Indoprofen 및 Indoprofen Lysinate와 Human Serum Albumin의 結合에 관한 硏究

Indoprofen, 4- (1, 3-dihydro-1-oxo-2H-isoindol-2-yl)-α-methylbenzene acetic acid, has many advantages over the other antiinflammatory drugs, such as salicylates, naproxen. Although indoprofen is widely used as an antiinflammatory agent, it shows poor solubility in water. In order to inhance water solubility, indoprofen was made as lysine salt. The purpose of this study was to inspect the binding of the 1-anilinonaphthalene-8-sulfonatc(ANS) to human serum albumin (HSA) and to be to comparative studies on indoprofen lysinate and indoprofen in aspect of the binding to HSA and the number of binding sites was obtained using a fluorescent probe technique. The numbers of binding sites for indoprofen and indoprofen lysinate appear to be 3.35, 3.4, respectively and the association constants were found as follows; HSA-Indoprofen. ; K_b1 = 6.62 × 10 exp(5), K_b2 = 5.44 × 10 exp(4) HSA-Indoprofen lysinate ; K_b1 = 2.32 × 10 exp(5), K_b2 = 5.03 × 10 exp(4)

Many different designs of parallel manipulators are possible and the scientific literature on this topic is very rich. Robot manipulator with closed kinematic chains have some advantages compared to serial ones. The truss like structure of a parallel mechanism can offer high load capability, high stiffness, good positioning accuracy and good dynamic performance. Hyper redundant robot manipulators have a very large or infinite degree of kinematic redundancy. The benefits of hyper redundant robot manipulators include the ability to avoid obstacles, increasing robustness with respect to mechanical failure, and ability to perform new forms of robot locomotion and grasping. This paper describes new methods for kinematic modeling techniques for hyper redundant parallel robot manipulator. The goal of this paper is to develop an efficient algorithm to solve an inverse kinematic problem when the number of actuators are too much. The backbone curve like is generated optimally by considering the curvature of the manipulator configuration and length of the link. Then, the robot manipulator is fitted along the backbone curve like with some optimal criteria.
4각덕트의 입구영역에서 난류진동유동의 유동특성에 관한 연구

The flow characteristics of developing turbulent oscillatory flow are investigated experimentally in the entrance region of a square duct (40 ㎜ X 40 ㎜ and 4,000 ㎜). Experimental results of mean velocity profiles, turbulence intensity and entrance length are measured by using a hot-wire anemometer system together with data acquisition and processing systems. For turbulent oscillatory flow, the turbulent components in the velocity waveforms increase as the dimensionless transverse position approaches the wall. Velocity distribution are not change fully developed region. Inflow and outflow are nearly symmetrical form in the fully developed region such as x/D_h≥40. Turbulence intensity increases as the dimensionless transverse position increases from the center to the wall of the duct, and is slightly smaller in the accelerating phase than in the decelerating phase for the developing turbulent oscillatory flows. The entrance length of the turbulent oscillatory flow is about 40 times as large as the hydraulic diameter in the present experimental conditions.

During the past decade, motion simulators have been effectively used for studying the vehicle interaction and developing vehicle system and components in highly controlled and repeatable test environment. Most of motion simulator use a six degree of freedom stewart platform driven hydraulically. Thanks to a high performance 3D graphic accelerator, the visual system generates high fidelity visual scenes, which are displayed on a monitor on the motion platform. But this type of motion simulator has a limited rotational motion. In this paper we designed a new type motion simulator for endless rotational motion and controller for it. This has four degrees of freedom, three rotational and one vertical motion. The real-time simulation system, based on a personal computer with a digital signal processor, supervises overall operation of the simulator.

Methyl bromide(MB) is a fumigant for quarantine and pre-shipment(QPS) that can eradicate target pests within short fumigation periods. However, MB, an ozone-depleting substance, is scheduled to be phased out in the second decade of this century. In contrast to MB alternatives for soil fumigation, there is no ideal alternative fumigant to MB for QPS of perishable commodities. It is important that all target insect pests are killed within a short fumigation time. The citrus mealybug(Planococcuscitri), a problematicquarantine pest from Korea, was exposed to ethyl formate and phosphine for different times and to different concentrations of EF(0.0∼33.4 mg/L) and PH3(0.25∼1.0 mg/L) in small desiccators. The eggs showed more tolerance than the nymphs and adults. To control the eggs, they were treated with a mixture of EF and PH3 for 2 and 4-hr. The egg stage showed 100% mortality with EF:PH3(25.1:0.25, 16.7:0.5, and 16.7:1.0 mg/L) at 4-hr. Treatment with a mixture of EF and PH3 for 4-hr at 8°C can control all stages of the citrus mealybug.
