성인 여성의 두피 홈 케어가 두피 세정에 미치는 변화 연구

본 연구는 홈 케어를 통한 두피관리의 필요성을 충족시키고 저렴한 비용으로 지속적인 관리가 가능한 방안 모색과, 홈 케어를 통한 두피관리가 두피의 각질, 두피 톤, 두피 세정상태의 변화를 육안비교를 통해 변화를 살펴보는 연구이다. 연구 대상은 서울 지역에 거주하는 40대~50대의 성인 여성 3명을 대상으로 2019년 3월 12일부터 6월 11일까지 각자 가정에서 주1~2회 10주 동안 실시 한 후 매주 두피를 촬영하여 육안 비교를 하였다. 연구재료는 실험1은 일반샴푸를 사용하였고 실험2는 아로마 블랜딩 오일을 사용, 실험3은 스케일링제를 추가적으로 사용하였다. 연구결과 실험1의 두피 변화는 유분이 제거되어 번들거림이 감소되고 두피상태는 다소 깨끗해졌다. 그러나 두피 세정이 완전히 이루어지지 않아 모공주변의 각질과 피지산화물이 다소 남아 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 실험2의 두피 변화는 아로마를 두피타입에 맞도록 처방된 아로마 블랜딩 오일로 직접 관리하여 피지 감소와 모공주변의 각질들은 정리가 되었으나 붉은 기와 지방의 눅눅한 상태는 다소 남아있었다. 하지만 각질은 현저히 감소하였으며 두피 톤은 혈액순환이 촉진되어 진정되었고 두피 세정은 잘 이루어져 두피 톤도 청백색으로 좋아지고 주변이 깨끗해졌다. 실험3의 두피의 변화는 붉은 톤이 완화되었으며 두피가 전체적으로 맑고 깨끗해졌다. 홈 케어를 통한 두피관리를 실시한 결과 두피 상태의 개선에 유의한 것으로 확인이 되었지만 단기간의 관리였기 때문에 만족할 만한 결과는 아니었다. 따라서 주기적으로 장기간 홈 케어를 통한 두피관리를 실시한다면 두피환경과 모발성장에 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. The subjects of this study were three adult women in their 40s and 50s living in Seoul. They were asked to perform home care scalp scaling 1-2 times a week for 10 weeks from March 12 to May 28, 2019, and then their scalp was measured every week. The research materials were used as general shampoo, and the aroma and the skeleton were used for experiment 2 and 3. As a result of experiment 1, the change of scalp in experiment 1 is reduced by removing oil, the gloss is reduced, the scalp tone is clear and clean, and the pores are opened because the scalp is well cleaned. Also, the scalp washing was done well and the pores were removed cleanly and the pores were opened. Experiment 2 showed that the skin changes of the aroma blending oil prescribed to fit the scalp type directly with the home care, and the amount of sebum decreased and the keratin around the pores were organized, but the damp condition of the red tile and fat remained somewhat, and the keratin was significantly reduced. Experiment 3 showed that the change in scalp was relieved by red tone and the scalp became clear and clean as a whole. The results of home care scalp scaling showed that it was significant to improve the scalp condition, but if scalp scaling management is carried out for a long time, scalp scaling management will be able to achieve good results for scalp environment and hair growth.
