      • 전극 표면 거칠기에 따른 친환경 가스의 절연 파괴 특성 연구

        SF6 가스는 절연성능과 안정성이 우수하여 송배전 전력 산업에서 전력기기의 고압가스 절연시스템의 절연 재료로 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 SF6 가스의 GWP(지구 온난화지수)는 23,900으로 매우 높고 전력산업에서 사용을 제한하고 있습니다. 따라서 사용량을 줄이거나 대체가스를 찾기 위한 연구가 오랫동안 진행되어 왔습니다. 대체 가스 후보로는 CO2, N2, Dry air 가스 및 C5F10O, C6F12O 등이 있습니다. 이중 CO2는GWP가 1로 낮고 끓는점이 낮아 취급이 용이하며, GIS에 적용된 소호성능이 다른 가스에 비해 상대적으로 우수하며 O2와 혼합하여 절연성능을 향상시킬 수 있습니다. 따라서 유망한 대체가스로 적극적으로 고려되고 있으며, 일반적으로 대체가스는 SF6 가스에 비해 절연 내력이 절반 미만이고 도체와 외함 사이의 절연거리가 더 길어야 합니다. 즉, 가스를 저장하는 외함의 크기가 불가피하게 증가됩니다. 그러나 비용 및 제품 크기의 제한으로 인해 제조업체에서는 가스압력 증가 또는 기타 영향 요인 제어와 같은 활동을 통해 절연성능을 확보하고 있습니다. 가스 갭의 임계 전계 강도는 가스 압력과 표면거칠기의 곱으로 표현되기 때문에 초고압 조건에서 도체 표면 거칠기는 절연 성능에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소로 취급됩니다. 따라서 친환경제품에서는 충분한 절연성능의 마진을 확보하기 위해서는 표면조도에 따른 절연 성능 저하율을 확인하고 이를 절연 설계에 반영해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 SF6 가스와 친환경 가스중 CO2와 O2 혼합가스 조건에서 도체 표면 거칠기가 항복전압에 미치는 영향을 분석 및 시험검증을 하였습니다.

        규산알루민산마그네슘의 합성조건과 유동학적 특성

        Aluminum magnesium silicate was synthesized by reacting the mixed solutions of sodium aluminate and magnesium chloride with sodium silicate solution in this study. The optimal synthesis conditions based on the yield of the product has been attained according to Box-Wilson experimental design. It was found that the optimal synthetic conditions of aluminum magnesium silicate were as follows: Reaction temperature=69~81oC; concentration of two reactants, sodium aluminate and magnesium chloride= 13.95~14.44w/w%; molar concentration ratio of the two reactants, [NaAlO2]/[MgCl2]=3.63~4.00;reaction time=12~15 min;drying temp. of the product=70~76oC. Aluminum magnesium silicate synthesized under the optimal synthesis condition was dispersed in 0.75, 1.0 and 1.5w/w% aqueous solution or suspension of six dispersing agents, and the rheological properties of the dispersed systems prepared have been investigated at 15oC and 25oC using Brookfield LVT Type Viscometer. The acid-consuming capacity of the most excellent product was 272~278ml of 0.1N-HCl per gram of the antacid. The flow types of 5.0w/w% aluminum magnesium silicate suspension were dependent upon the kind and concentration of dispersing agents added. The apparent viscosity of the suspension was generally increased with concentration of dispersing agents and was not significantly changed or decreased as the temperature was raised. A dispersing agent, hydroxypropyl cellulose suspension, exhibited an unique flow behavior of antithixotropy. The flow behavior of the suspension dispersed in a given dispersing agent not always coincided with that of the dispersing agent solution or suspension itself.

        Finding and Characterization of Viral Nonstructural Small Protein in Prospect Hill Virus Infected Cell

        Prospect Hill Virus (PHV) is the well known serotype of hantavirus, a newly established genus in family Bunyaviridae. Extensive studies have upheld the original view of PHV genetics with three genes such as nucleocapsid (N) protein, envelope proteins (G1, G2) and RNA dependent RNA polymerase. In this study, we report the existence of additional gene that is encoded in an overlapping reading frame of the N protein gene within S genome segment of PHV. This gene is expected to encode a nonstructural small (NSs) protein and it seems to be only found in PHV infected cell. The presence and synthesis of NSs protein could be demonstrated in the cell infected with PHV using anti-peptide sera specific to the predicted arnino acid sequence deduced from the second open reading frame. Ribosomal synthesis of this protein appears to occur at AUG codon at the 83rd base of S genome scgment, downstream of N protein initiation codon. This protein is small in size (10.4 KDa) and highly basic in nature. The expression strategy of NSs protein appears that a signal mRNA is used to translate both N and NSs protein in PHV infected cell. 10 KDa protein in virus infected cell lysates can bind to mimic dsRNA. This fact strongly suggests that NSs protein may be involved in virus replication on late phase of viral life cycle.

        인산 알루미늄의 합성조건과 유동학적 특성

        Aluminum phosphate gel was synthesized by reacting aluminum sulfate as a soluble aluminum salt to tribasic sodium phosphate in this study. The optimal synthesis conditions based on the yield of product were investigated by applying Box-Wilson experimental design. It was found that optimal synthesis conditions were as follows: Reaction temperature; 61-71oC, concentration of two reactants; 12.27-13.83%, concentration ratio of two reactants; [Al2(SO4)3]/[Na3PO4] = 0.5, reaction time; 10.9-12.1 minutes, drying temperature of product; 60-72oC. Aluminum phosphate gel prepared by the optimal synthesis conditions was suspended with four types of natural and synthetic gums at the concentration of 0.375-1.5wv%. Their rheological properties of aluminum phosphate gels were examined with Haake-Rotovisco RV 20 rotational viscometer. It showed that the higher concentration of suspending agents and lower temperature, the higher viscosity. Aluminum phosphate gel suspended by pectin and agar showed plastic flow with rheopexy, and their gels suspended by sodium alginate and sod. CMC showed plastic flow with thixotropy.

        Thiocarbamyl Enoxacin 유도체의 합성 및 항균작용

        Treatment of 1-ethyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(1-piperazinyl)-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxylic acid (Enoxacin) with alkyl(or aryl) isothiocyanates which obtained from alkyl(or aryl) amines afforded six 1-ethyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(1-alkylthiocarbamylpiperazinyl)-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxylic acids and five 1-ethyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(1-arylthiocarbamyl piperazinyl)-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxylic acids. The compounds synthesized were evaluated for their antimicrobial activities, in vitro, against Eschelichia coli 6-PE-4, Bacillus subtilis 74-51, Proteus vulgaris 78645, Klebsiella pneumoniae JYA-78314, Staphylococcus aureus 79110 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa 8765-1 P2.

        합성규산 알루미늄의 최적합성조건

        Synthetic aluminum silicate was prepared by reacting aluminum sulfate solution with Sodium silicate solution in this study. The optimum synthesis conditions based on the yield of the product were established by applying Box-Wilson experimental design. The results were found to be as follows; Reactant temperature : 57~72oC Concentration of two reactants : 10~17.6%, Mole ratio of two reactants, [Sod. Silicate]/[Al. Sulfate]. : 4.6~5.0, Temperature of washing water : 25~40oC, and Drying temperature of product. 50~65oC. The physical and chemical properties of synthetic aluminum sitlcate as medicine were investigated by means of chemlcal analysis, adsorption test and acid consuming capacity measurements.
