11.75; p<.05). The results revealed that physical activity levels and body mass index correlates of internet usage status. This finding suggest the necessity of developing specific strategies for physical activity intervention by internet addiction among middle school students.
이중과제운동이 경도인지장애환자의 보행기능에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dual-task exercise program on cognitive function and physical fitness in mild cognitive impairment patients. Twenty-three mild cognitive impairment patients were assigned in exercise group(n=12), and control group(n=11). The exercise program consisted of dual-task exercise program 90min/session, 2 days each week for 12 weeks. The results of this study showed that ADAS-cog(p<.05) was significant decreased in exercise group. And gait speed(p<.05), stride length(p<.05) and left step length(p<.05) were significant increased in exercise group, also gait speed(p<.05) and left step length(p<.05) were statistically significant group and time interaction. These findings suggest that dual-task exercise program may represent an effective intervention strategy for improving cognitive function and physical fitness and leading to improved dementia in mild cognitive impairment patients.
대학생들의 인터넷 사용정도에 따른 신체활동량과 신체구성의 관련성

Data were analyzed for 500 students who responded to an self-reported based cross-sectional survey relating to socio-demographic variables, internet usage status, and a long version of the international physical activity questionnaire. Prevalence rate of physical activity status showed that 40.2% at 150 min/week over, 59.8% at 150 min/week under. Prevalence rate of internet usage showed that 94.6% at normal group, 3.0% at potential, 2.4% at addiction. Prevalence rate of physical activity levels of 150 min/week under according to internet usage status showed that 92.0% at normal, 4.3% at potential, 3.7% at addiction. In comparison with the physical activity levels was significantly more likely potential internet usage (OR, 4.82; 95% confidence Interval [95%CI], 1.07, 21.86; p〈.05) and addiction usage (OR, 8.00; 95% confidence interval [95%CI], 1.02, 62.56; p〈.05) The results revealed that physical activity levels correlates of internet usage status. This findings suggests the necessity of developing specific strategies for physical activity intervention by internet addiction among university students.
IoT 기반 운동프로그램이 경도 인지 장애 환자의 인지기능 및 신체기능에 미치는 영향

This study aimed to determine the interventions that resulted in delaying physical and cognitive decline in older population with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Thirty older adults diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment based on the Peterson criteria (mean age 73 years) consented to and completed a 12-week twice weekly exercise intervention. The SDST score showed a difference between pre and post-test in the group of ≥ 72 years. During TMT test, the score of reaction time in the group of ≥72 years was significantly faster than in the group of < 72 years. During TMT B test, the score of reaction time in the ≥ 72 year group was significantly faster than in the < 72 year group. These findings help to establish the beneficial effects of IoT based exercise and cognitive combined intervention and identify key areas for future research strategies in the continued effort to improve human cognition and delaying onset of dementia.

The purpose of this study was to the effects of taichi exercise program on gait parameter in parkinson"s disease with cognitive mild impairment patients. The exercise program consisted of taichi exercise program 90min/session, 2 days each week for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as gait parameter, Gait speed(p<.043), Stride length(p<.033), Stance phase duration(p<.008), Swing phase duration(p<.008), Double support duration(p<.006), Single support duration(p<.035) in Parkinson"s disease with mild cognitive impairment had a statistically significant. These findings suggest that The effect of disease specific taichi effective intervention strategy for positive gait parameter leading to improved in parkinson"s disease with mild cognitive impairment.

Lumbar drainage (LD) is a widely used procedure for the patients who underwent cranial base surgery to prevent cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks. An excess of CSF drainage can result in intracranial hypotension (ICH) characterized by postural headache and acute neurological deterioration. In this report, the authors illustrate a case of 51-year-old man who developed ICH syndrome following middle fossa approach and LD. This patient received lumbar epidural patching with autologous blood. With a high index of suspicion, the skull base surgeon should recognize this rare complication of LD that can be reversed by a minimally invasive procedure.

Optical modeling and simulations of a recently developed light-emitting diode projection system for landscape lighting applications were performed. A commercially available illumination design software, LightTools, was employed to this end. Various imaging patterns available from the projection system were simulated and the simulated results were found to be in good agreement with measured ones.
