Two shot molding is one of the injection method which uses two materials or two color materials simultaneously in one mold. Two shot molding is good rate of productivity and economical because of no extra-progress necessary. The cowl grille is located in the bottom of wind shield glass and rolls as a passage of air inlet to inside of vehicle. It consists of body and seal. Firstly, the body is injected with PP. Next seal is extruded with EPDM and engineered and then assembled with body. These procedures lead high cost of production and the quality of part has problems. Therefore, it has effects on saving production cost and being a solution of the quality problems with the development of two shot molding cowl grille. It is guaranteed that two shot molding will be widely used in the vehicle parts industry afterwards.

본 연구에서는 항해 도발적인 기후 변화에 따라 광센서를 이용하여 감지하고 경보를 가능하게 할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 국내에서는 조선 산업과 IT융합기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있고, 시급히 선박 운한 시 안개 및 폭우에 따른 시정상태를 항해사에게 경보해 줄 수 있는 고 신뢰성 안전장치 개발이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시스템 개발을 위하여 소형, 소전력의 광센서 송수신기와 센싱 데이터 처리장치를 설계 제작을 하였으며, 성능평가는 시뮬레이션 분석을 통하여 이루어졌다. 측정 방법은 실내 외에서 거리별로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 실내에서 최소 32.36[dB], 최대 89.20[dB]의 값을 측정하였고, 실외에서는 32.55~60.66[dB]까지 측정 되었다. 측정 결과 정상적으로 작동함을 알 수 있었으며 향후 광산업과 더불어 조선기술의 발달에 기초자료로 도움이 될 것이라 사료된다. In this paper, we developed a system which can detect and can alarm about the sailing provocative climate by using a photo. The research on domestic shipbuilding industry and in IT fusion technology is under construction, but a reliable safety device which can alarm a sailor about the circumstances of the fog and rain during ship operation as soon as possible due to the constant state in domestic. In this paper, a compact, for system low-power transceiver and data processing equipment for sensing were developed, also a performance evaluation got accomplished with simulation analysis. In results, it is operating normally at least 32.36[dB] and maximum values f 89.20[dB] in the domestic, and 32.55 to 60.66[dB] in the outdoors.

In recent, recycling of plastic material has became a major issue due to the landfills and environmental problem. This study investigated fluidity and hardness of thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV), which is used for automobile component parts such as weather strip in order to replace ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM). So, using the spiral flow test mold, we conducted an experiment on fluidity and hardness of TPV according to injection molding conditions. As results of injection molding experiment, the recycled TPV's flow length was a little bit longer than virgin TPV and the hardness was decreased in case of using the recycled resin. Also, we investigated the morphology study by SEM photo.

Almost all injection molds have multi-cavity, which are designed with geometrically balanced runner system in order to made filling balance between cavity to cavity during injection molding. However, filling imbalance has been existed in the geometrically balanced runner system. In this study, we made an experiment and investigated that are filling balanced according to material. Also, in case of filling imbalance was occurred, we conducted experiments in order to find out difference of cavity pressure with cavity pressure sensor. When filling imbalance was occurred between cavity to cavity, we investigated the filling imbalance and pressure differences by computer-aided engineering(CAE).

Plastic parts are molded for the purpose of mass production in injection molding. Therefore designer is usually designing molds that has geometrically balanced hot runner lay-out for filling balance at cavities. Although, mold is manufactured with geometrically balanced runner lay-out, there are actually filling imbalances in cavities. These filling imbalances phenomenon are caused by complicated interaction between melt and mold. In this paper, filling imbalances for internal gear based on injection molding in hot-runner mold were investigated by CAE and injection molding experiences.
