        뉴 노멀 사이버보안산업의 방향성에 대한 SWOT 분석: 소프트파워의 가치

        연구목적: 본 연구는 뉴 노멀 사이버보안산업의 방향성에 대한 SWOT분석을 통해 정책을 도출하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 2021년 6월 1~6월 30일까지 사이버 보안산업 분야 전문가를 대상으로 심층면담 기법을 적용하여 질적연구를 수행하였다. 연구에 참가한 대상은 12명이다. 결과: 첫째, 사이버보안산업에 대한 강점요인은 가상환경의로의 빠른 변화, 사이버범죄의 증가현상, 온라인중심 시장 형성 등의 요인이 도출되었다. 둘째, 사이버보안산업에 대한 약점요인은 사이버보안산업의 신뢰 하락, 사이버보안산업 분야의 영세성, 정보손실과 파산, 빠른 정보화 사회와 혼란 등의 요인이 도출되었다. 셋째, 사이버보안산업에 대한 기회요인은 사이버보안 중요성에 대한 가치형성, 온라인 플렛폼 기반산업 성장, 뉴노멀 사이버보안 기술 정립 등의 요인이 도출되었다. 넷째, 사이버보안산업에 대한 위협요인은 사이버 해킹의 기술적 진화, 사이버 해킹 보호대책 미흡, 사이버 종사자들의 윤리의식 강화, 사이버보안산업의 현실과 무용론 등의 요인이 도출되었다. 결론: 4차 산업혁명 시대 사이버보안산업은 국가적으로 중요한 분야로 정책적으로 육성해야 한다. Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to derive policies through SWOT analysis on the direction of the new normal cyber security industry. Methods: From June 01 to June 30, 2021, a qualitative study was conducted by applying the in-depth interview technique to experts in the cyber security industry. Twelve subjects participated in the study. Result: First, as for the strength factors for the cyber security industry, factors such as the rapid change to the virtual environment, the increase in cyber-crime, and the formation of an online-oriented market were derived. Second, as for the weak factors for the cyber security industry, factors such as a decrease in trust in the cyber security industry, the small size of the cyber security industry, information loss and bankruptcy, and a fast information society, and confusion were derived. Third, as for the opportunity factors for the cyber security industry, factors such as value formation on the importance of cyber security, growth of online platform-based industry, and establishment of new normal cyber security technology were derived. Fourth, as for the threat factors to the cyber security industry, factors such as the technological evolution of cyber hacking, the lack of cyber hacking protection measures, the reinforcement of the ethical awareness of cyber workers, and the reality and uselessness of the cyber security industry were derived. Conclusion: The cyber security industry in the era of the 4th industrial revolution should be nurtured through policy as a nationally important field.

      • 레저스포츠 참가자들의 안전에 대한 인식도 분석

        연구목적 : 본 연구는 레저스포츠 참가자들의 안전에 대한 인식을 분석·규명하는데 연구의 주된 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 이 연구는 2016년 서울 및 경기도 소재 레저스포츠 동호회 활동에 참가하고 있는 일반 시민들을 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 유의표집법을 적용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 247명이다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's α값이 .741이상으로 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 레저스포츠 월 참가 빈도는 1회, 2회, 4회 등의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 레저스포츠 참가기간은 1년미만, 3-5년, 1-3년 등의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인구학적 특성에 따른 안전관리의식은 차이가 있다. 성별은 남성에서 안전교육, 위험처리방식 의식이 높다. 연령에서는 50대이상에서 안전교육 의식이 높다. 학력에서는 대학원이상에서 안전규칙 의식이 높다. 부상경험 유무에서는 없다에서 안전교육에 대한 부적의식이 높다. 직업에서는 기타에서 안전교육을 가정주부에서 안전규칙에 대한 의식이 높다. 넷째, 인구학적 특성에 따른 안전문화는 차이가 있다. 성별은 남성에서 안전관리 추구행동이 높다. 학력에서는 대학원이상에서 안전가치관, 안전태도, 안전절차 추구해동이 높다. 다섯째, 인구학적 특성에 따른 안전추구행동은 차이가 없다. Purpose : The main purpose of this study is to analyze and identify the safety awareness of leisure sports participants. Method : The study selected ordinary citizens participating in leisure and sports club activities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do as a population in 2016, and the total number of cases used in the final analysis was 247. The reliability of the questionnaire is Cronbach's α.More than 741. Conclusion : The results of this study are as follows. First, the frequency of monthly participation in leisure sports was one, two, and four. Second, the length of leisure sports participation was less than a year, three to five years, and one to three years. Third, there is a difference in the sense of safety management according to demographic characteristics. Gender has a high sense of safety education and risk management in men. In age, people in their 50s and older have a high sense of safety education. There is a high sense of safety rules over graduate school in education. In case of injury experience, there is a high sense of amulet about safety education. In the profession, safety education in others is highly conscious of safety rules in domestic housewives. Fourth, the safety culture according to demographic characteristics varies. Gender has high safety management-seeking behavior in men. In terms of academic background, safety values, attitude, and pursuit of safety procedures are high above graduate school. Fifth, there is no difference in safety pursuit behavior based on demographic characteristics.

      • 경영환경[SWOT] 분석을 통한 전통무예 천무극의 활성화 전략

        Pupose: The purpose of this study is to elicit a future prospect through SWOT analysis to Cheonmugeuk spotlighted at home and abroad of many traditional martial arts rising in the country. Methods: Following conclusion was elicited using a in-depth interview technique to 6 persons related to martial arts in 2014. Conclusion: First, the strong factor of Cheonmugeuk can be distinguished from Taekwond``s simple Pumsae and sparring and it is a changeable martial arts free from a form and frame. According to training extent, various self-protection weapons can be rightly applied and life self-protection technique. Also it is an exercise needing fast speed and turning force, being of great help to muscular improvement. Second, the weak point of Cheonmugeuk is that it used a term of pro-Taekwondo in the past, but to honor the late Park Young Soo``s will, it should be established qwith a term of Cheonmugeuk to honor The Great general Lee Sun Shin``s achievements. Also practicality for general people easily access and understand through a work to easily solve complex technicality should be magnified. In addition, lack of training programs of good leaders acts as a great weakness in expanding the base of Cheonmugeuk. Third, threatening factors of Cheonmugeuk are partially mingled with weaknesses in meaning. A perception has been generally acted that technicality is excellent compared to other martial arts, but it is not martial arts general people can easily get an access. On the contrary, it was indicated that if popular appeal through program improvement is secured that general people can easily access, its own weakness and threatening factors can be reduced. Fourth, the opportunity factors of Cheonmugeuk is that it is traditional martial arts not commercialized yet. The opportunity factors can includeovercoming of social problems due to lack of personality education through the overcoming of erroneous problems of tiredness the trainees of existing gym items can feel and expansion of base to extracurricular school P.E.. In addition, absence of producing able leaders can bed recognized as weak points, but conversely securing Cheonmugeuk``s own righteousness, truth and achievement through the training and producing of able leaders will acts as an opportunity factor.

        공항 특수경비조직의 내부서비스품질과 내부고객만족 및 경영성과의 관계

        이 연구의 목적은 공항 특수경비조직의 내부서비스품질과 내부고객만족 및 경영성과의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2011년 10월 인천소재 공항에서 재직하고 있는 특수경비원들을 모집단으로 설정한 후 유의표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 282명이다. 연구에 사용된 설문지는 총 43문항으로 구성되었으며, SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중 회귀분석, 경로분석 등을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbachs α값이 .686이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공항 특수경비조직의 내부서비스품질은 내부고객만족에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 유형성, 대응성, 공감성 활동이 잘 이루어질수록 내부지원만족, 유형성, 대응성 활동이 잘 이루어질수록 직무만족은 증가한다. 둘째, 공항특수경비조직의 내부서비스품질은 경영성과에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 유형성, 신뢰성, 대응성 활동이 잘 이루어질수록 비재무적성과, 유형성, 신뢰성 활동이 잘 이루어질수록 재무적성과는 증가한다. 반면, 공감성 활동이 잘 이루어지지 않을 경우 재무적성과는 감소한다. 셋째, 공항 특수경비조직의 내부고객만족은 경영성과에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 내부지원만족 활동이 잘 이루어질수록 비재무적성과 및 재무적성과는 증가한다. 넷째, 공항 특수경비조직의 내부서비스품질은 내부고객만족 및 경영성과에 직?간접적인 영향을 미친다. 즉, 내부고객만족은 내부서비스품질과 경영성과를 매개하는 중요한 변수이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between internal service quality, internal customer satisfaction and management outcome of airport security agents. This study had selected special securities from Incheon airport of October, 2011 for population. Using judgment sampling method, 282 samples were drawn and were used for the final analysis. Questionnaire used in study is composed of total 43 questions and using SPSSWIN 18.0, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were performed. Cronbach’s α value which shows the reliability of the survey came out to be over .686. The conclusion is following: First, internal service quality of airport security agents affects internal customer satisfaction. That is, as corporality, responsiveness and empathy increase, internal supply satisfaction and job satisfaction also increase. Second, internal service quality of airport security agent affects job performance. That is, as corporality, reliability and responsiveness increase, non-financial performance and financial performance also increase. However, when empathy is not activated well, financial performance is decreased. Third, airport security agent’s internal customer satisfaction affects job performance. That is, as activation of internal supply satisfaction increases, nonfinancial performance and financial performance are increased. Fourth, airport special security agent’s inside quality of service exerts direction?indirect effect in inside customers satisfaction and management result. That is, inside customers satisfaction is an important variable that mediate inside quality of service and management result.

        경호경비관련 대학의 경영학적 교과과정 개선을 통한 산산,학 협력 방안

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to establish the academic identity of body guarding/security related universities and search for methods for academic-industrial cooperation. Methods: To pursue this goal, an interview was proceeded upon 10 private security guards employed in private security firms in the capital area(Seoul) in 2012. Conclusion: First, according to an analysis on the relationship between the curriculum of body guarding/security related universities and private security scenes, the response was that 30~50% of the curriculum was perceived to be helpful in real situations. Second, the private law enforcement based curriculum in the reality in which body guarding/security related university graduates are being occupation socialized to private security firms was recognized as the main reason why the university curriculum was not helpful. Third, in order to continuously connect the university curriculum and the private security scene is to offer educational opportunities to convey/experience real situations related to body guarding and security. Thus, there was a high need for curriculum subjects which teach managerial methods like human resource administration, organization management, service mind, marketing which are practically used in the private security industry scene and practical theories/equipment practicing.

      • 경호전공생들의 사회인구학적 특성과 진로결정수준 및 진로준비행동의 관계

        연구목적: 본 연구는 경호전공생들의 사회인구학적 특성과 진로결정수준 및 진로준비행동의 관계를 분석·규명하는데 연구의 필요성 및 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 2017년 경기도 및 충청도 소재 경호관련학과 학생들을 모집단으로 선정한 후 유의표집법(purposive sampling)을 이용하여 총 227명을 본 연구에 이용하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 α=.690~α=.888로 나타났다. 분석방법은 SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, t검증, F검증, 다중회귀분석 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 결론: 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회인구학적특성에 따른 진로결정수준은 연령, 학년, 자격사항은 차이가 있다. 연령은 23세의 집단과 1학년 집단에서 확신성을, 자격증유무에 따라서는 하나도 없는 집단에서 갈등에 대한 의식이 높다. 둘째, 사회인구학적특성에 따른 진로준비행동은 연령, 학년, 사회적 수준은 차이가 있다. 연령은 23세 집단에서 진로상담을, 1학년 집단에서 진로준비노력을, 4학년집단에서 진로상담을, 사회적 수준은 상위수준에서 진로상담에 대한 의식이 높다. 셋째, 진로결정수준은 진로준비행동에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 확신성이 높을수록 진로준비노력은 증가한다. 넷째, 진로결정수준은 진로상담에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 확신성이 높을수록 진로상담욕구는 증가한다. 다섯째, 진로결정수준은 진로탐색에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 미결정 및 확신성이 높을수록 진로탐색욕구는 증가한 반면, 갈등요인이 증가할수록 진로탐색욕구는 감소한다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze and clarify the relationship between socio - demographic characteristics, career decision level and career preparation behaviors. Method: A total of 227 students were selected for the study by using purposive sampling after selecting the students in the guard school in Gyeonggi Province and Chungcheong Province in 2017 as the population. The reliability of the questionnaire was α = .690 ~ α = .888. Using SPSSWIN 18.0, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t - test, F - test, multiple regression analysis were used. Conclusion: The conclusion is as follows. First, the level of career decision according to socio-demographic characteristics is different according to age, grade, and qualifications. There is a high consciousness of conflict in the age group of 23 years old and the first grade group and the group which does not have any confidence depending on whether or not there is a certification. Second, career preparation behavior according to socio - demographic characteristics is different in age, grade, and social level. Age is 23 years old, career counseling is in the first grade group, career preparation is in the first grade group, career counseling is in the fourth grade group, and social level is high conscious about career counseling. Third, career decision level affects career preparation behavior. In other words, the higher the certainty, the greater the preparation for career preparation. Fourth, career decision level affects career counseling. That is, the higher the certainty, the greater the need for career counseling. Fifth, career decision level affects career search. In other words, the higher the pending and firmness, the more career seeking desire, while the higher the conflict factor, the smaller the career seeking desire.

        시큐리티요원의 멘토링유형과 경력개발 및 경력만족의 관계

        이 연구의 목적은 시큐리티요원의 멘토링유형이 경력개발 및 경력만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2010년 서울소재 5개소 경호경비회사의 시큐리티요원을 모집단으로 설정한 후 판단표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 227명이다. 연구에 사용된 설문지는 총 34문항으로 구성되었다. 본 연구에서는 조사 자료를 토대로 멘토링유형, 경력개발, 경력만족에 대한 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도분석, 변수간에 관계를 알아보기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's α값이 .606이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시큐리티요원의 멘토링 유형은 경력개발에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 체계적 멘토링이 활성화되면, 혁신적 자기 개발, 전문능력 개발, 정보경쟁력 개발은 촉진된다. 반면 비체계적 멘토링이 활성화되면 정보경쟁력 개발이 촉진된다. 둘째, 시큐리티요원의 멘토링 유형은 경력만족에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 체계적 멘토링이 활성화될 경우 경력만족은 증가한다. 셋째, 시큐리티 요원의 경력개발은 경력만족에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 혁신적 개발, 전문능력 개발이 촉진되면, 경력만족은 증가한다. This study is to examine the effect of types of mentoring among security agents on career development and career satisfaction. Private guards engaging in 5 different security companies in Seoul 2010 were set as a collected group and using judgment sampling method, 227 of them were finally analyzed. Cronbach's α value was .606, implying that reliability of questionnaire was high. The conclusion drawn from this study is as follows: First, types of mentoing among private guards effect their career development. In other words, when facilitated mentoring is encouraged, it leads to innovative self-development, professional development, and information competitiveness; when informal mentoring is encouraged, it causes information competitiveness to be improved. Second, mentoring types have an effect on career satisfaction: Facilitated mentoring enables to increase career satisfaction. Third, security agents' career development affects their career satisfaction. That is, innovative development and professional development result in increase of career satisfaction.

      • 경찰조직의 치안서비스품질이 경찰신뢰에 미치는 영향

        Pupose: Purpose : Purpose of this study is that police organization``s public peace service quality examines closely impact getting in police trust. Methods: Used stratified cluster random sampling method after establish citizens inhabiting in Seoul by population, and example number used on interpretation finally is total 491 people, 2012. Questionnaire used in study was consisted of total 37 questions, and analytical method executed Frequency Analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability analysis, T-test, Anova, Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSSWIN ver.18.0. Reliability of questionnaire appeared more than Cronbach``s α value .607. Conclusion: First, according to demographic characteristics of citizens, police organization public peace quality is difference. Amenities, convenience by sex appears high in woman``s group. Public, amenities, guarantee by age are high in 30s. Quickness professionalism, amenities, accessibility appear high in middle school graduation person group in the case of attainments in scholarship, and public, guarantee is high in group more than university graduation person. If examine residential district, quickness professionalism, public, sympathy, guarantee appeared high in citizens of areas north of the Han river. Public, amenities, convenience appeared housekeeper group high in analysis by job, and guarantee appeared high in inoccupation group. If examine month police officers interview number of times, public, sympathy, systemicity, accessibility, guarantee appeared high in group which meet 4~5 times. Second, according to demographic characteristics of citizens, police trust appears difference. Police trust by residential district appears high in areas north of the Han river. Average police interview number of times per month is high police trust in group which meet 4~5 times month. Third, police organization``s public peace service quality affects in police trust. That is, police trust appears high as quickness professionalism, public, sympathy, systemicity, accessibility, guarantee service are attained well. On the other hand, police trust is low in case of convenience is not made harmoniously.
