문학치료학의 관점에서 본 연애의 문제 -자기서사에 대한 이해와 소통의 경험이 대학생 남녀의 호감도 증진에 어떤 영향을 미치는가?-

본 연구는 문학치료학의 관점에서 현재 남녀 대학생이 가지고 있는 연애에 대한 관점과 태도의 문제를 다루고자 하였다. 연애는 우리들에게 자기자신에 대한 이해와 다른 사람에 대한 통찰을 가능케 할 뿐 아니라, 개개인의 행복한 삶과도 밀접한 관련이 있는 문제이기 때문이다. 본 연구는 대학생 참여자에게 스스로에 대한 이해의 심화를 위해 자기서 사진단검사를 수행하도록 하고, 이를 바탕으로 자기서사의 성향이 유사 또는 상이한 이성과 남녀 애정을 제재로 한 서사에 대해 대화를 나누도록 하였다. 대화를 나누는 활동은 총 3단계로 구성되었다. 1단계는 자기서사진단검사를 통해 이미 알고 있는 설화를 중심으로 좋아하는 설화와 인상 깊은 장면에 대한 대화를 나누는 것이다. 이는 자기 자신의 내면에 대해, 또 상대의 내면에 대해 내밀한 대화를 가능케 하였다. 2단계는 <온달>과 <심화요탑>에서 특히 온달과 평강, 지귀를 평가하는 대화를 나누도록 하였다. 이러한 평가는 대화에서 자신의 애정관을 드러내면서 동시에 상대의 애정관에 대해서 가늠할 수 있도록 하는 가늠자의 역할을 하였다. 3단계는 상대와 대화를 나눈 경험에 대해 총평하도록 하였다. 이를 통해 앞선 두 단계가 상대에 대한 호감도의 변화에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 여기에서는 유사한 자기서사를 가진 상대와의 대화를 긍정적으로 평가하는 경우가 많았다. 이는 자기서사의 유사성이 애정관의 유사성으로 이어져 자신과 상대의 동질성을 확인하게 되기 때문에 호감을 갖게 된것으로 볼 수 있다. 또한 문학의 서사를 매개로 한 대화에서 참여자들의 애정관을 분석한 결과, 이성적이며 현실지향적인 경향이 두드러지게 나타난다는 점이 발견되었다. 이는 연애의 문제에도 현 세태가 반영되고 있음을 방증한다 할 수 있다. This study deals with current undergraduate students` perspectives on having a love problem from the perspective of literary therapeutics. From a love, a person can understand himself and gain insight into others. This also matters and helps individuals happiness. In this study, undergraduate participants used self-epic diagnostic tools. Male and female participants were grouped according to both similar and different tendencies, which resulted from the test. Each group had a three-step conversation about tales that showed that love between men and women matter. The first step dealt with the issue of one`s favorite tale and impressive scene from that tale. Through the first conversation, the participant realized things about their and partner`s inner selves. The second step involved Ondal, Pyeonggang and Jigwi from Ondal and Simwhayotap. In the second conversation, the participants demonstrated a perspective on love by estimating each characters. The third step required providing a general self-review in regard to the conversation. Due to this, an examination of favorability could be changed by previous conversations. We found that participants shared a similar tendency in their groups to review the conversation positively. The similarity of the self-epic was expanded to perspectives on love, and the respondents discovered that they shared similarities with their partners. The findings showed that through conversations about the media of epic literature, the participants showed a perspective on love that was remarkably rational and oriented toward reality. Current social conditions are reflected in the undergraduates` views on love.
