라이프 스타일 관리 앱의 질적 평가: 한국판 Mobile Application Rating Scale (MARS)를 활용하여

본 연구에서는 한국판 Mobile Application Rating Scale (MARS)를 이용하여 라이프 스타일 관리를 위한 앱의 질적 평가를 시행하였다. Google play 스토어와 Apple app 스토어에서 이용 가능한 92개의 라이프 스타일 관리 앱을 검색하였고 그 중 최종적으로 7개를 선별하였다. 2명의 연구자가 2주 간 7개의 앱을 사용한 뒤 MARS를 이용하여 독립적으로 앱의 질적 평가를 시행하였고 연구자간 협의를 통해 최종적으로 질적 평가 점수를 도출하였다. 7개의 앱은 모두 신체건강 향상에 초점을 두고 있었으며 앱의 이론적 배경으로는 모니터링(71.4%)과 목표설정(57.1%)이 가장 많았으며, 앱이 제공하는 기능은 리마인더가 가장 많았다. 전반적으로 앱의 질적 평가 점수는 만족스러운 편이었다. 세부적으로 살펴보면, 앱의 기능과 참여를 독려하는 부분은 만족스러운 것으로 평가되었으나, 앱의 심미성과 정보 제공 측면에 있어서는 불만족스러운 것으로 평가되었다. 본 연구 결과, MARS를 사용하여 라이프 스타일 관리 앱을 평가하는 실행가능성을 확인할 수 있었고 앱의 개선 방향 또한 파악할 수 있었다. 추후에는 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 개선된 라이프 스타일 앱의 개발 및 이를 이용하여 실제 행동의 변화에 미치는 효과에 대한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다. This study was to exam the feasibility of Mobile Application Rating Scale (MARS) for measuring the quality of lifestyle management apps that are available in South Korea. Lifestyle management apps in the Google play store and the Apple app store were searched and then 7 out of 92 were finally selected in the study. Two authors used each of the 7 apps for at least 2 weeks and independently evaluated the quality of each of the apps by using the MARS. The 7 apps were identified to focus on improving physical health. Monitoring/tracking (71.4%) and goal setting (57.1%) were the most prevalent theoretical components. With respect to technical elements, reminder function was included the most. In terms of the quality of the apps, the average scores of aesthetic and information section was low, while those of participation and functionality was high. The result of this study suggested that evaluation of apps using the MARS is feasible. Even though the lifestyle management apps was identified to be generally satisfactory, there were still remains to be improved in aesthetic and information section. In the future, based on the present study, researches on effectiveness of improved lifestyle apps on actual behavior changes need to be implemented.

국내 연하장애 기능적 전기 자극치료기 사용 현황과 장비관리 실태 분석

본 연구는 현재 국내 연하장애 환자를 대상으로 하는 연하장애 기능적 전기 자극 치료 장비의 사전·사후 점검과 유지·보수와 관련한 설문조사를 실시하고 장비사용 현황과 관리 실태를 분석함으로서 체계적인 치료 장비 관리 가이드라인 개발의 필요성을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 상급종합 병원, 종합병원, 재활병원, 요양병원을 포함하는 총62개 기관 중 최종적으로 설문에 응답한 50개 기관이었다. 연하장애 기능적 전기 자극 치료장비의 사전·사후 점검과 유지·보수 현황과 실태를 파악하기 위한 설문지를 개발한 후, 이를 기초로 2013년 8월 21일부터 2013년 11월 10일간의 연구 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 장비는 활발히 사용하고 있었으나 장비의 사용 전 작동 검사, 사용 후 작동 검사, 유지 및 보수, 소독 보관 등의 항목에서 체계적인 관리를 하지 않고 있었다. 혼수상태이거나 인지가 현저히 저하된 환자에게 적용하는 방법과 관련한 항목에서도 표준화된 방법이 없거나 가이드 라인이 제시되었더라 하더라고 실제 사용하지 않고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 장비의 사전·사후점검과 유지·보수에 대한 표준화된 가이드라인 및 질 관리 지표 개발에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제시한다. This study has been conducted to identify the current status and practices of electrical stimulation for patients with dysphagia in Korea. Main goal of the study is to find evidences of developing and distributing a quality indicator and organized performance exam. This study analyzed 50 survey questionnaires given to clinical professionals in upper-scale general hospitals, university hospitals, nursing homes and professional rehabilitation hospitals. The survey sent out and collected by E-mails or interviews from August 21, 2013 to November 10, 2013. Most of the hospitals showed lack of using a quality indicator and organized performance exams in device maintenance, pre-operational tests and post-operational tests. It is strongly recommended to develop a standardized guideline of a higher quality indicator and organized performance exam in using neuromuscular electrical stimulator for patients who are suffering from dysphagia.
