사진 공유 모바일 어플리케이션 디자인 제안 - 혼행족을 중심으로 -

본 연구에서는 1인가구의 증가로 혼자 여행을 떠나는 혼행족의 비율의 증가에 주목하였다. 혼자 여행하는 사람들이 느끼는 아쉬운 점 중 하나는 멋진 장소에서 남기는 사진일 것이다. 스마트 폰이 현대인의 필수품이 되어 언제든 사용 가능한 환경이 조성되었지만 스마트 폰을 이용하여 혼자 여행하면서 멋진 사진을 남기기란 쉬운 일이 아니다. 이 연구는 혼행족을 위한 App의 기본 서비스 모델을 수립하기 위해, 비즈니스 트랜드 조사와 대표 SNS들의 기능들을 살펴보았으며, SNS를 통해 사용자들의 카메라 기능을 공유하는데 효율적이고 체계화된 서비스를 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 다양한 사용자 조사방법을 통해 사용자들의 불편함을 도출하였으며, 사용자 조사를 통해 얻어진 결과인 언제 어디서든 비슷한 자세와 구도로 찍은 지루한 셀피, 다른 사람이 건성으로 찍어주는 만족스럽지 않은 사진들, 해외여행지에서 언어 장벽으로 인한 사진 촬영 요청의 어려움, 사진 요청을 위해 타인에게 휴대폰을 건네주는데 따르는 도난, 분실의 위험 등을 개선시켜 앱을 기획하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 특별한 순간에 더 멋진 추억을 기록할 수 있도록 사용자들에게 새로운 관점의 사진촬영의 경험을 줄 수 있을 것이다. This study is led by the ratio of the growth of people among those travelling by them selves. One of the most regretful experiences from many people who travel alone is inability to have memoriable pictures at great places during the trip. Smart phone is essential to modern people and they use what and when they want; however, it is very hard to remain nice pictures during the trip, especially by themselves. In order to establish the basic model service of app for user we research on business trends and foundamental features from SNS; therefore, we introduce efficient and systematic suggestion for sharing features on a camera to the users. Through many research methods, our app prevents a great deal of inconvenient problems and circumstances such as constant pose and boring selfies, unsatisfying picture results from a random photographer, difficulty of asking someone to take pictures of users overseas, and also the risk of losing a mobile device by handing it out to unknown people. The result of this study will give the users a new perspective of picturing and experience that remain their minds for good.

최근 ICT 발전과 함께 다양한 분야가 발전하고 변화하여 사용자와 기기, 컴퓨터 등의 상호작용에 관한 연구과 활발하게 진행 중이다. 이에 가구 또한 기술과 접목하여 사람과 상호작용하는 형태로 인터랙티브 가구가 생겨나고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서 사용자와 가구의 상호작용에 관한 연구에 도움이 되고자 미래의 인터랙티브 가구의 방향에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 사용자 태스크를 분석하기 위해 거실 이용에 관한 사용자 다이어리를 실시하였다. 어피니티 다이어그램 분석 방법과 아이데이션 워크샵을 통해 사용자 태스크를 파악하고 분석한 결과 미래 인터랙티브 가구의 방향은 자동화와 복합화의 특성을 세분화할 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 미래 인터랙티브 가구 특성을 세분화하였을 뿐만 아니라 추후 인터랙티브 가구 연구의 기초 자료로써 일조하는 의미가 있다. With the recent development of ICT, diverse ICT-related fields are being developed and undergoing changes. Numerous researches are being actively conducted on the interactions between users, devices, and computers. Such interaction is now being applied to furniture; interactive furniture are on the rise with which humans can interact with their furniture. This study focused on such interactive furniture and purported to give some pointers to future research on the interaction between users and furniture. This study implemented a user diary on furniture use to analyze user tasks. By using affinity diagram analysis ideation workshop, user tasks were identified and analyzed. The analysis revealed that the future direction for interactive furniture should be automation an complexation. This study is significant in the following two aspects: 1) having suggested future directions for interactive furniture, and 2) serving as foundational data for future research on interactive furniture.

근대화의 발전과 함께 성장해온 서울의 대중교통의 인프라는 국내외로 성공적인 평가를 받고 있으며 현재 가장 높은 수송 분담률을 가지고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 서비스 고도화 단계에 진입한 서울시의 대중교통은 아직도 부족한 부분이 많으며 특히 교통약자에 대한 이동성이 보장되지 않고 있다. 고령화 및 다문화 등의 사회적 변화에 맞춰 특정 계층의 대중교통 이용에 지원이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 대중교통의 현황 및 이용자의 현황을 살펴보고 고령자 및 외국인을 주 조사 대상으로 선정하여 관찰조사를 진행하고 행태를 분석하였다. 또한 심층 인터뷰를 통해 대중교통 서비스 상세한 평가를 진행하여 대중교통수단과 이용단계 별 불편요소를 발굴하였다. 이를 토대로 아이디어 워크숍을 통해 개선요소를 정의하고 컨셉 디자인을 하여 향후 대중교통에 적용할 수 있는 개선안을 제시하여 추후 대중교통 서비스를 개선하는데 일조하고자 하였다. The infrastructure of public transportation of Seoul which has been developed in parallel with the progress of modernization receives successful performance evaluation at home and abroad, currently representing the highest transport distribution ratio. In spite of this fact, the public transportation of Seoul, which has entered into advanced phase of services, still leaves much to be desired, in particular, the mobility considering the transportation vulnerable is not well assured. It is time to provide proper supports for the efficient mobility of public transportation in accordance with the social changes present in the aging and multicultural society. This study inquired about the current status of public transportation and that of its users. In addition, the main inquiry target was oriented to the elderly and foreigners for observation and investigation, as well as for the analysis of their behavior. Furthermore, through in-depth interviews, inconvenient factors have been found according to public transportation means and its usage phase, by carrying out detailed evaluations of public transportation services. Based on this, the enhancement elements were defined and the corresponding concept was designed through a series of idea workshops, and this study intended to contribute to improving future public transportation services by proposing the improvement scheme applicable to the upcoming public transportation.
