『靈樞·動輸』의 肺胃腎 관계에 대한 考察 : 『黃帝內經』의 내용을 중심으로

Objectives : 본 연구에서는 『靈樞·動輸』에서 手太陰, 足少陰, 足陽明의 脈만 홀로 뛰면서 쉬지 않는 것과 관련하여 肺, 胃, 腎의 상호 관계를 『黃帝內經』 여러 편의 내용들과 비교하여 살펴보았다. Methods : 『靈樞·動輸』의 내용과 관련하여 『黃帝內經太素』, 『黃帝內經靈樞注證發微』, 『類經』, 『黃帝內經靈樞集注』, 『素問靈樞類纂約注』, 『靈樞懸解』, 『靈樞識』, 『靈素節注類編』 등을 주석을 참고하였으며, 『黃帝內經』 여러 편의 내용들을 함께 고찰하였다. Results & Conclusions : 『靈樞動輸』의 내용 중에서 가장 중심이 되는 臟腑는 水穀을 받아들여 氣를 만들어 내고 그것을 전신으로 퍼뜨리는 足陽明의 胃라고 말할 수 있다. 胃로부터 생성 순환하는 氣의 흐름을 구체적으로 살펴보면, 호흡과 맥동의 리듬에 따라 전신으로 퍼뜨리기 위하여 宗氣가 胃로부터 생성되어 胸部로 올라가 쌓이고, 營氣도 水穀으로부터 생하여 中焦로부터 出하는데 역시 肺로 올라가서 宗氣의 힘에 의하여 전신을 순환한다. 또한 衛氣와 동일하지는 않으나 일부의 성질이 같은 氣가 머리 부위로 올라가 순환한다. 아래로는 先天의 元氣 또는 精氣와 관련된 足少陰으로 흘러들어가서 衝脈, 帶脈, 督脈 등 여러 奇經의 작용을 돕고, 足厥陰으로 연결되어 宗筋이 우리 몸의 관절과 筋이 원활하게 움직이도록 만들어준다. 특히 手太陰, 足陽明, 足少陰 세 經脈의 동맥처를 중시한 것은 이러한 氣街 이론을 바탕으로 우리 몸의 上中下 三焦에서 先天과 後天을 아우르는 모든 氣의 생성과 순환이 생명의 근본적인 율동을 의미하는 세 經脈의 脈動으로 드러난다고 보았기 때문이다. Objectives : The relationship between the Lungs, Stomach and Kidneys were examined in relation to their pulses continuously beating without rest as discussed in the 『Lingshu·Dongshu』, with other chapters in the 『Huangdineijing』. Methods : Chapters in the 『Huangdineijing』 and annotations were referenced in relation to the contents in question of the 『Lingshu·Dongshu』. Results & Conclusions : In 『Lingshu·Dongshu』, the Stomach of the Zuyangming is central. In the flow of Qi that is produced and circulated from the Stomach, we can see that Ancestral qi that is created in the Stomach ascends and accumulates in the chest area to disperse Qi throughout the entire body according to breathing and pulsation, while Nutrient qi exits from the middle energizer and ascends to the Lungs, circulates the entire body and Qi that is partially similar to Defense qi moves upwards to the head and circulates. In the lower part of the body, Qi flows to the Zushaoyin that is associated with Jing qi to assist with actions of the Extra meridians, while it connects to the Ancestral sinew through Zujueyin allowing for smooth movement of the muscles and joints. The special emphasis on the pulsation points of the three meridians, Shoutaiyin, Zuyangming and Zushaoyin, is based on the Qi thoroughfare[氣街] theory, where production and circulation of all Qi in the upper, middle, and lower energizers of the body manifest as pulse movement of the three meridians, which are the fundamental rhythms and movements of life.

중국 다롄(大连) 도시가구의 주택금융 이용 실태에 관한 연구

본 연구는 중국 다롄(大连) 도시가구의 주택금융 이용실태에 관한 연구로 다롄 도시가구의 주택금융 이용실태에 관한 분석과 함께 베이징(北京) 지역 도시가구의 모기지 대출 행위와의 차이점에 대해서도 비교 분석하였다. 조사결과 다롄의 표본조사 대상 가구 중에서 대출을 받은 가구의 비율이 총 75%로 나타나 베이징 지역의 모기지론 대출이용가구 비율보다 훨씬 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다롄 도시가구의 모기지 대출 진행 결정에 영향을 미치는 변수 중 통계적 유의성이 있는 변수로 ‘구매 주택 유형’, ‘주택 가격’, ‘주택공적금 가입여부’로 추정되었고, 베이징 지역과 공통적으로 추정되는 변수로는 ‘주택 가격’, ‘주택공적금 가입여부’로 나타났다. 다롄 지역의 모기지 대출 가구의 모기지대출금 비중에 영향을 미치는 설명변수 중 통계적 유의성이 있는 변수로는 ‘구매 주택 유형’과 ‘주택공적금 가입여부’로 추정되었다. The purpose of this empirical study is to analyze how to use housing finance for purchasing house in the urban residents of Dalian, and it focuses on the comparative analysis to find out the characteristics of using housing finance between Dalian and Beijing. The data of analysis is based on the sample of 241 households in Dalian. According to survey result, the ratio of the use of housing finance for purchasing house in Dalian accounted for 75% of whole household. This ratio is far higher than the case of Beijing. The mortgage loan accounted for 47.8% of the funds for purchasing house in Dalian. Most of the period of mortgage loan is selected from 16 to 20 years, and the short-term mortgage loan that is less than 10 years is selected relatively high in Dalian. The dichotomous logistic analysis by logit model shows that ‘the type of purchasing house', ‘price of house', and ‘join housing provident fund’ had significantly effects on the use of mortgage loan in Dalian. In the other hand, the common factors between Dalian and Beijing were ‘the type of purchasing house' and ‘join housing provident fund’.In the results of analysis based on Tobit’s model, the characteristics of the influencing factors on mortgage loan in Dalian were ‘the type of purchasing house' and ‘join housing provident fund’.
