배드민턴 선수의 완벽주의와 성취목표 성향에 관한 관계탐색

본 연구는 배드민턴 선수들의 완벽주의 성향과 2×2 성취목표성향의 관계를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구대상은 대학 및 실업팀에서 배드민턴 선수로 활동하고 있는 선수로 남자선수 127명, 여자선수 93명 총 220명이다. 소속과 성별에 따른 완벽주의와 성취목표성향의 관계를 분석하기 위하여 일원변량분석과 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 완벽주의의 자기패배, 정리, 타인기대 요인은 소속집단 간에 유의한 것으로 나타났으나 성별에 따라서는 개인기준만이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 스포츠성취목표성향은 숙달회피 목표에서 고교와 대학 간, 수행회피 목표에서는 대학과 실업 간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 스포츠 완벽주의가 숙달접근 목표에 미치는 영향은 고교팀은 부모기대, 대학팀은 조직화, 개인기준, 정리 요인으로 나타났다. 숙달회피 목표는 고교팀은 조직화와 개인기준이 예측하였으며, 대학팀은 타인기대, 실업팀은 개인 기준이 유의하게 기여하였다. 소속별 수행접근 목표에 미치는 완벽주의는 고교팀은 개인기준과 자기패배, 대학팀은 조직화와 타인기대가, 실업팀은 개인기준, 자기패배, 조직화와 타인기대로 나타났다. 성별 완벽주의 요인과 숙달접근 목표결과에서 남자는 부모기대요인, 조직화 요인이 숙달접근 목표에 영향을 끼쳤다. 여자는 부모기대, 실패염려 그리고 정리요인이 숙달접근 목표에 영향을 끼쳤다. 완벽주의 요인과 숙달회피 목표 간의 관계는 남자는 실패염려가 여자는 타인기대가 숙달회피 목표에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 완벽주의 요인과 수행접근 목표에서 남자는 부모기대와 정리요인이 여자는 조직화요인이 수행접근 목표에 중요한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 완벽주의 요인과 수행회피 목표에서 남자는 타인기대와 개인기준이 여자는 실패염려가 중요하게 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between perfectionism and 2x2 achievement goal orientation in badminton players. The subjects were composed of 220 high school, college, and professional players (M=127, F=93). One-way ANOVA was conducted to analyze the differences between perfectionism and achievement goal orientations by group and sex and multiple regressions were also conducted to see if perfectionism by group and sex affected achievement goal orientations. There were significant group differences on fear of failure, arrangement, and others` expectation. Post hoc analysis showed that in the fear of failure there were group differences between high school and professional teams or between college and professional teams and in the arrangement there were differences between high school and college, and between high school and professional teams. But perfectionism by sex was significantly different on personal standard. The results of sport achievement goal orientation by groups showed there were significant differences between high school and college teams on mastery-avoidance goals and between college and professional teams on performance-avoidance goals. The results of sport achievement goal orientation by sex showed there were no significant differences between the groups on all four goal orientations. Among perfectionism factors, parents` expectation contributed to mastery-approach goals in high school teams, and three factors(organization, personal standard, and arrangement) affected significantly mastery-approach goals in college teams. Organization and personal standard factors in high school team, others` expectation in college team, and personal standard in professional team contributed significantly to mastery-avoidance goals. Two factors (personal standard, fear of failure) in high school team, two factors (organization, others` expectation) in college team, and four factors (personal standard, fear of failure, organization, others` expectation) in professional team contributed significantly to performance-approach goals. Two factors (parents` expectation, organization) for men and three factors (parents` expectation, fear of failure, arrangement) for women affected their mastery-approach goals. Fear of failure factor for men and others` expectation for women significantly affected mastery-avoidance goals. Two factors (parents` expectation and arrangement) for men and organization factor for women contributed significantly to performance-approach goals. Others` expectation and personal standard for men and fear of failure for women contributed significantly to performance-avoidance goals.
