간호학생의 문제중심학습(PBL)경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

본 연구는 간호학생의 문제중심학습(PBL) 경험에 대하여 현상학적인 분석방법인 Colaizzi(1978)방법을 사용하였다. 연구참여자는 간호학과 재학 중인 4학년 대상으로 문제중심학습(PBL) 수업을 경험한 13명으로, 심층면담을 통하여 참여자로부터 새로운 내용이 더 이상 나오지 않는 포화가 이를 때까지 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi(1978)방법을 이용하여 간호학생의 문제중심학습(PBL) 경험에 관한 의미 있는 진술로부터 총 27개의 의미가 구성되었으며 이는 8개의 주제와 3개의 주제모음으로 도출되었다. 3개의 주제모음은 ‘새로운 문제중심학습(PBL) 수업방식에 대한 관점’, ‘시행착오를 통한 학습경험’, ‘예비간호사로 나아감’ 으로 나타났다. 8개의 주제는 ‘신선한 수업방식’, ‘갈팡질팡하는 수업’, ‘확신이 없음’, ‘소통을 위해 노력함’, ‘생각의 해답을 찾으려고 노력함,’ ‘자기주도 학습을 실천함’, ‘통합적 사고능력이 향상됨’, ‘자기 확신이 생김’ 으로 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 간호교육을 전달하는 하나의 강의법인 문제중심학습 방법 향상의 유용한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한 다. Purpose: The study investigated the nature and significance of the Problem-based learning(PBL) experience of nursing students and wanted to better understand them. Method: The collected data were analyzed, using Qualitative research and Colaizzi s phenomenological method. The subjects were 13 nursing college students who had attended the PBL lessons. Results: The 3 theme clusters were extracted from 8 themes. The 3 theme clusters of communication experience between nursing students and nurses in the PBL lessons are as follows : 1) Perspectives on the new PBL teaching approach 2) Through trial and error learning experience 3) Go to a prospective nurse. Conclusion: To make PBL lessons activate, this study would be used as a basic data.

간호대학생의 의사소통능력과 비판적 사고성향이 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of communication competence and critical thinking disposition on problem-solving skills of nursing student. Method: Data were collected from 169 nursing students by means of self reported questionnaires about communication competence, critical thinking disposition and problem-solving skills from September 5 to 13, 2016. Results: There were positive correlations between communication competence, critical thinking disposition and problem-solving skills. The critical thinking disposition (β=.41, p<.001), communication competence (β=.35, p<.001) and male (β=.13, p=.015) were significant predictors of problem-solving skills. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an effective intervention program to improve nursing student`s problem-solving skills by critical thinking disposition and communication competence.
