Face Recognition has been an active research area because it is not difficult to acquire face image data and it is applicable in wide range area in real world. Due to the high dimensionality of a face image space, however, it is not easy to process the face images. In this paper, we propose a method to reduce the dimension of the facial data and extract the features from them. It will be solved using the method which extracts the features from holistic face images. The proposed algorithm consists of two parts. The first is the using of principal component analysis (PCA) to transform three dimensional color facial images to one dimensional gray facial images. The second is integrated linear discriminant analusis (PCA+LDA) to prevent the loss of informations in case of performing separated steps. Integrated LDA is integrated algorithm of PCA for reduction of dimension and LDA for discrimination of facial vectors. First, in case of transformation from color image to gray image, PCA(Principal Component Analysis) is performed to enhance the image contrast to raise the recognition rate. Second, integrated LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis) combines the two steps, namely PCA for dimensionality reduction and LDA for discrimination. It makes possible to describe concise algorithm expression and to prevent the information loss in separate steps. To validate the proposed method, the algorithm is implemented and tested on well controlled face databases. 영상 인식은 영상획득이 용이하다는 것과 실생활에서 광범위하게 사용될 수 있다는 것으로 인해 활발하게 연구되고 있는 분야이다. 그러나 얼굴영상은 높은 차원의 영상공간으로 인해 이미지 처리가 쉽지 않다. 본 논문은 얼굴 영상 데이터의 차원을 특징적인 벡터로 표현하고 이러한 특징벡터를 통해 얼굴 영상을 인식하는 방법은 제안한다. 제안되는 알고리즘은 두 부분으로 나뉜다. 첫째로는 칼라 영상을 그레이 영상으로 변환할 때 RGB 세 개의 플레인의 평균이 아닌 세 플레인의 주성분을 사용하는 PCA(Principal Component Analysis)를 적용한다. PCA는 칼라 영상을 그레이 영상으로 변환하는 과정과 인식률을 높이기 위한 영상 대비 개선 과정이 동시에 수행한다. 두 번째로는 PCA와 LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis) 방식을 하나의 과정으로 통합하는 개선된 통합 LDA 방법이다. 두 과정을 통합함으로서 간결한 알고리즘 표현이 가능하며 분리된 단계에서 있을 수 있는 정보 손실을 방지할 수 있다. 제안된 알고리즘은 잘 제어된 대용량 얼굴 데이터베이스에서 개인을 확인하는 분야에 적용되어 성능을 향상시키고 있음을 보여주었고, 추후에는 실시간 상황에서 특정 개인을 확인하는 분야의 기초 알고리즘으로 적용될 수 있다.

Purpose:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of periurethral cleaning with water or antiseptics in preventing catheter-associated urinary tract infections through systemic review Methods:The randomized clinical trials published between 2000 and 2016 were searched using domestic and international databases, and five randomized studies were selected for this study. The quality of study was assessed by assessment tool from the cochrane's Risk of Bias and meta-analysis was performed using the Cochrane Review Manager software Version 5.3 (RevMan) Results: The two groups of antiinfectants used in this study include povidone-iodine and chlorhexidine, water and chlorhexidine vs water and chlorhexidine. there was no significant difference in urinary tract infection rate between the two groups. Conclusion: Based on the findings, periurethral cleaning with water is safer and cost-efficient than using antiseptics. and it can make reduce a patient's discomfort.

The roots of Korean Astragalus membranaceus Bunge. (Leguminosae), Astragali Radix, were extracted following general methods. During these extractions, first of all, 1,2-benzendicarboxylic acid diisononylester(compound A), ${\beta}-sitosterol(compound\;B)$, $3-0-{\beta}-D-galactopyranosyl-{\beta}-sitosterol(compound\;C)$ and $stigmast-4-en-6{\beta}-ol-3-one(compound\;D)$ were isolated. Three of these compounds were identified the first time isolation from the genus of Astragalus.

Two compounds were isolated from roots of Astragalus membranaceus Bunge. On the basis of chemical spectro scopic evidence, they were identified as Formononetin (compound E) and Linoleic acid (9Z,12Z-Octadecadienoic acid) (compound F). Linoleic acid (9Z,12Z-Octadecadienoic acid) was reported the first time from the genus Astragalus.

This study focuses on the planning and actual use of the transitional spaces in the residential-commercial mixed-use buildings. The range of case study include from the year of 1960's to 2000. Through the case study and field survey, we can extract the elements of the transitional space and the problems of Mixed-Use building from the viewpoint of transitional space. According to the field survey, most of the residential-commercial mixed-use buildings contain the transitional space to some degree, but there need to be a more active planning method to secure the residential factors and for this reason, the application of the transitional space must be emphasized at a higher level.

This study was conducted to investigate the physiological activities of saccharified cherry tomato gruel containing different levels(0, 15, 30, and 45%) of cherry tomato puree. The total phenolic compound and flavonoids contents of saccharified cherry tomato gruel with cherry tomato puree were 1.73-5.09 mg/g and 0.28-7.01 mg/g, respectively. DPPH radical scavenging activities of saccharified cherry tomato gruel with cherry tomato puree were 8.67-92.58%, respectively. The ABTS radical scavenging activities of saccharified cherry tomato gruel with cherry tomato puree ranged from 6.02 to 61.59%. The ACE inhibitory activity of cherry tomato rice gruel increased with cherry tomato puree showed a range of 38.85-62.15%, respectively. With increasing additions of cherry tomato puree, the total phenolic compound and flavonoid contents, DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities and, ACE inhibitory activities were increased significantly (p<0.05). In conclusion, saccharified cherry tomato gruel could be used as a gruel processing method to in order to increase the functional values of gruels.
산림치유프로그램이 산불피해지역주민의 스트레스와 신체적 건강증진에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to conduct a forest healing program for victims affected by the large forest fires of 2017 in Gangneung and to investigate its effects on the stress and physical health promotion of the victims. From January to March 2019, three forest therapy programs were conducted on 49 residents of four villages that suffered forest fires in the National Center for Forest Therapy, Daegwallyeong. The results showed that the degree of stress of forest fire victims decreased significantly by means of these programs. Furthermore, autonomic nerve activity, stress resistance, stress index, and fatigue decreased significantly and average heart rate and heart stability also improved.
치유의숲 소리, 경관, 소리경관(soundscape)에 따른 선호도 및 심리적 회복감 분석

This study investigates sound, scenery, and soundscape preferences, which are sensory factors that users feel in a healing forest, comparing the difference in recovery by the soundscape. In the barrier-free, wooden walking path of the National Daegwallyeong Healing Forest, a survey site with five different conditions was selected. Users prefer water sounds the most and places with open views for scenery. For the complex sensation of soundscapes, the most preferred is a space where water sounds can be heard, and either a waterfall or an open view can be seen. A profile of mood states test was use to compare users' psychological recovery by the soundscape. It was found that users felt the most positive mood with water sounds and open views. In addition, users' preference for artificial sounds, scenery, and soundscape was the lowest. In the mood state test, it was found that the artificial soundscape incited the most negative emotions.

This study evaluated the physicochemical characteristics of domestic and imported packaged Kimchi in Korea. Six types of domestic and imported Kimchi were collected from a supermarket. According to the results, the salt concentrations of the domestic and imported Kimchi were 3.83% and 3.06%, respectively. The total lactic acid content was 0.33% for domestic Kimchi, and 0.29% for imported Kimchi. The total vitamin C content was found to be higher in the domestic Kimchi (30.9mg%) than in the imported Kimchi(25.9mg%). These results suggest that both are within the standards of the Korea Food and Drug Administration in terms of food containment: 1% or lower for acid, and $1{\sim}4%$ for salt. For the number of aerobic bacteria present in each of them, both contain approximately $10^4{\sim}10^5\;CFU/g$g, which is safely under the FDA standard of $10^7{\sim}10^8 \;CFU/g$. Therefore, neither is harmful at all in terms of the number of bacteria but continuous monitoring will be necessary. from texture analysis, the hardness and chewiness of the domestic Kimchi was better than the imported Kimchi. The hardness and chewiness of the domestic Kimchi indicated a better production process than imported Kimchi. There may not be a particular difference in terms of the sensory evaluation apart from its crispy taste. However, this also needs to be continuously monitored while the Kimchi is undergoing the fermentation process.
