아동기 외상경험과 결혼만족도의 관계에서 자아분화의 매개효과: 지각된 배우자 지지의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 아동기 외상이 자아분화를 통해 결혼만족에 미치는 영향에서 지각된 배우자 지지의 조절된 매개효과를 검증함으로써 부부상담의 자료에 활용하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기혼자511명을 대상으로 아동기 외상, 결혼만족도, 자아분화, 지각된 배우자지지 척도로 구성된 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료를 SPSS 25.0 및 PROCESS Macro for SPSS 3.4를 이용해 매개효과 및 매개된 조절효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 아동기 외상이 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향에서 자아분화가 부분 매개하며, 아동기 외상이 자아분화에 미치는 영향을 지각된 배우자 지지가 조절하여, 조절된 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 아동기 외상 수준이 낮은 경우에는 지각된 배우자 지지가 높을수록 자아분화에 미치는 조절효과가 상대적으로 더 크게 나타남을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 아동기 외상 경험이 있는 부부상담에서, 지각된 배우자 지지의 중요성을 강조하고, 이를 높이는 프로그램의 개발 및 훈련과 같은 개입방법을 고려할 것을 시사하는 실천적 함의를 제시하는데 그 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to verify the moderated mediating effect of spouse support perceived in the effect of childhood trauma experience on marriage satisfaction through self-differentiation and to use it in the data of marital counseling. To this end, a questionnaire consisting of childhood trauma, marital satisfaction, self-differentiation, and perceived spouse support was conducted on 511 married persons, and the collected data were analyzed for mediated effects and mediated modulating effects using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS Macro for SPSS 3.4. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that self-differentiation partially mediated the effect of childhood trauma on marriage satisfaction, and perceived spouse support had a moderated mediating effect by controlling the effect of childhood trauma on self-differentiation. In addition, when the level of childhood trauma was low, the higher the perceived spouse support was, the greater the moderating effect on self-differentiation appeared. These findings are meaningful in presenting practical implications that emphasize the importance of perceived spouse support in the counseling of couples with childhood trauma experience, and to consider intervention methods such as the development and training of programs to increase this.
