        Treadmill을 이용한 점증적 최대운동이 혈중 항산화 효소에 미치는 영향

        We wanted to examine the effect of combined vitamin C, E supplementation on antioxidant enzyme activity in women short distance swimming player. The average ate, stature, body mass, estimated BMI, and swimming training period were 18.63±1.25yr, 165.62±3.34㎝, 63.45±4.83㎏, 23.13±1.80, and 9.87±1.25yr, respectively. Vitamin C (1000㎎), E (670㎎) were given for 12 weeks. maximal exercise treadmill test, warming up for the exercise lest was done at the speed of 4㎞/h, on the degree of 0%, with a three minutes exercise. According to the subjects` 60% O_(2max performance, the exercise tests were done. The subjects were tested at the 8.2-10.2㎞/h speed and on the degree of 0% during the first 25 minutes and at the 12.8-14㎞/h speed with the degree of 3-9% until all out. Blood samples were collected prior to exercise (PE) and immediately at the end of maximal exercise(ME). Before combined vitamin C, E supplementation, the average running time, maximal heart rate, and V O_(2)max of subjects were 28.83±3.30min, 198.13±9.22hts/min, 49.74±4.38㎖/min/㎏. After combined vitamin C, E supplementation, the average running time , maximal heart rate, and V O_(2)max of subjects were 28.63±3.28min, 199.13±8.82bts/min, 49.54±4.28㎖/min/㎏. V O_(2)max of the subjects were tumed out to be without significant. Plasma MDA level was showed no significant decrease after combined vitamin C, E supplementation. Plasma CAT, GPX, Total Antioxidant enzyme (TA) activities were increased insignificantly after combined vitamin C, E supplementation. Plasma SOD activity was increased significantly (P<0.05) after combined vitamin C, E supplementation.

        발목테이핑 후 트레드밀 운동시간에 따른 등속성 발목근력 변화

        This study was to investigate changes of muscle strength as exercise time duration after ankle taping in baseball players. For this study, highschool baseball players whose had no ankle injuries were volunteered, and all subjects were randomly divided into two groups (TG - taping group, n=15 and CG - control group, n=15). Dominant side ankles of all subjects in TG were taped by closed basketweave technique before exercise. For exercise stimulation, 10, 20, 30 and 40 minutes of running exercise was carried out on the treadmill (10 km/h, 0%) with 48 hours intervals. Cybex 770 Model (Lumex, U.S.A) was used to measure isokinetic muscle strengths at 30°/sec and 120°/sec angular velocity To analyze the datas, repeated measured two way ANCOVA were used and significance was set at p<.05 for all tests. The results are as follows Isokinetic muscle strengths of dorsi flexor at 10, 20, 30 and 40 min after exercise were significantly increased compared to before exercise in both groups. Isokinetic muscle strengths of eversor at 10 and 30 min after exercise were significantly lower in TG compared to CG, and isokinetic muscle strengths of eversor were significantly increased after exercise compared to before exercise in both groups. Isokinetic muscle strengths of inversor at 40 min after exercise were significantly lower in TG compared to CG, and isokinetic muscle strengths of inversor were significantly increased after exercise compared to before exercise in both groups. Powers of plantar flexor at 10 min after exercise were significantly lower in TG compared to CG. Powers of eversor at 10, 20 and 30 min after exercise were significantly lower in TG compared to CG. Powers of eversor were significantly decreased until 20 min after exercise and then significantly increased from 30 min after exercise in TG, however, powers of eversor were significantly increased at 10, 20 and 30 min after exercise compared to before exercise in CG. Powers of inversor at 20 and 30 min after exercise were significantly lower in TG compared to CG. Powers of inversor at 10 min after exercise were significantly increased compared to 20 and 30 min after exercise in TG, and Powers of inversor at 40 min after exercise were significantly increased compared to before exercise, 10 and 20 min after exercise in. In conclusion, taping on ankle can have an negative effect on ankle muscle strength and when baseball players need taping, exercise duration should be considered. but It is possible to decrease effects in ankle joint muscular power, which should not be overlooked. Taping care should be ankle condition of the players. then, that will affect an injury prevention and light performance improvement.
