유아교사의 환경친화적 가치관과 유아환경교육에 관한 인식 연구

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 환경친화적 가치관을 조사하고 그 수준에 따라 유아환경교육에 대한 인식에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 알아봄으로써 유아기 환경교육의 효과를 높일 수 있는 방안에 관한 통찰을 획득하는 것이다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 환경친화적 가치관은 유아교사의 연령, 학력, 근무지, 전직교육에서 환경교육의 경험여부, 전원생활 경험 여부 등의 변인에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 환경친화적 가치관의 수준에 따라 유아환경교육의 내용, 교수-학습 방법, 유아환경교육의 지원에 대한 요구 등에서 차이가 있었다. 연구의 결과에 따라 유아기 환경교육의 효과를 높일 수 있는 방안에 관하여 시사하는 바를 논의하였다. This research examined early childhood reachers' eco-friendly value and the recognition about early childhood environmental education. The teachers' eco-friendly value is affected by the teachers' age, educational background, the type of the child-care center which the teachers are working, the experiences of environmental education in the teachers' school days, and the experience of living in the country before. The recognition about various aspects of the early childhood environmental education (contents of the early childhood environmental education curriculum, teaching methods, the supporting methods for the environmental education etc) is varied according to the level of the teachers' eco-friendly value.
