        20세기 초 서울 필지분할의 과정과 물리적 특성

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the subdivision process and the physical characters involved in lots-subdivision in Insa dong and Jangsa dong in the early 20th century by analyzing not only lots and roads, but also buildings using the subjective methods. For this requirement, the logistic regression was used with the data which were obtained by Kyeongseong Original Land Registration Map(1912), Kyeongseong City Planning Written Investigation(1928), Kyeongseong Land Registration List(1929), The disused land registration map(1940). The results of this study were as follows; First, as a result of a shortage of housing, active lot-subdivision occurred in the 1930?1940 period. Second, the subdivision process was not influenced by not the type of lots but the physical characters of lots. Third, the length of access to roads and the number of buildings affected the occurrence of lot subdivision.

        한옥주거지 필지구조 유형별 구성요소의 관계에 대한 시계열적 비교 분석

        This study aims to analyze the correlation between composition factors of lot system types in Hanok Residential Area, Seoul classifying into tree-type and grid-type. The results are as follows : First, between 1970 and 2011 in all lot system types, the bigger the area of lot, the width of road and the connectivity of road is, the longer length of the part meeting the road is. Also, the bigger the width of road is, the bigger area of lot is. Second, tree-type lot system is much different from grid-type in 1970 in terms of the correlation between the standardization index of lot and direction of road and other factors in. Third, the correlation between composition factors in tree-type lot system has changed, while the correlation in grid-type has hardly changed after 1970. Fourth, as regards the correlation between composition factors, the distinction between lot system types is much larger than the diachrony of type.

        수도권 골프장의 주거환경요소화 과정 연구

        본 연구는 골프장이 특정 주거가치를 실현하는 주거환경요소로서 발전하는 과정을 경험적 사실로서 확인하고자 용인시의 아파트 단지를 대상으로 두 가지 분석을 진행하였다. 첫째, 1990년부터 2010년 사이의 용인시의 골프장과 주택에 관련된 언론자료를 선행연구를 통해 유형화한 주거가치별로 분류하여 분석하였다. 둘째, 골프장이 추구한 주거가치가 실제 주거공간에 끼친 영향을 분석하기 위하여 한성 골프장 주변의 건설시기가 다른 아파트 단지들을 대상으로 도면을 활용하여 골프장 조망 관련 변수들을 정량적으로 측정, 분석하였다. 언론자료 분석 결과, 용인시의 골프장은 용인시의 아파트 단지의 주거가치를 실현하는 주거환경요소로서 작용하였으며, 시대가 흐름에 따라 골프장에 추구하는 주거가치가 다양화되었음을 확인하였다. 또한 사례지역을 분석한 결과, 골프장이 미적 가치를 지닌 경관 요소로서 인근 주택의 물리적 공간에 영향을 끼쳤음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석 결과는 수도권에 난립하여 있는 골프장이 주변 주거지역의 쾌적한 어메니티 나아가 긍정적인 도시설계요소로써 활용할 가능성을 의미한다. This study looks at how golf courses have evolved to become one of the housing environmental qualities through empirical examination in attempt to understand how the golf courses can be conceived as an amenity element of urban planning. Two analyses are conducted on the apartment areas of Yong In city. First, relevant newspapers and journals from 1990 to 2010 are analyzed by content analysis method to examine whether the golf courses have become residential environmental factors with various housing values. Second, the design of apartment housings surrounding Hansung C.C. are analyzed to survey whether the golf courses have any influence on the housing environmental qualities. The results of the study are summed up as follows. From a number of media sources it is evident that the golf courses have played their part in housing environmental qualities and that its roles have diversified over the years from an indicator of location to an economic value with beautiful scene, and recently, to an infrastructure of residential areas that promotes healthy lifestyle. Also, from a design analysis of the case area it is certain that the golf courses have influenced on the condition of the building design as a container of scenic view value.
