        한국통일환경의 변화와 통일교육연구

        한국통일환경은 21세기의 시대 상황에 따라 변화가 나타난다. 한반도를 중심으로 남북한의 정치상황이 가장 큰 변수에 속하고, 주변 국가들의 이익에 따라 항상 변한다. 이러한 상황 속에서 국제정치의 변화가 한반도에 미치는 영향을 분석함이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이러한 흐름 속에서 우리의 통일교육이 어떤 방향에서 접근해야 하는지 주목해야 한다. 한반도는 지정학적 위치로 주변국들의 이해가 상충하는 국제정치의 요충지로 주변 국가들의 이해관계가 얽혀 상당히 풀기 어려운 통일문제를 갖고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제의식 속에서 우리의 통일교육 방향을 재점검하고자 한다. 주변 환경이 우리에게 유익한 것만은 아니기에 풀기 어려운 난제를 잘 풀어 나가 한반도에 있는 우리뿐만 아니라 주변국인 우리의 이웃들에게도 윈윈이 될 수 있는 통일로 가게 우리의 통일교육이 터 잡아야 할 것으로 사료된다. 미국은 우리의 통일노력에 어떤 영향을 미치며 일본은 우리의 통일에 어떤 기여를 할 것인지, 또 중국과 러시아는 우리의 통일노력에 어떻게 영향을 미칠지 살펴보는 관점이 아주 중요하다. 본 연구는 국제정치의 변화에 따라 우리의 통일 환경을 남북이 공존하며 번영과 희망이 넘치는 공동체로 꾸려나가는 방안을 설계하고, 통일교육의 근간을 이루는 프로그램을 개발하여 교육기관에서 활용할 수 있는 방안을 강구하고자 한다. 통일국가의 미래상을 그리며, 동북아 환경의 변화를 세계 평화와 안녕에 기여할 수 있도록 하면서, 북한이탈주민에 대한 대책을 살피고 우리 민족의 번영에 기여할 수 있는 통일교육의 방안을 보고자 한다. The unification environment in Korea changes depending on situations around the Korean Peninsular, including the political situations of South and North Korea and the interests of neighboring countries. The goal of this study is to analyze the influence of changing international politics on the Korean Peninsular. One of the reasons why the unification in the Korean Peninsular is difficult is that it is located in such a strategically important position and that the interests of neighboring countries are complicatedly intertwined. With this complicated situation in mind, this study attempts to re-examine unification education in Korea. Since our environments are not always friendly or beneficial to us, the unification in Korea should lead to a win-win situation not only to us but also to the neighboring countries. In this regard, it is very important to observe the USA, Japan, China, and Russia what influences they will exert on our efforts for unification. The present study aims to suggest an way to make an environment in which South and North Koreas prosper together and to develop a program which can be served as a foundation for unification education.

      • 政治敎育의 理論的 考察

        We have neglected study on our political education. So, the aim of this study is to lay a value system of political education in our way of thinking and to make practical people and through political education, to improve and systemize a new method of political education to exploit the genius of our people with productivity and efficiency. The method of this research is mainly based on the analysis of reference books. First of all, this research us to examin the concept of political education and political socialization and political culture and agents and function of political education, with a theoretical backgrounds of political education. And last, I intend to analyze the problems of political education in Korea and to find out a concret and practical method to solve the problems-ideological aspects and educational method aspects. This research depends as possible upon the analysis of primary materials and in case of impossible, upon the reference books, I acknowledge in an extent the limit of validity and reliability of materials and the reference books. The characteristic of our political education aim at inheriting and improving our democratic system and at building of welfare rotate and at educating people who are to be dedicated to the development of our nation. Political education must suit to our social situation and be dedicated to international society and to the peace of humanity. As a method to systemize political education of Korea, I suggest as follows: 1. Ideological aspects The most important things to us are democratic and peace-oriented ideals, which are the ideal to mankind. We must deeply recognize this belief, and acquire the ability to make it a part of our life. (1) It is incumbent on us to systemize political ideology on which centers a spirit of nationalism. (2) It is necessary to formulate an ideology to take an active posture for international relation through systematic criticism against social structure and we must secure ethical norm of our society and self-realization, and make a plan for a utopia. (3) Our political education ought to have an aptitude to he ethical and practical. (4) As a way to proliferate democratic spirit, history of fighting for freedom in democratic country should be recognized to the people and to reform our undemocratic tradition should be emphasized. (5) As a way to inspire our senses of national security according to our geopolitical factors, it is necessary to emphasize self-defense spirit to the people. 2. Aspects of educational contents (1) The aim of political education not stand out, it is necessary to maximize the function of political education through formulation of unified and systemized contents. (2) Political education is to be changed from the passive way which uses meaningless mottos or appeal to hostility to the intellectual and systematic educating which emphasize reunification consciousness and belief in nation with activity. (3) It is necessary to take exercise for their body and mind through home room and group activity, etc. to make it a way of life to have a self-participating attitude and liferal behavior, it is necessary to improve a variety method of developmental psychology, a method of reforming personality and a method of education for the whole man which combine intellect, emotion and will. (4) Education for preschoolers and social education which have connections with our life in society should be practiced. 3. Aspects of educational methods (1) It is incumbent to practice education in early age, to extent compulsory education to middle school and to lengthen our education to the people and it is utmost necessary to proliferate our loaders in numbers to the front and to secure high-mental power and to inspire the loaders. (2) It is necessary to change government leading public relations to civilian leading education and to build an institution for this education with specialists. (3) It is essential to devise and provide materials and to take into consideration our way of putting mass media into rose. (4) It is utmost necessary to enlarge our social education for means of a variety of social movements and to make a setting to back up political education.
