        生産システムの構造轉煥と情報技術

        This article discusses the paradigm change of production systems-from the inception as production and consumption of mass production system, through flexible production system used information technology to obtain diversity of telecommunication, data access and storage devices have changed a wide spectrum of new opportunities for production system. The evolutionary perspective reveals company, industry, and socio-economic system that shaped the pattern of mass production. Although many facets of mass production system are unique to the high growth in advanced capitalist countries, the author identify two features with broad implication for a favourable circulation. First, ford system has created high production and demand magnification, by mass production system and high wages for creation of purchasing. Second, the process of mass production-mass consumption was supported, beyond the firm, by socio-economic regulation. The mass production system struck against oil shock in 1973, but the essential reason was forbids's collapse. In recent years, information technology has dramatically altered the structure of production system in a number of industries. The model of this pattern is flexible manufacturing system(FMS). FMS has changed read time and a variety production, as well as stocks reduction, communication. The effects of FMS subsist the market condition on read time and a variety production, in their firm's competitive position. This article presents a framework for considering the competitive impact of information technology on production system.

        This article discusses that it has a understanding of EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) and CALS(Commerce At Light Speed) forming new stage in the computer network and it is analyzed that a textile industry and grocery industry develope the strategic alliances. EDI and CALS forming new computer network fields add the standardization to the network and utilize the business cooperation and the external resources based on technology. It rapidly copes with the marketing changes and this cooperation timely comes to the marketing trend by data interchange between firms. The computer network after a half of 1980 magnifies the fixation and expansion of a customer and develops the business strategies. In this framework, the fixation and the expansion of a customer advanced the share competition recognizes the efficient strategies to increase the switching cost and the building entry barrier. CRS(Computer Reservation System) is the one of famous examples included the construction of the economy in American airline industry. However, those framework is changing and there is a shift in technical generations. This to say that the market is based on individual interface without the period of standard interface, but this individual interface is weakened by establishment of standard interface. Also, the shift in generations of technology comes out the expansion of network and new formation of the connection. This is the cooperation activity between firms coped with the efficient demand trend to decline the stocks and to reduce the lead-time.
