본 고는 중대형 풍력터빈의 핵심부품인 로터 블레이드, 대형베어링, 증속기, 발전기, 전략변환장치, 타워 등에 사용되는 주요재료에 대한 설명과 제조방법 및 평가 방법 등에 대해 다루어 졌다. 일반적으로 풍력터빈을 구성하는 소재는 금속소재와 비금속재료로 구분되며, 비금속재료는 대부분 복합재료로써 풍력 블레이드에 적용되고 있다. 현재 육상용 풍력터빈의 한계를 극복하기 위한 대안으로, 해상용 풍력터빈에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있으며, 이러한 극지 해상의 대형 시스템에 활용되고 있는 금속소재의 경우, 고강도, 저온인성, 내피로, 내식성 등이 우수한 강재를 요구하기에 이르렀다. 이에 따라, 여러 소재 측면의 요구를 충족하기 위한 소재설계의 비중이 점차 고조되고 있으며, 이러한 시점에 본 고를 통해 풍력터빈에 활용되고 있는 소재의 전반적인 내용과 관련 소재부품의 제조 및 평가 방법등의 이해를 돕고자 한다.
필라멘트 와인딩법에 의한 단일 개구부 복합재료 압력용기의 개발

Double boss type composite pressure bottles have been developed widely but single boss type had not because there are some difficulty in technical point. In this paper a research was performed to develop composite pressure vessel in conjunction with design, fabrication, and test. Fiber pattern and angles were decided by CADFIL software and they are [liner/$15^{\circ}$/$15^{\circ}$/$90^{\circ}$/$18^{\circ}$/$90^{\circ}$/$21^{\circ}$/$21^{\circ}$/$90^{\circ}$]. Fabrication of bottles was done by AEA's 5-axis filament winding machine. During fabrication fiber optic sensor were embedded to measure were behavior of structure at the applied internal pressure. Even though satisfied test results were not obtained, the experimental set-up of fiber optics showed the possibility for the application of filament wound vessels. Recently, interesting of home training is getting bigger due to COVID-19. Accordingly, research on applying HAR(human activity recognition) technology to home training has been conducted. However, existing paper of HAR proposed static activity instead of dynamic activity. In this paper, the deep learning model where dynamic exercise posture can be analyzed and the accuracy of the user's exercise posture can be shown is proposed. Fitness images of AI-hub are analyzed by blaze pose. The experiment is compared with three types of deep learning model: RNN(recurrent neural network), LSTM(long short-term memory), CNN(convolution neural network). In simulation results, it was shown that the f1-score of RNN, LSTM and CNN is 0.49, 0.87 and 0.98, respectively. It was confirmed that CNN is more suitable for human activity recognition than other models from simulation results. More exercise postures can be analyzed using a variety learning data.
P2P 개념을 활용한 all-sender-all-receiver 환경에서 효율적인 웹캐싱 기법

본 논문에서는 분산 해시 테이블을 이용한 효율적 웹 캐싱 기법의 효용성을 기술 하였다. 이번 연구를 통해 제안된 Ad-Hoc 기반 효율적 웹 캐싱 기술은 사용자가 별도의 전용 서버나 인프라의 변경 없이 매우 저렴한 비용으로 하드웨어 방식의 중앙 캐시와 유사한 효과를 낼 수 있는 P2P 방식의 웹 캐싱 기술이다.

Proactive deterrence strategy, a newly introduced military strategy of the ROK, has been developed from ``active deterrence strategy`` concept designed by the committee on advanced national defense. It was a meaningful policy to change military strategy concept into proactive deterrence in the face of challenging security environment and requirement for enhanced defense posture. In addition, it was significant that proactive deterrence strategy was proclaimed with clear motivation and aims. The purpose of this study is to analyze background, process of adoption of the strategy and how it has been developed. This study focuses on five key elements of military strategy which include threat perception, exclusion of threat, force structure, force employment, and alliance. This study found that the strategy deserve positive evaluation due to firm consistency of strategy-oriented changes in the elements. However, it needs to take into account possibility of the dilemma of shared information.
